My husband and I stayed here while flying in and out of Charlotte and needed to park our car for a week. We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip and one night at the end. Our car was fine when we returned, so parking there while being out of the country worked out well. I'll break down the positives and negatives. Positives: Free hotel shuttle, but only runs from 6am until 9:30am. Nice staff. Good A/C. Comfortable bed/clean sheets/no bugs. Working fridge the first night's stay. Decent coffee. Room was fairly clean (excluding walls and carpets). Negatives: Fridge didn't work on the second stay of our trip. Empty ice machine on 3rd floor. Pool closed entire time. Hotel is under construction so there's a mess everywhere. Walls were dented, scraped and stained. It appeared some people may be living there. Received a call at 4am, asking to change rooms due to roaches....? Back doors weren't secured and anyone could walk in. Old mattresses/furniture in parking lot. Overall, this place served its purpose with the parking need. However, if you're looking for a hotel that's not under construction, you may want to stay elsewhere. A shout out to our shuttle drivers - they were great.

The room was clean however the rest of the property was very went down and hot, the air-conditioning did not work in the main building. None of the ice machines worked, the fridge in the room did not work the Wi-Fi never worked there was no Internet connection for the entire stay. The bed was very comfortable and clean however and the room was very clean and the staff was nice but unable to help with all of the problems. Overall we enjoyed our stay for a one night concert but having no Internet or Wi-Fi connection made it impossible in the area to even use our phone for information about oir concert and contacting Uber was very difficult because the cell towers in the area were overrun with so many people. I had to go to my car to get Wifi.
