No elevator to my room, had to drag my bags upstairs. Main floor was more expensive, i can see why. They should have full disclosure on that.

The room is excellent. The bathroom shower enclosure is excellent. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. TV is perfect. The location next or on top of the QEW freeway makes for a noisy night but you are seconds from this major road! The coffee bar offerings were very limited. Having 2 open cookie jars is a safety risk. Would not pass public health inspection.

Quiet and reasonably priced , downside no ice in the 2nd building only at the front desk .

Cons : no elevators for when you have many bags to bring up. Pros : Friendly staff. Right next to a Tim Hortons. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.

It was inexpensive in the GTA, with free parking and WIFI. It isn't the ritz, but it was completely clean and easy to access. One weakness was that the upper floor uses stairs. There are no elevators.

Luckily, my experience was good and the price was fair for what was offered. Parking was easy and that was a huge bonus for me

Very clean and rooms are in good condition There are 2 floors in the building so to access rooms with the queen size beds you need to take the stairs as there is no elevator. Not ideal for people with mobility issues

Convenient motel ahead of a day spent in Toronto (15min drive away). Clean quiet room, no fuss, nice touch with eco-friendly toiletries in refillable bottles. Access to tea/coffee and biscuits at reception. No possibility of in-house breakfast but motel located right next to a Tim Hortons.

I needed a last-minute place to stay while my partner was staying in the nearby hospital. The location was convenient, staff were reasonably pleasant, the bed was comfortable, and overall I felt safe and secure staying here as a lone female. The room was so poorly cleaned though! Brown splatters all over the bathroom walls, dust coating the bedside table, an Advil on the floor that was not mine, hair in the shower. I did a thorough check for bed bugs though and couldn’t find any signs and the bedding seemed clean so I tried my best to turn a blind eye to the dirty parts. Would I stay here again in a pinch? Sure. Would I seek this hotel out? Probably not.

Not to disrespect house keeping staff, but some things need to be cleaned more thoroughly.

Housekeeping left our door open while we were out for the day so theres that for safety and privacy. Sheets had hair in them when we got to the room. TV backlight was broken and it was midly inconvenient to watch. But theres a Tim Horton right next to the Inn...would not stay here again.

The room was extremely clean, quiet, no rugs and staff were excellent.

The floor, the walls and the bathroom was very dirty. We walk 5min in the room with only sox and they were very dirty. The drain of the bath was clogged. We reserve for two night. But we only stay one night. We book the reservation with Expedia. The hotel didn't want refund the second night because it was with a third partie (Expedia).

I had cockroaches in the room, by the fridge, and in the dishwasher.

Was a great place for an overnight. Comfy bed, clean bathroom. The floors in the room could have used a quick mop to make it 100%.

First of all they took their 200$ incidental fee from my credit card BEFORE i even arrived. When asked why upon arrival she says this is what we do for Pay at hotel guests. Unacceptable and never has this happened at any other hotel. Lastly and more importantly BEDBUGS. Just after 1am feel something crawling on my face and shine my cellphone light!! Off to another room dragging all of our stuff. Awful.

It was a very clean ground floor room. The staff were extremely accommodating and polite. A Tim Horton’s is beside it which was super convenient. One of Toronto’s biggest malls Sherway Gardens is 2 blocks away and so many other restaurants and amenities are close by

The room was fine except we could tell it wasn’t clean well before we came, especially the floors were gross.

Great place to stay after concert. Clean, beds were comfortable.

The room was fantastic in that way it was very clean and the bed was quite new and very comfortable. The bathroom was fully upgraded. It had a wonderful stand-up spa like shower. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Ask for a room away from the highway side—super noisy at all hours. Otherwise, it’s great!

It’s close to the highway so there is a lot of noise from moving cars. The rooms are clean and tidy.

Very comfortable bed, bathroom was updated with walk-in shower and rain shower head. Would definitely stay again.

The desk clerk was not very helpful. He asked for a $500 deposit from me, when he asked others for a $200. Took 3 hours before I got the key to my room.

We stay in the area regularly to visit nearby family & have stayed here before. This hotel has seen big renovations in the past few years, so it's definitely better than it used to be. Pillows are awful - lumpy chunks of foam in a sac - but the beds are comfortable enough. Sheets were clean and the room smelled clean. Still old and a bit worse for wear though. We spilled a cup of water on the floor and when we laid a towel on top to soak it up, the towel came up absolutely filthy. It was shocking! Rugs clearly do not get cleaned, so wear shoes! Biggest issue was a refusal by one woman behind the desk to allow us 2 days without staff coming into our room. The first time we asked for a do not disturb sign, we were outright refused. No matter how many ways I said we didn't need a cleaner in every day, she said we had no choice. Literally hundreds of hotels over the years, I have never had one insist that staff needed to come into the room every day. It felt invasive, controlling, and we actually were left with the feeling that if we left the hotel at any point, they would go into our room, no matter what we requested. It made us feel as though mom and children were somehow doing something nefarious by requesting privacy. I will not stay at this hotel again for this fact alone - the demeanor of the desk clerk during this conversation was disrespectful and off-putting.

Staff were very friendly and patient. Rooms were clean and well stocked.

The room itself was great but I booked online and didn’t see anywhere that the security deposit had to be paid with a credit card until I was at the front desk. We were also told wildly different rates for early check in, it jumped from $10 to $50. The lady helping us was pretty short and rude which put a bit of a damper on the experience!

Staff was not accommodating. Rude and did not care about guests. Side door was always unlocked so anyone can just walk right in. There was a scan for the key card but the door was open without having to scan ur card. Beds were extremely uncomfortably and hallways smelled like smoke. The front juice and coffee bar werent working for our entire stay ( 3 nights)

The front desk man, was extremely rude. I booked for two queen beds, and was told I was going to receive a singular king bed. When I asked if the price would go down since we are getting a downgrade he said “no. Let me go talk to my manager”… then he came back annoyed and said that we would be getting the original two queens we booked. The place was NOT busy, nor super nice. The parking lot was dingy, rooms were outdated, and our toilet kept making the water refill noise constantly. The bathrooms are not as pictured, and the beds are super high off the ground.

Location is perfect.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms with clean linen. Hotel is right on bus route which made it easy to get to subway and get downtown Toronto. Only complaint would be noise from the 401 and planes flying over. Will stay there again if I am ever back to Toronto.

It was close to Sherway Gardens, a major shopping centre, where many stores and restaurants are located. From the hotel, it is a 10-minute walk over the QEW by bridge.

The room was very nice - decor, clean, and comfortable. The highway was right next to the hotel, but it was fairly quiet of road noise. Tim Horton's is across the parking lot. Free juice, coffee, and tea in the hotel lobby.

Only a few power outlets and one wasn’t working until the second day. Minimal space in bathroom for personal health items. TV cutting out occasionally on some stations. Excellent coffee available in office plus a few breakfast snack items. Tim Hortons next door for more.

It's a good place and clean. There are no outlets to plug into and the ones built into table lamps are broken . There are no mirrors in the bedroom. There is no elevator and we had heavy luggage. They cancelled breakfast because of çovid and did not return it after. Good comfortable bed. No coffee maker. From desk coffee tastes like mud. Timmies next door.
