Very nice place with helpful and friendly staff. Room was spotless with superior beds: soft and luxurious. First floor room also had private exterior door--a huge convenience. Bathroom was large with plush towels. Breakfast was first-rate: eggs & sausage, cereal, waffles, more. Wifi was fast. Solid construction and location of building meant a quiet place to sleep. Traveling to Syracuse to visit a friend attending the University. Location was perfect, ten minutes from the Southside Campus. Parking lot was very well lit with plenty of spaces available. Staff was very friendly even at 4:30 in the morning when I checked out. The room was exactly as picture on the web sight. For the value it was exactly as expected.

Wish I would have thoroughly read the reviews before I booked this property. Our room was dingy and in need of a makeover. The chair in the room collapsed the moment you touched it. They did not service the room despite our request that they do so. The one washer and dryer available for the entire property looked very old and janky. I would absolutely not stay at this property again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was great and sheets were wonderful. Only complaint really was condition of hallways. And elevators. To be fair they are doing work on the property. Gym was closed for Reno’s and some windows were boarded up.

The WiFi was unreliable. Netflix was not available even though the tv remote had a button for it. The shower tile seemed dirty and it got cleaner as we showered. Hmmmm. There were spots on the corner of the comforter that bothered me. My husband said maybe it was ink but I worried it was blood. The people working there were very nice. The amount of sinks and tables being thrown away in the back of the parking lot made me feel like they were under construction and I wish I knew that before I booked the place.

Property needs inspection for renovations. Has some water leak at vending area, has cracked glass in elevator waiting section window, 1 room had collection of fruit flies, mismatched lamp scheme, crooked pictures, some wall air-condition units are piling away from plaster/sheet rock and cracks appear at wall and ceiling There is a strange smell in main hallsways floors 3 &4. Door gap to room at floor is too large. Light switch mounts on walls are crooked and mismatched in color on some. Overall needs improvement.

It was super inconvenient to even get to the property. The GPS took you to the Taco Bell parking lot and you could see the hotel but couldn’t access the road to it. There were windows boarded up with wood. The stairwell was dirty with dead bugs on the window sills.

Front desk provided quick and good customer service. Clean overall facilities, spacious rooms, complete bathroom miscellaneous. I like the ample space to store luggage. Peace and quiet area, good place to have a quick short break from a long drive. Sufficient and timely replenishment of food counters and drinks station. Highly recommended place.

I stay here fairly often. This trip, carpet had not been vacuumed, trash wasn’t emptied, the A/C was off so the room was humid and smelled musty upon entering, and in this particular room - 316 - there is a small evidence of mold in the shower.

This is our 2nd stay. We book 2 rooms because we are vendors at the LaFayette Apple Festival. Last year we stayed and the property and rooms were clean and looked well taken care of. This year both rooms were gross. 1 room had what looked like blood dripping near the bathroom garbage and poop behind the toilet. The second room bugs in spider webs hanging from the ceiling, mold on the ceiling and caulk in the bathroom. Both rooms the floora felt disgusting. There was what appeared to be an ozone machine in the hallway, so who knows what they were trying to hide there. Unable to use the TV, they took away the ability to log into apps, so unless u wanted to watch aports, news or courtroom drama you didnt watch anything

The breakfast was okay. Liked that it had eggs and sausage but the heater mustn’t have been working because they were cool. Also the potatoes were edible but dry and also cool. The room was nice but the LVT flooring was damaged and cool. I think that flooring might have been a good experiment but carpet is warmer and quieter making for a more cozy feeling. Parking and cleanliness was fine.

Arrived very late from late flight, and asked for a quiet room as I was severely lacking sleep. Was provided an upgrade and a very quiet, clean room. Gentleman at check-in was very kind and accommodating and inquired about my stay the next morning. Breakfast options the next morning included yogurt.

The receptionist asked if I booked online, said she didn’t find my reservation and there was no available room for me. I showed her my confirmation email on my phone, without even looking to read it, she gave me the key right away. I really do not understand what game are they playing. This was not my first time with similar experience. What benefit would you get by doing this to your customers?

Cons: - woman made an error checking us in. She changed our room bc we had a dog with us but didn’t change it in the system so at around 1-2 am- we had other guests enter our room. It was very scary for us to be awoken out of a deep sleep to a man entering our room and I’m sure bewildering for them. I used the treadmill in their “gym” which seemed to be an old conference room that was more of a storage room now with dirty mattresses leaning against the walls, broken bed frames and other broken furniture and miscellaneous items, stored right next to the gym equipment which consisted of a broken treadmill, an old but working tread, an old elliptical and a bike. The hotel has not been maintained but they seemed to be in the middle of updating the bathroom vanities as there were old vanities (about 100 or so) strewn outside the hotel on the grass. Seems more like a motel than a hotel. Linens were dirty, rooms had tile floors that were filthy.

I used the treadmill in their “gym” which seemed to be an old conference room that was more of a storage room now with dirty mattresses leaning against the walls, broken bed frames and other broken furniture and miscellaneous items, stored right next to the gym equipment which consisted of a broken treadmill, an old but working tread, an old elliptical and a bike. The hotel has not been maintained but they seemed to be in the middle of updating the bathroom vanities as there were old vanities (about 100 or so) strewn outside the hotel on the grass. Seems more like a motel than a hotel. Linens were dirty, rooms had tile floors that were filthy.

Just two hours after checking in, one of the staff members decided to open our door without warning, not even a knock, and look into our room. My girlfriend and I had to yell to get the person to leave, and we were caught in what should have been a private setting. This was borderline traumatic. This was highly unusual, I have never had hotel staff just open the door like this in 30 years of traveling and many stays. Reached out to the company, 3 days and no response. Do not stay at this hotel if you value your privacy. Staff is sketchy.

The comfort inn here is a solid choice for value and convenience located directly off the interstate. The McDonalds and Taco Bell are both avout 50 yards away of you are good with that as a basic meal. Some better restaurants are a little ways away.

Clean and affordable. Not much in the surrounding area, other than a McDonald’s and a Taco Bell, but 15-20 minutes from Syracuse University so a convenient option if you are dropping off a stident, parents weekend, other SU activities.

This is a decent place to sleep. There are annoying lights above the head board with no obvious switch for turning them off. I had to cover them with pillow slip covers but that didn't keep out all the light. Getting there is a challenge - there is a traffic circle that must be navigated and the signage is so bad that I made multiple mistakes finding the right exit off the circle.

Traveling to Syracuse to visit a friend attending the University. Location was perfect, ten minutes from the Southside Campus. Parking lot was very well lit with plenty of spaces available. Staff was very friendly even at 4:30 in the morning when I checked out. The room was exactly as picture on the web sight. For the value it was exactly as expected.

We arrived late in the evening and had a very difficult time locating the hotel since the building is set back off of the road. There was no signage at the road and the building itself was dark with no lit signage. Once we arrived the attendant was very accommodating, got some drinks for us. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was amazing!

Front desk provided quick and good customer service. Clean overall facilities, spacious rooms, complete bathroom miscellaneous. I like the ample space to store luggage. Peace and quiet area, good place to have a quick short break from a long drive. Sufficient and timely replenishment of food counters and drinks station. Highly recommended place.

The hotel was fine. The front desk staff was excellent and friendly. The gentleman that did the breakfast set up was always about refilling breads, eggs, sausage etc. The hotel is a bit old and could use a facelift but nice to stay at. The McDonald’s and Taco Bell within walking distance is a plus

There was a boarded up window in the stairway and dents in the walls in our room. The workout equipment was minimal and some of the equipment was broken. My husband was able to fix one of the machines well enough to get a good workout in. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable but the bed closest to the wall in our room had very uneven wear, probably due to how close the bed was to the wall. On the positive side, the hotel was quiet, check in was a breeze, even though we were late arriving, and the continental breakfast was superb. For the money and for what we needed it for, the room and hotel more than met our needs.

Very nice place with helpful and friendly staff. Room was spotless with superior beds: soft and luxurious. First floor room also had private exterior door--a huge convenience. Bathroom was large with plush towels. Breakfast was first-rate: eggs & sausage, cereal, waffles, more. Wifi was fast. Solid construction and location of building meant a quiet place to sleep. Fast food places nearby. Didn't notice any recycling cans etc but overall an excellent place to stay.

The breakfast was okay. Liked that it had eggs and sausage but the heater mustn’t have been working because they were cool. Also the potatoes were edible but dry and also cool. The room was nice but the LVT flooring was damaged and cool. I think that flooring might have been a good experiment but carpet is warmer and quieter making for a more cozy feeling. Parking and cleanliness was fine.

Our stay was great except for the hot food or breakfast. The sausages were cooked in some type of aus jus. The homefries and eggs I believe come in a big milk carton. They just aren't very good . The cold items were very good.The sausages need to actually be cooked

I’ve never stayed at a motel where I could get breakfast at 4:15 AM! With an early flight, that was wonderful. They also have the mounted shampoo bottles in the shower which I wish was available at all motels for environmental reasons.

Decent hotel at the price. Free Breakfast was better than it looked. Lobby looks a little outdated. Ample parking and first floor has doors to the outside (good or bad depending on your preferences). Not really near any places except a McDonald's that share the same parking lot. We only stayed a night.

The AC worked well but the room was surprisingly humid and felt damp. For example, after showing the bath room had a very difficult time drying out. Despite the price being one of the cheaper hotels (dates corresponded with Syracuse University student move in) I probably would not return for another stay.
