Broken elevator.

Shuttle too infrequent.

Parking was free and safe! Bar was open late, service was great. No lobby coffee but it was only $2.00 at the cafe. Overall great stay!

All the elevators on the property did not work. Key badge did not work all the time. You had to turn the door handle a different way on some.doors to get them open

Vito, the gentleman that was in the lobby-super friendly/accommodating, went out of his way to visit with my son & I. Gentleman from sales, the same thing, took the extra minute! Elevator closest to the lobby was out of order requiring my wife to walk on her walker to the far end of the hall to go down to the floor our room was on. We specifically booked a handicap accessible room on floor 1 for this reason. Unfortunately the lobby is on floor 2.

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities! Parking is behind closed gates! They have a bar until 1 am and you get Starbucks at 6 AM! The rooms are clean, updated. The staff is amazing! I would definitely recommend!

STAYED AT THIS HOTEL AFTER A SAVANNAH BANANA GAME AT THE BANK OF AMERICA STADIUM……. The only reason I booked this specific hotel was to use the pool for our 9 year old boys to swim and it was closed without any indication from staff or the website upon booking and checking in. Woke up the next day to leave ONLY TO FIND OUT OUR TRUCK ALONG WITH 7 OTHERS HAD OUR WINDOWS BUSTED OUT AND RUMMAGED THROUGH…even though the parking lot was “gated” and only supposed to be accessible with a hotel key card. Very disappointed and WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK. The staff did not care or even offer a broom so we could clean the glass out of our vehicles so our son could sit and we could attempt the 3 hour drive home IN THE POURING RAIN. Will be contacting the manager first thing tommorow as “he was off” police report was filed WORST TRIP TO A HOTEL I have ever had. BEWARE

Do not rely on their airport shuttle - get ready to pay $40 for a cab ride. Their shuttle service is totally inadequate. Customers were having to wait over 40 minutes and came to heated arguments fighting over seats on the shuttle bus. What a disaster.

As I was preparing to end the long day, I pulled the sheets back and noticed some debris. I thought it was from my book, not paying attention. To my dismay, I pulled back the sheets, seeing that debris, including hair, was throughout the sheets. From my disgust, I immediately jumped up and called downstairs to inform the front desk. The lady from housekeeping asked as she looked at the sheets and said, "You spent the night here already." I informed her, no, this was our first night. Her eyes stretched and she said nooooooo, oh no. She pulled the sheets back and continued to inform me that she was sorry I had this going on. She had the other lady go downstairs for clean sheets and duvet. She took video footage of the uncleanliness. Meanwhile, I'm sitting there with bed clothes on, ready to sleep, feeling inconvenienced as my husband was in the shower as this was going on, and he came out as they were making the changes. The next morning, the shower was cold. I let it run for a while in an attempt to warm up, but it never did. It worked the night before somehow. As I checked out downstairs, I informed the lady that a note was supposed to be left about that night. She didn't see a note from the previous person. I informed her of my trip out of the country for the week and will talk to the manager and ask for his name. I called two days ago and have not heard back after leaving my information. I do not plan to stay at this location again.

Bugs in our room

My room was not clean.

Shower stuff left in bathroom from previous guest, phone in room didn’t work, room had a smell, body wash bottle was empty had to request more, back door entrance didn’t work with key card, it served its purpose for the weekend wouldn’t stay at this location again.

Very very surprised to see such a great hotel in the best part of Billy Graham! Staff was super helpful & rooms and lobby are the cleanest, quietest ive seen in a while in this area. Love the gated parking. On site bar & restaurant is super convenient. Not sure why our tvs all kept timing out every 30 minutes... & the wifi signals were bad. But that was nothing compared to how great the stay was. Very modern huge comfortable furniture in the rooms. Definitely listed as a favorite for when i return to this area.

The rates were far better than downtown. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. Enjoy the nice TV viewing area. The staff were super friendly. What I didn’t like was the room fan you could not shut off. You could sleep and watch TV just fine but it would be annoying for a Zoom call. The road entrance was hazardous with Charlotte traffic.

I liked the convenience of the hotel near the major highways. The front desk service team was very nice. I didn't like that there was only one elevator with the amount of people traffic. I didn't like the air unit being under the window after staying at other Marriots where the air is central and controls on the wall. The bed was very comfortable!

The property was very inviting and the room was spacious and clean. The only thing that caused concern was the floor in the elevator. It needs some repair but other than that my stay was exceptional.

Check in was extremely slow, even with all check in booths in use. The associate had trouble finding my reservation, had to ask for help. It was found easily by the other person. Recommend staying on a higher floor, 2nd floor is very noisy with traffic all night.

Check in process revealed errors in scheduling and first 3 rooms offered had occupants. Took over an hour to get a room

Rooms were not ready at check in. We had a concert that started at 5:45 and ended up in a rain delay. I called the hotel to let them know and was told that if I wasn’t there by 2 my room would be cancelled even though my room was already paid in full. If the rooms would have been ready at check in this wouldn’t have been an issue. It was ok for them not to have the room ready but not ok that mother nature happened. Terrible customer service.

Checking in took forever with the glacial system they have in place. As my two week stay went on things seems to progressively get worse. My card kept locking me out at the end of my workday, it was frustrating having to reset it everyday. Then as I walked around the room I found the ac/heater had a leak. I let the front desk know and they seemed dismissive and said they’d “look into it” room service seem to be nonexistent even though I asked for every other day…I had to tell them myself to please stop by my room. And to top it all off the iron seemingly stopped functioning and leaked out all the water onto the ironing board/clothes. Will not be staying here ever again.

Had to wait 45 minutes at the airport for a shuttle. When I called to check the status of the shuttle, staff was rude, told me I have to be patient and they hung up. In no way was i rude or demanding so I was shocked by this response. No TV, they knew this before I booked and should have told me, it would have been nice to book elsewhere that had a working TV. Told the storm knocked out all the TVs, but the Marroitt channel worked just fine. The shower did not have a ledge, looked like handicap accessible which is great, but taking a shower basically floods the bathroom floor.

Customer service is awful. Random charges on my account by them when checking in. even though I paid and booked through expedia. They decided to double charge me when asked for me to put my card in for “hold”. 50$ for hold, 1$ charge? who knows and a 150$ random charge… On top of the 135$ on expedia that was charged on a different card. This place is a disaster.

The front desk staff was amazing every time I walked past. All very friendly and ready to help with any needs. Comfortable bed, nice and quiet. Will stay here again!

Good location for what we needed

Great stay, came in town for a concert. Close to Bank of America Stadium.

The location was very convenient to the airport and it was great restaurant options in the area as well. We love the fact that we can park our vehicles and it was skated and locked. We'll stay here again.

I only say unsafe because I was traveling for business purposes and I have a lot of expensive equipment that I am responsible for. I had no choice but to leave the equipment in my car and I wasn't sure about the security of the area. Hotel and surrounding area/community. Parking was limited and to me it was hard getting to the hotel and getting out of the parking area, to get to my next location/destination. The wifi was not good at all. I didn't have a lot to send which was good. But what I had to do was doable but by other means. Considering I was there only over night, my stay ok. But for an extended business trip, it wouldn't work for me.

This felt like a hotel Marriott was taking over and was disorganized. There was no phone in our room so we had to go to the front desk to ask for change of towels, etc..The staff did not seem to understand English very well. The breakfast was extremely expensive. We would not stay here again.

It was a good stay. We were in Charlotte for a concert for one night. We didn’t check beforehand but were surprised there was no continental breakfast. We went to The Flying Bisquit for brunch which I highly recommend! The hotel was clean and we had everything we needed. I thought the shower floor was a little too slippery for seniors with achy joints (me) but other than that, everything was fine.

Would have been better to have a larger restaurant or free breakfast.
