Excellent new hotel rooms. The area is a bit questionable. Good fast food locations nearby. Digital door locks, no keys needed. Very clean. The property is open, no security gate. Check-out is at 10am. That is very early. Helpful and patient staff.

Free parking, great rooms, safe.

I felt like the place was brand spanking new! Love the room... Love the secure parking... Everything was just great. Easy to get to price point was perfect and I would stay there again in a heartbeat

Very clean, nice to have laundry on site, gated for safety.

Clean room. Plenty of space and amenities for the room. Only down side is that I could rarely park in front of my room. I would have to park in other locations around the suites.

This small facility is wonderful. The rooms are amazingly clean. The facility is surrounded with both commercial and residential amenities however is quite therefore comfortable during sleep and relaxation. A gated environment ensures privacy and safety should you choose to enter by car. There are several bakeries or coffeehouses nearby to also enjoy. Will definitely be a return client and would recommend to others

Very clean. They paid a lot of attention to detail. Nice furnishings. I wish the gate would’ve been closed so no one off the street could have access to our cars, etc.

It was a convenient location, only about 15 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown New Orleans. The location was safe and gated. The room was clean and had good amenities.

The room was good, but the air conditioning was a window unit and very noisy. I didn't like the lack of information about having to re-register, repeating all the information previously entered. Only then did they send me the code to enter the parking lot. At that point, I called the phone number, and a young man answered me VERY POORLY. I needed authorization to park in other spaces, as there were none available for the room I indicated. Only then did I call again, and a young woman helped me.

Secure, gated, keyless entry, very clean, comfortable beds, very safe area, easy to get to places you want to see in NO. I will stay at Redamo Suites on my next stop in NO.

The room was clean but small, they won't let you in the room until 4:00pm sharp, unless you want to pay extra, they also make sure you leave by 11:00am or they charge you extra! the sheets were stained along with some towels, the Air conditioner was very loud! Breakfast was not included in the price but they will help you find a place. other hotels include breakfast and exercise rooms for the same price! I wouldn't stay there again

Upon arrival, My husband and I called the property multiple times to see if we could check in early. They do alot through an answering service. So we were not able to get a response right away. We had to take our chances and uber to the location and luckily someone was in the lobby to assist. The person had a hard time getting us verified. He was nice enough to allow us to check in early for a $35 fee. We get to the room and cant get in with the code given. We had to try multiple times. Ultimately we got a temporary code that worked. Then we leave the room to go explore NOLA. Only to get back to an AC unit that didnt work. Called and got the answering service. So it took a while for the answering to get a hold to a ac service. Then he finally gets there and says "yeah, its something wrong with it..im sorry" So he goes and i guess tries to contact someone from the property (because there is no one on site after like 7/8). Then he comes back and says he will have to move us to another room but he needed to go see if the room was rented out already. He left again for a while. He took us to another room that smelled like death. We just left at that point. There were also what looked like people that lived in the units so its a bit sketchy. The people were nice, however they have a lot to work on with the property. Also, there is no ventilation in the restroom, and it was hair all over the restroom floor. It was just a lot going on. We asked for a refund. Do not do it !

Very clean and spacious! First time going to New Orleans and I saw the reviews before booking and they are not wrong very clean and easy to check in and check out

Very modern, and the cleanest room I have been in. It’s about the small things and my room had more than I could’ve imagined! Very pleased and I will be back!!!

Very up-dated room. Our floors were not swept or mopped. But the bathroom was clean. I appreciate the hot sauce, teas, and streamer fory clothes.

Satisfied with the room. Linen for beds was not clean- only complaint. Staff very friendly

Perfect stay! The room was exceptional! The bed was super comfortable. It was a perfect stay for our night before early morning flight. Close enough to the airport like we needed.

This place would be perfect if it wasn’t for the air conditioner powered by a jet engine or the shade that didn’t cover the whole window. If someone wanted to look into my room all night they could have. Also someone else had control of my TV. Changing stations, changing volume etc…. This was on both YouTube TV & the built in channels to the firestick. Other than that it was great!!!!

The AC is powered by a window unit so it is quiet loud if you want to stay cool. There is a thermostat that seems to be for a central AC unit but it does not seem to do anything. The address leads you to the exit gate and finding the entrance was a little confusing. Parking is not ideal since there are a limited number of spots.

Check in is really easy and the towels were the best towels ever. The window shade allowed people to look into the bathroom. It also let light in. The room is never dark for sleep. They have this emergency flash light that goes on and they don’t want you to unplug it. Also the ac is really loud.

It was my first time in the area. It was a good location for me, not in the middle of all the traffic. The rooms were nice, stayed in two different rooms. The first room was upstairs, I needed a room downstairs so they moved me after the first night. They were very friendly and we handled everything over text. My only recommendation would be to change out the window shades. The rooms have no way to be dark with the shades now.

The units look brand new. The bed was comfortable and the unit was spotless clean. They offer black towels for makeup removal and cleaning spills/messes. The premises is gated as well. The a/c blows cold, but is uncharacteristically loud. Oddly, the blinds arent wide enough on the sides to cover the edges of the windows, so you can see in and out from the sides of the shades. Other than that, the stay was great.

I had a wonderful experience at Redamo Suites. This is my first contactless hotel, but the owners stayed in contact with me via text messages. They checked on me daily to see if I needed anything. The room was cozy, clean, and only 15 minutes or so from the excitement of Bourbon and Canal Streets via Lyft or Uber. This will be my go to place moving forward for my annual New Orleans trip. Thank you!

Beautiful place, the owner was so amazing, we had a hard time with the person less check in and he was able to help us out and eveb let us have early checkin and a late check out, since our cruise was leaving at a later time. Cant wait to go back!!

Was extremely clean overall and felt comfy and safe. The vibes of the place were great and was worth what I paid only inconvenience was the check in process was difficult and the door code didn’t work. We had to call and get it reset and no one answered luckily there was staff on the grounds to help us get in and was resolved semi quickly.

I’ve never been to a hotel where I have to pay extra for room service, per day. The rooms are nicely updated! You can tell that it used to be a motel but it’s not in a bad neighborhood. Even though no one is at the front desk (contactless hotel) the staff text you while you’re there to check in on you. The hotel is not huge, so therefore there are limited parking spots. I was able to find a spot the 2 nights I stayed. There is no breakfast. My only issue is the no free room service, fix that issue and you’ll have 5 stars.

The hotel was in a gated community, which was a plus considering the neighborhood. Check-in was super easy as it is contactless. There was a leak a few doors down, which went into the room that I was staying in but property staff took care of. It introduced themselves and was super friendly. The room itself was amazing very clean. We definitely stay there again.

Quiet, secluded, very fair pricing especially for a holiday weekend! Updated, clean, lots of pillows. Great coffee & tea choices in room. We arrived early and they opened the door for us to get settled in early. Thank you!

Love this place and will be back when I am in the city next time. Convenient to New Orleans. Quiet, clean rooms, and secure parking. Love it!

Nice place, but hard to find in the beginning

Property was great just not in the best of neighborhoods

It was easily accessible and very clean inside. Was able to park directly in front of the unit to make unloading and loading very easy as well. Located in a very central area and was quiet and cozy.

The areas itself was a little far from the city, but only by about 10 minutes drive, everything was as shown the room was even bigger than I thought. I was incredibly happy with my stay and will definitely be using them again. I almost don’t want to rate them this high! so that it stays hidden gem. But I really do recommend this place.
