The staff was awesome. Courtney at the front desk went above and beyond helping me. Haven't seen this attention in quite some time. The room was clean, parking convenient, and the breakfast was good. Will stay here again when in the area. Thank you again to Courtney at the front desk.

This is far from a luxury hotel, and certain aspects are in need of repair, but we keep returning here for a myriad of reasons. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, the room has everything we need for a one or two night stay and the staff goes out of their way to be friendly and make sure you have everything you need, which I cannot say for a lot of the other hotels in the area. We have been coming to Syracuse regularly for games at SU and to visit relatives in the area, and for the price, we just can't complain. Fresh coffee in the lobby 24/7 is a real plus. The free breakfast is standard fare. Location is convenient, quiet, and close to the fairgrounds, and about 10 minutes from SU. I recommend it.

The room was clean. The ac was noisy. When I plugged my devices into the outlet by the recliner there were sparks. The rear elevator had a continuous sewer smell.

Very underrated hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff is super nice. 24 hour coffee in the lobby is a plus. Highly recommend if you just need an overnight in the Syracuse area.

The one elevator was not in operation and we were directed to use the back door and the back elevator but then our room cards wouldn’t open the door. So we had to get our room keys reprogrammed. The room had a bit of a odor. The air did work well. There was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. They did provide extra instructions for how to travel to the fair we came to see. We met a staff member in the stairwell as she was on her personal phone on speaker phone having someone yell not appropriate language.

Perfect for what we needed. We were in town for a concert so it fit our needs for the night. Clean but dated room, air conditioner couldn't keep up (it was a warm July night) staff was excellent, breakfast was good. Easy to get to right off the highway, plenty of parking. I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation or romantic vet away but if you just need a bed and a shower in a decent area this is the place.

Overall it was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.I did have a hard time sleeping because the traffic noise woke me up. I didn't like the fact that there was no housekeeping and we had to empty our own trash and find fresh towels.

Our brief stay couldn’t have been better. We arrived in the middle of the night and were greeted by a friendly front desk guy, who was sweet enough to offer us snacks or anything else we needed, because we had just driven more than 12 hours coming from Chicago and were really tired. The room was sparkly clean, towels and sheets super fresh. It was modern and well decorated, beds were comfy (just a little small, but that’s on me, because I didn’t pay attention on the size of the beds when I booked, I assumed the “double beds” were queen size, but they were more like full size), but nothing that could stop us from having a good night sleep. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was really good, with good selection of items. Overall, 10/10! We’ll definitely be back if ever in this area again.

Our room had a very strong musty odor that was present for our entire stay. The carpet had a weird sticky feeling on our feet. The room was decorated in a darker shade so it made the whole space feel dark and gloomy. The bathroom is extremely small. The beds should be updated to queen size for more comfort. Some of the tv channels would cut out while we were watching. Breakfast was ok, but the room it's served in is very small and it's hard to maneuver when it's busy. There aren't enough tables to sit at, so you'll probably have to eat in your room. It's an ok hotel if you just needing a place to sleep for the night. I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.

The area around the hotel was a little off putting, nothing around and right next to the freeway so all you heard was cars and trucks all night. This place is literally in the middle of both sides of the freeway and middle of no where pretty much. With camping world right next to it, it makes it a little better but still off putting. Seems pretty safe other wise though.

The hotel room was clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was too small. Breakfast was included. However, it wasn't convenient to anything such as restraunts, grocery stores, or gas stations. It gave us the opportunity to explore the local area more.

I arrived at midnight after having trouble finding the place. Night clerk greeted me warmly, even though he was exhausted long hours for being so friendly. The room was mostly fine. The air conditioner was loud and sputtered, but it did call the wrong. Turned it off. My morning shower was more late a hot drip. Water pressure to the shower was awful. I reported to the desk in the morning. Hotel is in an industrial area with a failed restaurant next-door, so pretty isolated. Lots of parking. But it was good for one night. The room and property were clean Breakfast was okay

Almost got run over by staff. Debit card kept getting declined cause they were keying wrong numbers and I had to contact my bank. Key card had to be reprogrammed every time I left and came back. I was charged over 300,00 per night times 2 nights. Not a happy camper.☹️

The hotel was OK but the location of it getting there was very confusing. We did find it, but he needs something else around it and also to say it was close to the New York fairground it wasn’t it was tucked in a corner by RV company and the roads were terrible.

The Comfort Inn was right off the I 90. It was close to the empower amphitheater. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good, but was comfortable.

Good value for the price and within a 10 minute drive to the Amphitheater for a concert, which was the purpose of our stay. There's nothing to eat within walking distance so the closest one, Arby's, is a 12 minute drive. No issues during our stay, and no surprises. Would stay there again if we go to another concert.

The area around the hotel was a little off putting, nothing around and right next to the freeway so all you heard was cars and trucks all night. This place is literally in the middle of both sides of the freeway and middle of no where pretty much. With camping world right next to it, it makes it a little better but still off putting. Seems pretty safe other wise though.

Its cheap but clean. The staff are always super nice when we stay here. Its in a weird area but it works if your going to the lake amphitheater. Less than a 10 minute drive.

The staff was awesome. Courtney at the front desk went above and beyond helping me. Haven't seen this attention in quite some time. The room was clean, parking convenient, and the breakfast was good. Will stay here again when in the area. Thank you again to Courtney at the front desk.

This is far from a luxury hotel, and certain aspects are in need of repair, but we keep returning here for a myriad of reasons. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, the room has everything we need for a one or two night stay and the staff goes out of their way to be friendly and make sure you have everything you need, which I cannot say for a lot of the other hotels in the area. We have been coming to Syracuse regularly for games at SU and to visit relatives in the area, and for the price, we just can't complain. Fresh coffee in the lobby 24/7 is a real plus. The free breakfast is standard fare. Location is convenient, quiet, and close to the fairgrounds, and about 10 minutes from SU. I recommend it.

Everything about this stay was great, my only complaint was it was a hot 95 degree day and when we got into our room late at night the a/c was not on and the room was a bit hot. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was great.

Our room had a very strong musty odor that was present for our entire stay. The carpet had a weird sticky feeling on our feet. The room was decorated in a darker shade so it made the whole space feel dark and gloomy. The bathroom is extremely small. The beds should be updated to queen size for more comfort. Some of the tv channels would cut out while we were watching. Breakfast was ok, but the room it's served in is very small and it's hard to maneuver when it's busy. There aren't enough tables to sit at, so you'll probably have to eat in your room. It's an ok hotel if you just needing a place to sleep for the night. I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.

Our brief stay couldn’t have been better. We arrived in the middle of the night and were greeted by a friendly front desk guy, who was sweet enough to offer us snacks or anything else we needed, because we had just driven more than 12 hours coming from Chicago and were really tired. The room was sparkly clean, towels and sheets super fresh. It was modern and well decorated, beds were comfy (just a little small, but that’s on me, because I didn’t pay attention on the size of the beds when I booked, I assumed the “double beds” were queen size, but they were more like full size), but nothing that could stop us from having a good night sleep. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was really good, with good selection of items. Overall, 10/10! We’ll definitely be back if ever in this area again.

Attentive Staff check-in was a little rough, but they responded and moved me to a different room. Breakfast was OK. Room was clean. Air quality was OK but not great all in all a good place maybe a little overpriced for what they offered, but it’s New York.

Unfortunately this is an old hotel that desperately needs an update. Hotel was clean, however, room amenities need improvement. The mattress should have been retired 5 years ago, the faucet in the bathtub was broken, black mold on the ceiling, warm water, not hot coming out of the tap and walls paper thin. Would not recommend, definitely not worth the price for 1 nights accommodation.
