Hostel LAS ROSAS

Recomendo para estadías curtas. Fui bem atendido, as malas foram bem guardadas, o quarto tinha ar acondicionado, cozinha bem equipada e o único ponto negativo seria compartilhar um único banheiro entre muitas pessoas (um banheiro pra todos os quartos juntos). A localização é excelente perto do metrô e próximo ao Estádio Ryah Metropolitano, podendo acessar as dependências a qualquer hora por meio de uma senha na porta.

honestly this place did not look like a hostel. More like a holding cell for immigrants , in fact I was asked if I was part of a Colombian group that is staying awaiting deportation. The room smelled really bad.,people were inside their beds and they seemed very dirty people . Some of them lived there. There was only one bathroom for women and I was told that I need to use that lbathroom and to be fully clothed because yeh girls were there . I did not stay . I checked in , stayed an hour and left. I was very disapppointed. only one fridge and it was packed so need less to say I could not buy groceriesI am telling the truth

An elderly lady, who does not speak a word of English, struggled to find my booking and had to rely on another guest for help. While I understand not everyone needs to know English, basic words like “passport” and “booking number” would help when dealing with international guests. The process took place in a lobby where she was seated on a bench, and I stood confused. She made faces, seemed frustrated at my lack of Spanish, and made remarks that led to other guests laughing at my expense. While I don’t think she meant harm, she was clearly overwhelmed, as I later saw her cleaning toilets as well. Infrastructure & Hygiene: They recorded my details on an A4 sheet visible to everyone—an obvious GDPR violation. The lady also took a photo of my passport and visa on her phone, and I don’t know if it was a company device. There was only one toilet, shower, and sink for everyone. My room alone had 12 beds, and I counted at least four rooms—clearly inadequate facilities. The room had terrible ventilation, and a bed near mine had a strong stench that staff ignored. Despite spraying half my body spray, the smell remained unbearable. The beds were uncomfortable, but that became the least of my concerns. Unfortunately, arriving late at night with an early flight, I had no option to leave. Expedia should investigate this hostel and reconsider its listing.

La zona y las comunicaciones hacia ellas son muy buenas, tienes el metro muy cerca y el autobús y el nocturno para la noche está bien realmente para estar en los extremos de la ciudad, muy bien comunicado, sitio muy tranquilo y tiene un parque y emás al destacar de las instalaciones le tienen muchas pequeñas faltas.... la cocina está bien, los cuartos de baño y las duchas son muy deficientes no tienen un circuito completo de agua caliente tienen calentadores eléctricos y hay más de 17 personas viviendo allí por lo que raramente coges agua caliente en Madrid en invierno un solo cuarto de baño con una ducha para tres habitaciones completas y una habitación para mujeres con el suyo propio el cuarto baño completamente anegado de agua siempre la nevera exterior para comer a partir de las 11 de la noche guardar las cosas no funciona bien el personal está encima de todo el mundo que vive allí para que cumplan las normas que ellos ven lógicas para una convivencia

The refrigerator was broken and the staff couldn’t be bothered to get it fixed. The beds are air mattresses which are horrible. The male staff member Luis harassed me which made me so uncomfortable I left several days early. There are no locks on the doors and nowhere to securely store belongings. I did not feel safe staying here

This hostel does not meet the standards hostel rate. There was no personal locker, no proper reception and it was the most horrible stays I have had.

Só tem um banheiro para todo o hostel, os aquecedores ficam desligados e só fornecem uma manta, pois cobram mais 5 euros por cada a mais que você solicitar, os quartos são bem frios, tive que usar minhas jaquetas por cima da manta para não ter hipotermia (é sério isso)!!!são 16 camas por quarto, vezes 4 é o número de pessoas para usar o único banheiro???

Si vienes en plan de turismo, cero recomendado. Pase solo una noche y no hay locker, no hay calefacción, no hay camas cómodas sino colchones, el agua caliente falla, servía solo un baño, poco profesional el trato.

El personal es muy descortés, grosero, poco empático y para nada servicial. Cuando llegue la cama estaba sucia. Apagaban la luz del comedor sin importar si estábamos comiendo. Entran a los cuartos sin avisar y hacen ruido para despertar a todos según porque están barriendo. Y para finalizar, solo hay un baño para todos y tienen que hacer colas tanto para ir al sanitario y también para tomar una ducha.

A experiência no hostel deixou a desejar. As camas não tinham cortinas, o que reduzia a privacidade. O colchão não era muito confortável e o banheiro ficava dentro do quarto, o que incomodava bastante quando alguém acordava cedo ou chegava tarde. Além disso, não havia armários para guardar a mala, o que tornava a estadia menos prática.

El personal de recepción es lo más desagradable gente grosera y deshonesta

Muy pero muy mala atención al cliente los recepciónistas te gritan te insultan te tratan mal de verdad el peor hostal de Madrid hay un chico de recepción llamado Sergio que es una persona bastante desagradable su trato asea los huéspedes es de lo más desagradable del mundo trata a la gente de mala manera los grita los insulta es una persona ordinaria y grosera

Esta decente de Domingo a jueves por el precio que tiene, pero viernes y sábado suben tanto el precio que no vale lo que piden, eliminen esa inflación. Por otro lado el personal horrible, uno atiende fatal a los huéspedes e incluso los insulta, les falta sin lugar a dudas el respeto y fueron varias ocasiones en las que lo vi. Por lo demas, una estancia normal.

Buena ubicación
