Horrible

Hotel AC was not working. Microwave was not working either

We arrived after a long drive to only have a staff member go "we are booked tonight; if you have a reservation we will give you a refund" and that was it. They didn't.take down my name or looked at my reservation. At least they could have sent a message saying it was booked out Honestly after seeing the prior reviews and how basically the same thing is happening with others this is a management problem and whoever they are putting at the front desk has no business being there. Thankfully I got at least credit back on here though the hotel should refund me. More thankful because given how the area looked with shady people all around and how it smelled like drugs the hotel I am kinda glad I didn't stay there.

Atrocious, filthy, shady characters

Bed frame was broken, mattress was absolutely terrible, the shower had hair on the walls, the shower head was leaking and had horrible water flow, rusty shower curtain rod, so atrocious that I left 2 days early and got a different hotel. Hotel staff did not check me out and charged me the entire week stay. Thru just told me to leave the key in the room if I left early.
