I stayed for a few hours with my three children. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The kids checked out the pool and said no thanks but I cant account for it. Overall, I would stay here again.

We stayed here to get out of the house for our anniversary. Everything was super clean, even the pool which I’ve noticed a lot of similar places don’t upkeep. All of our neighbors were quiet. No issues, better than we expected!

We didn’t use the hot tub. Our breakfast was in a bag with a soft apple, a juice box, bottle of water, and Kellogg breakfast biscuit. The man at the front desk seemed disinterested in if we were there or not. We likely won’t stay there again.

There was someone left over food in the refrigerator. I went for the jucuzzi tub but the jet speed was low and couldn’t be changed. Only 2 small towels in the room with a jucuzzi tub. No conditioner for hair the continental breakfast was frozen foods you have to microwave. For the price charged it was not satisfied

Rented the Jacuzzi room. Jacuzzi didn't work properly, they did not have another room to accommodate us. The room next door had a female in it that had alot of traffic in and out and slamming doors and beating on things, could not sleep. Checked out after 2½ hrs of being there. Front desk refused to refund my money. Did not do anything about the room next to us either. Allowed the traffic in and out of the room next door.

It’s a fine stay for an overnight. The hotel is very clean although the room did smell a little strange. Probably because it had been closed up with no air circulation. The room had a humidifier in it, which was completely full. When I arrived. I emptied it and ended up sleeping just fine

Only thing for breakfast was ceral or waffles. The lights from outside shined into the room around the curtains. I can't sleep with a lot of light so I didn’t get much sleep. The beds was hard as a rock. The carpet in the room was dirty.

We had no A/C, and nothing was done about it. Two babies under 3 years old, it was easier to breathe outside than inside the room. Slept with no blankets and still woke up wet from our sweat.

Ongoing family dispute in which law Enforcement came a few times in the middle of the night. This went on for days while taking place at night. Kids were bouncing on the beds and running all around ALL hours of the night making sleep difficult since I was on the bottom level. Houses behind the hotel made noise that echoed in the hotel parking. I-10 heavy traffic made sleeping difficult. Maybe get a room in the center of the complex rather than on the end like I was. Service for housekeeping was great! I stayed for two weeks for work and every day the room was cleaned, bed made & vacuumed.

We booked 2 rooms, but the room we booked for our children had to be changed 2 times. In the beginning the hotel worker wasn’t trying to fix the problem until the morning (the heat would not go above 72 and the curtains would not close).

When we arrived no one was at desk. No one responded to bell. After 20 minutes we called. The person who answered said she was on an errand. She returned checked us. In the room we could not find the tv remote. I went to desk to get one. It did not work. I called and she brought another. The ice machine and coffee maker did not work. Breakfast was not available when we left at 8:45 as they were waiting for a truck

It’s okay for 1 night but glad I’m only here 1 night. There’s a $50 fee for staying, hopefully I’ll get it back in the morning. Kinda of a rough looking area but it’s OK

The room was larger than I expected. We were happy with it. The lady at the counter desk was very nice. There could of been more breakfast fast items but not a dealbreaker

We didn’t use the hot tub. Our breakfast was in a bag with a soft apple, a juice box, bottle of water, and Kellogg breakfast biscuit. The man at the front desk seemed disinterested in if we were there or not. We likely won’t stay there again.

Only thing for breakfast was ceral or waffles. The lights from outside shined into the room around the curtains. I can't sleep with a lot of light so I didn’t get much sleep. The beds was hard as a rock. The carpet in the room was dirty.

Basic but clean and comfortable room. Good tv setup. Tiniest soaps I’ve ever seen. Friendly staff. Breakfast was spare. The rubbery egg biscuit was disgusting. Coffee good.

There was someone left over food in the refrigerator. I went for the jucuzzi tub but the jet speed was low and couldn’t be changed. Only 2 small towels in the room with a jucuzzi tub. No conditioner for hair the continental breakfast was frozen foods you have to microwave. For the price charged it was not satisfied

Nice property and friendly staff. Everything was clean and well maintained. Good value. My only complaint is that the coffee was terrible. Otherwise it was a great place.

I reserved our our room at Hotel.com. when we get to the hotel the outside is not as clean looking as shown on website. We check in at 3pm. The bathroom did not look clean the carpet was dirty, brought lysol sprayed down everything including beds. Next morning took shower because of no mat on floor I fell very hard in the shower I don't know the reprocusion of this yet. saying all of this to say you can get way better than this motel for the same price just do your research don't waste your money here.
