Litet, trevligt och rent hotell. Superbra läge. Tyvärr bara en hiss och ingen vattenkokare eller kyl på rummet.

Pretty good for family of 4. Has lounge storage much is a plus. No refrigerator or safe in the room.

Location wise excellent but hotel requires improvement. Would have expected a water bottle or hot drinks available in room. Lift stopped working and had to use stairs to get to 6th floor on few occasions. I wouldn't be booking this hotel in future.

We wish the hotel offered airport or cruise pick up. Also, the buffet breakfast was good.

There was an extra charge for parking. It was almost impossible to find a free parking space at the perimeter of the hotel.

Die Lage war top! Besser hätte es nicht sein können. Zimmerreinigung war in Ordnung. Klima hat nachts das schlafen ermöglicht. Leider roch es unangenehm als wir das erste Mal reingekommen sind, wir haben uns schon Sorgen gemacht dass das den Aufenthalt ruiniert. Toll war es nicht aber wir haben einfach immer wieder gelüftet wenn wir im Zimmer angekommen sind. Also unangenehm aber lösbar. Wir denken der Geruch kam irgendwie aus dem Bad. Dafür gab es super viel Ablage Fläche im Bad für Kosmetik. Das Spülbecken ist zu klein um mit Hand zu waschen, man kann es aber mit ein wenig Mühe in der Dusche ermöglichen (aber Achtung, man kann die Dusche nicht volllaufen lassen). Für 2 Sterne vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Barcelona.

Wir hatten alles in der Umgebung, was wir gebraucht haben! Schönes Hotel, aber über die Jahre gekommen.. Fön kannst knicken, Klima braucht gefühlt einen ganzen Tag. Aber sonst sehr sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Reception und Reinigungsservice waren sehr professionell

“The staff was very attentive, kind, and professional, but the hotel did not have sufficient cleanliness. In addition, the shower drained very slowly and the water would not go down quickly. I believe they need to clean the shower joints more thoroughly. The beds are single; if it’s for a couple, they should provide a queen bed.”

Great location. Room plenty big enough for a family of four and very clean. AC and two small balconies. Overall it was ideal. One improvement would be a fridge in the room.

My wife and I stayed at Santa Marta Hotel for 6 nights from May 6 through May 12 for our first trip to Barcelona, Spain. The hotel's location couldn't be better as it's close to Parc Ciutadella, Gothic Quarter, Picasso Museum, Barceloneta Beach, and Las Rambla, all in walking distance of 10 minutes or less as well as Metro Yellow L4 Sunday Station which is just couple of blocks away. We were greeted by the young receptionist lady who welcomed us with warm smile. She explained everything we needed to know in courteous and professional manner. The room was very clean and equipped with all the things we needed including toothbrush and paste. My wife likes to relax in the evening with a cup of coffee and the water heater we brought from our home went kaput after one day and the young receptionist lady took one water heater out from the cabinet right away and offered it to us and told us to use it during our stay. My wife and I couldn't be more appreciative for her generous gesture. I had a high expectation about the hotel's breakfast because of rave reviews left by the guests and it didn't disappoint me and my wife at all. The variety of food was amazing and everything was very fresh. Many kinds of bread, sliced meat, croissants, donuts, salad bar, and coffee were all top-notch. And staff in the breakfast dining area were all very kind and helpful. They brought out brand new batch before anything runs out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in SM hotel we appreciate your service.

The hotel was nice enough but some amenities were missing. I would assume that if I am staying at a hotel there would be a mini bar fridge and water considering I was travelling in the heat of July. Every other hotel I stayed at provided this as standard. The aircon dining made the room stuffy and hard to sleep at night. Other than this the concierges were helpful and friendly.

This is a clean, standard hotel that is more than appropriate for a short stay. Noise between rooms and floors is a bit much for longer stays. Otherwise the staff was helpful and room was clean and functional.

Hotellet ligger väldigt bra om man vill hänga kring stranden, hamnen eller gotiska kvarter, allt inom gångavstånd. Finns även ett tågstation och metro i närheten. Vi hade familjerum för 4 och sov bra, barnen hade riktiga säng och AC funkade bra. Saknade kylskåp på rummet dock, alltid trevligt att kunna ha något kallt på rummet att dricka. Fick rummet tidigt, det uppskattarde vi. Badrummet störde jag mig på. Skjutdörren hade inget lås och gled öppen 2-3cm rätt ofta, sjukt irriterande när man är 4 pers (rum 508). Och belysningen i duschen var obefintlig så det var svårt att raka benen. Sen firade vi minns mans födelsedag och jag skrev till hotellet i förväg om det men fick inget svar och ingen uppmärksammade det (brukar skicka gratulationskort, glas cava eller något). Vi bad om en extra kudde men fick aldrig det heller. Så det var helt ok, men med förbättringspotential.

Perfect location, close to the beach and transport . Hotel really clean but the bathroom had no windows it needs a better ventilation system .

The room was clean with bed sheets clean and fresh. There was no kettle for hot water. A/C control was not working! Informed staff, nothing was done.

The hotel was in a great location. The subway was near and it was very walkable. The staff was amazing and always greeted us when we left or returned to the facility. When asked questions they always were willing to find the answer or location.

Todo el personal muy amable. El primer día al ir a desayunar nos demoramos y llegamos a las 10:10am,( el servicio era hasta las 10am) pero aún así Karen, la camarera que muy amablemente nos atendió y que nos brindó un desayuno riquísimo y cual si fuera poco, al comentarle que al día siguiente no podríamos desayunar porque volábamos temprano, nos sugirió que pidiéramos que nos alistaran una merienda para el viaje, la cual nos tuvieron lista y fue muy abundante. Por eso y por la calificación enviada, lo recomiendo a ojo cerrado

The property is very clean and the front desk staff are all incredibly nice, accommodating, helpful, and very professional and truly recommendable to friends and family. We will surely return to this hotel,

Dommage, que la personne qui était à l'accueil complètement incompétente, puisqu'il nous a promis d'attendre 5 minutes, et au final nous avons attendu plus que 1h. Soi-disant notre chambre est toujours pas prête ... Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est bien et très bien situé.

Tolles Hotel, zentral gelegen. Nahe am Hafen und zur Innenstadt. Metro gleich um die Ecke. Freundliche hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter sehr zu empfehlen

I would highly recommend this hotel conveniently located near Barceloneta metro and tucked in a small street which made it very quiet. The room was quite small but it was impeccably clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was also friendly and helpful. We took the breakfast option and it was really great! Lots of choices, very fresh and very convenient. I would absolutely come back here and recommend you do too!

Stinkende Umgebung durch Gullies, dies zieht sich durch die komplette Umgebung. Zimmer sehr eng, niedrige Zimmerdecke und altes Interior, braune Stoffdecken, wirken schmuddelig. Zimmertausch war nicht möglich wegen Ausbuchung des Hotels. Enger Lift. Keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel,auch wenn das Personal sehr freundlich war.

El hotel se encuentra en super buena ubicación. A una cuadra del metro. Cerca de la playa y caminando a todos lados la verdad. El desayuno esta super bien, mucha variedad. Todo excelente.

Generell liegt das Hotel sehr zentral zwischen Hafen und historischer Altstadt. Die Gegend an sich ist allerdings nicht die Beste... Das Hotel ist Ok, vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut. Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut! Vom Allgemeinzustand müsste mal renoviert werden.

Bei Anreise über den Flughafen Girona vom Busparkplatz zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. In 5 Minuten am Meer - 5 Minuten an der Metro - 5 Minuten von vielen guten Restaurants und Bars entfernt. Zimmer wie in der Beschreibung. Personal an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstück Mega freundlich. Nachts immer ruhig.

Nice hotel located right in between El Born, gothic quarter and La Barceloneta. Awesome breakfasts!

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage um Barcelona zu erkunden. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt zu wünschen übrig.

I really enjoyed my stay here. the breakfast was really good. I could walk to so many sites. The neighborhood had many restaurant choices. The metro was a short walk. I really enjoyed the quiet room and location.

Otimo custo benefício. O quarto tem tamanho bom com varanda, café da manhã excelente. Os funcionários muito educados e prestativos. A unica observação é que eram duas camas de solteiro em vez de uma de casal.

Front staffer Amim was extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options including gluten free products.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Santa Marta. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. I will say that the rooms are quite small (to be expected though) and the bathroom showers could use more shelving. There was also no outlet in the bathroom, but overall it was great and exactly what we needed. Breakfast is an extra charge in the morning but the buffet choices were good and plentiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, and the staff is very helpful. Our room is very clean and spacious as was the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again. They have an incredible breakfast that was included.

The hotel is in a great location to walk to lots of dining options, gelato spots, & small shops. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The room was big enough for four. It was a bit odd to see some homeless men wash themselves in the small fountain facing the waiting lobby.

It was very convenient and close to the city, everything was walking distance. Breakfast was great!
