No hot water. Lock on door was a nightmare, it was broken. Elevator had no lights on buttons and made loud noise’s when in use.

The staff was nice and breakfast was good. It was typical breakfast -waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, bread. However, the elevator buttons didn’t work. It just stopped at each floor. Also, one of the bathrooms (we had 2 rooms) had a very slow filling toilet. You only had 1 flush and had to wait an hour for the tank to fill again. The other room didn’t have the toilet issues. Rooms were cleaned and when we needed extra bedding for a pullout couch bed, it was given.

Several things bothered me. The south entrance had a hugh hole in the pavement. The snack machine did not work even though it was full. Drink machine would not take my coins. The bath tub was rusted in several spots. The shower's water would not stay a consistent temperature. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. The refrigerator in the room appeared to be working, but my drinks were hot the next day. Just a sad place to stay.

My toilet barely flushed, and my shower at one point completely stopped putting water out , and kept going from cold to extremely hot. I paid extra to get what what’s a better hotel and it was dirty. There was trash in the stairwells and the elevator made the scariest sound. I would not go back.

The locations is great, it has breakfast included and Miss Carmen is super nice and helpful. The front desk is always there, they are nice and attentive. The only issue is the water, is super unstable pressure for the hot water if any, there was a few times when there was not working. Also the elevador is kinda scary since no light working on the board because of “maintenance”.

The hotel was not the most up-to-date. The elevator had issues and the hallways were absolutely freezing as if the air conditioning were on. The bathroom only had cold air blowing out of the vent, and if you put the heat on in the room, no matter the setting, it became a sauna within a matter of minutes. There was no way you could sleep with it on so you had to turn it off and you woke up in the middle of the night absolutely freezing. There were no directions on how to operate the safe and the coffee was terrible. There was one small waste basket in the bathroom, which we had to empty ourselves twice. There needs to be more waste baskets throughout the room. Since room service is not done unless you ask for it, we were constantly looking for someone to give us towels because we were only given two towels and two washcloths and we were going to be there for three nights. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances to anyone.

The room had a bunch of ants, the carpets had weird red stains, the bathroom had a lot of mildew, there was old shampoo on the shower handles when I first used the shower, and the counters and coffee weren't wiped down when I arrived and were really dirty

The staff was really great but the rooms were unkempt, leaky faucets and toilets . I found a used bandaid in my freshly “cleaned “ bed when we had to switch rooms because of poor plumbing , the bathrooms had hair on the floors and the smoke from cigarettes travelled to our non smoking rooms. The best thing about this place was the staff - all super friendly and accommodating but the rooms were very unclean.

TONSSSS of weed and cigarette smoke coming through to our room late night which woke us up. I don’t believe the sheets were cleaned right. Very gross hotel

It was clean, but needs upgrading. Outlets on lamp would not hold a charger, they were worn out. Furniture all scuffed up, walls had chips and rough spots. Housekeeping never came.

There was a stain on the sheet. The shower was broken. Our room was located next to outside stairs. People would go outside at all times and smoke weed and cigarettes then the smoke would fill our room.

They definitely need to do some updating. In my room paint is peeling from the ceiling, tub has mold, and tub dripping. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. If you don’t mind some of the things I wrote it wasn’t a bad experience.

The room was clean and comfortable while the building overall would benefit from cosmetic improvements. Breakfast was ok, but you had to present a ticket which you had to acquire from the front desk every day. Never experienced that anywhere else. Only real complaint is that I could frequently smell pot from my room which was right next an outdoor stairwell.

Very disappointed booked king room gave me 2 doubles first room ac sounded like a freight train 2nd room shower was just a drip water either very hot or cold nothing in between carpet in both room stained

Terrible toilet that whistle everything looks old and nasty front desk clerk took a photo of my license forgot to give it back then I remembered went back down after trying to get some sleep after all the noisy people at the inn n then he got mad when I saw my license n I reached over to get it after he wouldn’t make eye contact with me

The staff here were nice, but the pictures look better than the facility itself. Once I arrived, the outside of the facility was very old and outdated, and once I got inside even more, so my room was clean, again. It just looked very old. I did not have any problems with staffing or anyone there as far as the ambience go. It just wasn’t up to my standards. I personally would not go back.

The front desk associates weren’t friendly. I was only greeted warmly by housekeeping as I was leaving the facility, which was as disappointing as my room (needs updating and the carpet deep cleaned). Had I not already prepaid for my room, I would’ve canceled and stayed elsewhere. My sleep was amazing, but the overall presentation left much to be desired.

Overall the area where the property was at was close to some malls you can do walking distance. Hotel is good for a quick stay. But some maintenance needs to be done In hotel. I had a friend stay the night and they ended up getting sinus congestion because rooms didn’t have cleanliness to vacuum nor sirculation of air and the smell from the air conditioner. So some things need to be fix.

While the staff was nice, I didn’t really feel safe as a woman traveling by herself staying at that facility. In my room particular, when I got there and went to look out the window, there was a homeless man with a bunch of trash and garbage bags right below my room. The rooms air conditioner did not get very cool, the coffee maker did not work, and most of the outlets did not work. And although I was offered to change rooms, I had just unloaded all of my stuff, so did not go with that. The sheets Are of the cheapest quality, the kind that make you sweat. I think a lot of people who do not have homes stay here, a lot of construction workers, so while a man might feel fine staying here, I am a traveling registered nurse and I did not feel fine.

I checked the reviews before booking—this place had great rating, and I figured we could manage a short night in an older hotel. Big mistake. While North Carolina’s roads are beautiful, the hotel’s parking lot was had potholes, trash on the ground, and overflowing garbage bins. Several homeless scattered around the parking lot which made the area feel unsafe with my daughter. Inside, the smell of marijuana. The elevator had some issues, the sheets looked old and worn. The only other access out of the hotels was via outdoor stairs, which had several blind spots—and one had a homeless person. Really! While North Carolina’s roads are beautiful, the hotel’s parking lot was had potholes, trash on the ground, and overflowing garbage bins. Several homeless scattered around the parking lot which made the area feel unsafe with my daughter. Inside, the smell of marijuana. The elevator had some issues, the sheets looked old and worn. The only other access out of the hotels was via outdoor stairs, which had several blind spots—and one had a homeless person. Really! We stayed in the room for a short time left at night, rushing to our car and booking a different hotel. Never again.

The hotel itself wasn’t too bad. I had a woman across the hall smoking so much weed I was getting high. I complained but nothing was done about it. There is no housekeeping and I only had 2 towels. Breakfast was nothing special. I only ate it once during the 4 days I was there.

The staff was nice and breakfast was good. It was typical breakfast -waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, bread. However, the elevator buttons didn’t work. It just stopped at each floor. Also, one of the bathrooms (we had 2 rooms) had a very slow filling toilet. You only had 1 flush and had to wait an hour for the tank to fill again. The other room didn’t have the toilet issues. Rooms were cleaned and when we needed extra bedding for a pullout couch bed, it was given.

Hotel was okay. Could use some updates in bathrooms. The mini fridge never got cold. Breakfast was below mediocre and did not continue to eat. Otherwise not bad for the price for a quick stay

The room was clean and comfortable while the building overall would benefit from cosmetic improvements. Breakfast was ok, but you had to present a ticket which you had to acquire from the front desk every day. Never experienced that anywhere else. Only real complaint is that I could frequently smell pot from my room which was right next an outdoor stairwell.

There were not many eggs/meat to eat. No oatmeal or fresh fruit. The elevator would not have passed inspection (especially in our home state)! The bathroom faucets needed maintenance. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.

Our stay was so so...the toilet seat was wiggly, the bathroom door had one hinge, several issued keys had to be reset, noice in hallway at 1:30 AM and a girl showed up on our last day with a sheet wrapped around her to reception. She said all of her clothes were taken!!! I gave her some of mine. Other than that the young lady who works breakfast was excellent.

Room was clean, everywhere else dirty, trash on ground, etc. Elevator didn’t work, several of the doors leading outside were very hard to open. I called ahead of time no mention until I arrived there at 10:30pm when it was too late for me to find somewhere else.

The Hotel does not have a working elevator; I had to change our room from the third floor to the ground floor. There is no coffee maker in the room, and the bathtub-and-shower combination is probably built for midgets or 5-year-olds. One literally has to sit or bend down to take a shower to the upper body part. There is no hot water either.

We canceled the room! First room the have us wasn't ready to the second room a family that was already in it the third room had no ac. The whole building is under construction and shouldn't be renting out to Noone! The elevator didn't work had to walk outside and hip 3 flights of stairs.

No breakfast and elevator was not working. Had to take stairs outside to 3rd floor. Only gave a good rating because the hotel is being renovated but the front desk explained everything including the elevator issue theat couldn't be fixed till Monday. Renovation will look great once finished. Don't know why breakfast was not served

This place is bad the king size bed was so hard. The water is not hot .They elevator dose not work . To get to room if you are on the 3rd floor you have to walk outside to the back of the building and walk up the staircase. This was just a bad hotel the are remodeling they such just stay close until it was done .
