Air conditioning only worked on full blast or nothing. Shower head was gross and there was mold on the bathroom tiles. Several broken pieces of furniture in the room. Only half the buttons on the TV remote worked. Staff were friendly. Did not use their shuttle to the port because an Uber was about half the price.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room I first got was dirty. There were dead flies and what looked like bird poop on the inside window sill. The bed was lopsided - one corner was higher than the rest of the bed. The refrigerator didn't work. You had to slam the microwave door to shut it. The air conditioning was not working well. There was what appeared to be mold on the caulking of the tub around the faucet. It did appear it was attempted to be cleaned. My room was changed when I told the front desk lady who was always nice. That room was cleaner. Everything worked except the TV had vertical lines on the right side of the screen. Once I let them know, they replaced it immediately. Everything is outdated. Furniture has some chips in the wood. The pool was clean, but the clients of the hotel seemed a little sketchy. I didn't want to lay out by or go into the pool for that reason. There seemed to be a lot of vacant rooms. The tiki bar that is advertised and a reason I wanted to go, to sit there and by the pool, before I got there and knew about the place, is closed. The staff said they can't find anybody to "run it." So you can purchase $9 drinks at the front desk. The continental breakfast was abysmal. White wonder bread with a toaster. Two flavors of small muffins that looked like what you buy at the grocery store, the worst ones. The drinks machine wasn't working. There were corn flakes and fruit loops, the last of which I ate but were stale. There was some fruit
