The elevator it’s been out of service for mora than a month now, and it’s very dirty

People kept propping back door open allowing anyone to enter hotel

Staff was polite. Security guard and cameras. Safe environment.

The hotel is very nice but I wish that they provide more secure options for the outside of the hotel. Too many people hanging outside the front entrance gives the hotel a bad look. I realize that they are guest of the hotel but there should be accommodations for the guest to sit so the front entrance doesn't look intimidating to new comers

It was just the other guest. The back door with all the trash and the smoking by the front and back door.

The backdoor seemed to be ghetto, missing a handle and propped up open by various bottles and cans. I think one day it was a aloe vera drink bottle, another day it was a 211 beer can, different types of soft drink and waters. My tub had a crack in it, and the headboard had what looked like scratch or claw marks in it when I arrived. The guest in the room next to me cwhere knocking on the walls and trying to communicate. I knocked on their door and asked them to stop.

In the midst of a renovation, dust flying from lobby work being completed, elevator was down too.

Rooms on the third floor are usually the cleanest. I stay to be close to work when I don’t feel like drive 2 hrs home. Just wish they gave the floor rooms to guest that are there for work. Fix the vending the machines

It's the hood and no breakfast

Couldn’t be any more honest - this is probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. And that’s coming from someone who doesn’t typically care, especially since it was just for one night. The room smelled like mold and mildew, one light switched controlled every single light in the room (including the bathroom?), the remote control was broken, the wall had about 4 different paint swatches on it because the first three obviously didn’t match the original paint, no ice machine, vending machines were mainly empty, had several people outside just standing in front of the door, there was a $50 deposit for a room which is CRAZY (I still haven’t gotten that deposit back yet and that was 4 days ago), and the elevator was broken. I would only wish this on my worst enemy.

This property is extremely dirty. It should be inspected by the state and im very certain it eill be shut down. Apart form the uncleanness, it needs repairs and the noise level and Marijuana smell was horrible. They had NO DRAPES!!!! First hotel i have ever seen with only blinds. This property should not be listed on Expedia. WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!

Terrible condition, we had to change rooms immediately due to broken t.v.and blind stuck in the open and up position??? Clerk non-verbal and unapologetic. Elevator full of dog urine. The only other way up was the dirty stairs. This place is nasty and we have to leave b4 11 tomorrow, so they can replace all the beds

This property was filled with roaches. It was dirty. There were 3 rooms changed for me when I arrived due to problems. The floors were sticky and the mattress which I decided not to sleep on but just stay up all night working for the work project I had the next day which brought me to that town....the mattress smelled like stale urine. I want my money back.

Tiny roaches everywhere, ended up sleeping in my car so I wouldnt get roches in my stuff. Loud music from the drug dealers car coming and going all night. Loud talking and laughter until 3am. Security just chilled and hung oit with the pot dealers. Beds are new though, For sure black mold in the entire hotel.

Hallway floors were dirty and sticky. The room cleaning was not very thorough. We left 10-15 minutes after we checked in.

It was the nastiest place that have roaches crawling on the floor and fresh babies everywhere it was broke down nasty looking the tubs were all stand up the toilet was a secured to the floor room this morning when we were checking out some woman had the hell beat out of her she had no shirt sitting in the lobby crying I had to give her my shirt that I had cuz I was checking out or trying to I ring the bell a hundred times I bet and nobody would come out there she was locked out of room with no key to get in the hell beat out of her sitting there crying and I kept bringing the Bell but nobody would come trying to check out and the woman could use some help but nobody would come and I keptringing the Bell so absolutely not ever anybody should stay there and they also have bulletproof glass up so the pictures in the website is absolutely old that place is run down

My room had nor been maintained: broken doors, stains, dirty ceiling, etc. Smell of marijuana throughout the property.

Price but I have to find another place fire alarm going off car's in the parking lot with there music loud room above me people running around all night I asked for 3rd floor

Bathroom light would only turn on once in a while not when you turned switch on. No hanging closet area. TV was on when I entered and was afraid someone was in room. Not a king room I booked and paid for. Was a queen

To much light around

This was one of the most horrific places I’ve ever stay at. Dirt and grime is all I could see. From the hallway to the elevator to the room, untidiness. The bed was broken (I fell through and hurt my hip), there was a film of scum that covered the walls and floor, the furniture was worn and decrepit, and there was constant noise from many the many children that LIVED there. The hotel doubles as a sort of temporary shelter for people experiencing homelessness. I’m sorry about the housing crisis, but that should be mentioned in the booking details. People hung out in every corridor and children played in the hallways. To top the unpleasantries off, roaches were in the kitchenette and bathroom. In spite of the roach powder being laid all over the place, the place had roaches. Rats ran throughout the parking lot.

We had to change our room two times because both rooms had an odor and other basic necessities weren’t working on the inside. The lights kept flickering in one room and the other room’s AC didn’t work at all.

Not a single outlet worked in the room. Hole in wall above tv.. paint is about 75 years old and peeling throughout the room. You get what you pay for i guess.. would.never stay there again..

It was decent, I had no issues with anything. Staff was nice , check in was quick and easy. My TV kept getting darker and darker then bright when it thought I was ready to see😭😭😭

Policies not transparent, they write up whatever policies they like and dont share it with 3rd party sites. But we pay through third parties without knowing. They dont own the mistake they try to blame the customer and blame the third party for their communication gap. Further they dont want to take 8 busines days to refund the security payment they are stealing money because when you ask them what bank is taking them 8 business days they try to hide the bank

The stuff was very rude I almost didn’t stay , they all get rude even if you ask to take the garbage they no garbage it’s very unfriendly unwelcoming

Came three hours away to go to slamenough car show said I couldn’t stay because I wasn’t 21 left me sleeping in my dodge challenger in the middle of Charolette never had issues booking with any hotels but this one and they never refunded my money

The front office staff is rude well one man in particular is rude. Before leaving he asked me not to dirty up the towels there was red on it(I’m on my period) and I told him that as well as what am I supposed to do when m getting out the shower and wiping myself? His response is well we can’t wash that with the other stuff ok. So that gives u the right to embarrass me about being on my period and what was left from my wiping because of that. I informed him that was rude of him to say and he offered no apology at all. They could use a course on customer service and sensitivity training!

Horrible. Front staff was rude, I asked for a towel and she looked at me like I was crazy or I was disturbing her. She was also on her phone while dealing with me, we had to wait 20 minutes before our room was clean, walked in there and there is dirt and debris everywhere. At one point I got up to turn the TV on since the remote wasn’t connected and actually stepped on broken glass! Entire area smelled like weed, and there wasn’t even a water fountain. 😐

To start off. I made the Hotel aware of my delayed arrival. Hotel charge even after being made aware of late arrival. When I arrived I had to leave 15 minutes after due to. Family emergency. The Hotel photos are. It what the property portrays. There were three cars with flat tires. Two cars with busted windows. An individual performing Mecanic work on there vehicle. The hotel its self had a very bad aroma. The beds are small and dirty. Trash under the fridge. Trash of beer cans out in the hallway. Very shady individual posted up at the door way to enter the outside access. Just over all bad experience. Needed to have a refund processed and could not get in contact with the property manager. Which by the way when I was checking in. Was speaking about us in his native language to the clerk. I had an issues with the different rates they charged me versus did not match Expedias advertised rates. Then the manager turns and advised that I not book with Expedia. Instead book directly with the hotel. Just over all horrible experience. Do not go here. There are closer hotels and much nicer vicinity than this one. Worst experience ever.

Would not recommend anybody stay here. I came from out of town for the holiday. We can apparently this is a place where people live. Not just athough upon checking out. I asked for a room inspection to ensure I got my deposit. Being I'm from out-of-state and would not be able to come back. I was assured. Everything would be okay even though they didn't check the room. My deposit was taken. I'd never even brought my bags inside. I kept them locked in my car. This is a very sketchy place.Do not come

Convenient location, clean rooms, and all staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Can't find a place that beats it at those rates. Thank you!

Area run down with people sitting outside in parking space and working on their vehicles. Felt very unsafe. Front desk very friendly and personable. Room and hallway smelled like stake cigarettes.

To much people be hung out in front of the hotel property

This property has great potential but it's loaded with cigarette butts, smell of marijuana and loads of vagrant people hanging out in front of the doors all night smoking and talking. It looks like a ghetto. It's obvious large people hanging out looking welfare recipient ls will scare away people. It's just a matter of time before this property gets a bad reputation. No efforts made by staff to keep the place looking clean and safe to guests!

You don’t go to this place for a good nights rest. I vacated my stay and found another place. People were hanging out in the parking lot, playing loud music. The rooms were filthy in very poor conditions. Lots of nefarious traffic around this place. They sell a variety condoms and diapers at the front counter as their main offering if this says anything.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here especially with a child. As advertised smoking is strictly prohibited but the entire establishment smells like cigarettes and marijuana inside and out. We had cigarette ashes in our ac unit, our child feet were black 5 mins of being in the room, walls have food on them appliances have food on them as well! The fridge was clean and looked brand new so no complaints there, I did get bit by something while staying there and it’s caused my skin to peel and be raw. Creepy men will follow you around the property and knock on your door all hours of the night. The rooms get cleaned ONCE weekly 1st floor is monday 2nd is tuesday and 3rd is wednesday any other day you’re on your own, you are provided with one towel, one wash cloth, one roll of toilet paper, 3 shampoos, no conditioner (wasnt needed but what if it was) . Bed sheets and shower had prior guests hair, it’s not renovated it’s decorated meaning they don’t FIX they COVER. If you don’t mind creepy men following you and knocking on your door at 2am when you have a baby sleeping, drunk arguments, people throwing up 4 inches away from your car door or marinating in smoke aroma by all means spend $300 to stay here but if you care about yourself or your family you’re better off staying at the super 8 on equipment dr they’re cheaper, cleaner, quieter, nicer and I haven’t had any harassment…and they have breakfast included. Spend your money wisely!!
