Comfort Inn Davenport East - Bettendorf

A pretty average place. Room was nice and it was clean but the floors squeaked and there was a very heavy footed guest above us. Staff was friendly. Hotel is awkward to get to and the parking lot was not cleared of snow well.

Pool was out of order. Poor breakfast options. Only 1 towel in room. 1/4 roll of tp was all the bathroom had. Shower did not appear to have been cleaned.This was our second room. The first room we were assigned had no window shades, so no privacy. Elevator had broken tiles on door, tons of fingerprints on the stainless steel and dirty floor, so it lacked proper and regular cleaning. The clerk wants to take a copy of your drivers license, and then sets it aside. Said they would need it if the police come and would need to see who is there?!? (Gave me ID theft concerns). How this property received an Americinn franchise is unbelievable, as I have stayed with various Americinn's at least a dozen times, and all were top notch. Stay here at your own risk. I will never return.

Usually had to have cell phone handy if you needed someone at the front desk as they seemed to be understaffed. Now towels or spare toilet paper in the bathroom. Elevator and Ice machine were both out of order. At least our room was on the ground floor. At least it was clean.

Locating the entrance to the hotel driveway was not marked well, along with having pot holes. Not sure who is responsible for the driveway entrance. Days Inn , comfort or the car dealership

The pool was not working. The ice machine was not working. We had to ask for towels in our room and there were no Kleenex in the room. Continental breakfast had no fruit bagels or donuts. Just a little cereal, a waffle maker, juice and coffee. As we were leaving we also noticed that the fire alarm system had not been inspected in 2023 which is illegal. My sister who stayed with me in the room works for simplex grinnell and noticed that it had not been inspected. There's also $100 deposit for the room that we were not told about in advance. All in all a very disappointing stay.

Do not stay here! We were trying to save money on lodging and we spent more on hidden charges, purchasing our own blankets, pillows, and towels than we would have spent on a clean more expensive room. This hotel should be condemned. The health department needs to be alerted to the condition of the rooms. Black mold in the shower, no ac, had to move rooms, no blankets or towels in either room. Food under the mattress, holes in the lamp shades, the door would hardly shut, the elevator had graffiti, the pool was empty. I can’t say enough bad things about this property.

Gave us a third floor room to only find out elevators broken, pool not open for over a year, broken ice machine.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy! Windows broke, beds weren’t even made properly! Just Disgusting! Even got stuck on the elevator and the cleaning lady got mad at us!

This property looked abandoned when we pulled in. When we checked in, I was charged a $100 security deposit plus the room charge. When we got to our room, the pillows were dirty, one bed had a comforter and no sheet while the other bed only had a sheet. We asked for a different room which was no better. We then asked for a refund and went to a diffuser hotel. I was surprised by the condition of the property. The pool was drained. One of the exterior doors was unsecured and broken, a window in the pool area was broken and the pool area had refrigerators stored in it. We have an Americinn in Sioux City that looks nothing like the one in Davenport. I don’t think I’ll ever book one again.

I was in town for the State Bowling Tournament. This hotel was closecto the 1st bowling center for the tournament and I've stayed at other AmericInn hotels before, this by far was the worst one. Pool out of order due to complete hotel renovations. This wasn't mentioned at the time of booking. Rooms were dated. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a joke. 2 types of cereal and a waffles maker.

The floors were filthy and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned. Feces on inside of the toilet.

This one is of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in.

Let's start at the first impression. The parking lot was littered with cups, bottles, general debris. Grass was growing out of the tar sealing the cracks in the lot. The glass was filthy on the entrance doors and adjoining entrance. The pool and elevator were out of order. The room had one bath towel and shower mat: both were worn out a long time ago. No facial tissue in the holder. The shower curtain had visible mold on the bottom. By the time my shower was over, I was standing in water up to my ankles. The bed was comfortable, but the top bed sheet didn't cover the mattress nor the box spring. And finally, the breakfast was a joke. The waffle batter was old and the waffle came out the thickness of a plate. The dognut holes were so hard a fork wouldn't puncture it. That whole mess went into the garbage. I was by myself and this is more like the crummy motels at truck stop locations. If my wife was with, we would have looked elsewhere. I have stayed at Wyndham motels in ND which were just fine, and this one in Davenport is an embarrassment and a black eye on their brand. The clerk did not have a command of the english language and was diffucult to communicate with. I was in town for the motorcycle swap meet, and the rates were cheapest here. Really shockingly bad accomadations for a name brand like Wyndham.

For the most part a very nice place to stay. Bathroom was a bit tiny for my liking.

The room wasn’t huge, but was very clean and updated. The bed was comfortable. My only gripe is that there must have been an issue with the thermostat on the heater. I had it set to 72, but it must have been over 80 degrees in room.

My family of 4 stayed in a 2 queen room. Room was pretty small and there wasn’t a lot of space for storage. Other than that, everything was as expected.

I think it’s brand new. Everything was very nice. Breakfast was good (I love waffles and sausage). The man working the evenings, named Raj, was fantastic. Made sure we had everything we needed! I was on crutches so he even offered to get me my coffees and was the friendliest hotel person I’ve ever met. I hope we can go back again soon! Oh, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. I wish I could figure out what mattress, pillows and bedding they have. Felt like a slept on a cloud.

Newly renovated hotel, nice breakfast and friendly staff. It was a comfortable experience for my work trip. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Short stay to attend a conference. Staff was friendly and answered questions with ease. Room was recently updated with new furnishings.

Our stay was easy in, very convenient and served us perfectly to rest, refresh, eat breakfast, then be on our way. We’d stay here again in a minute. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Manager was extremely nice and allowed us to check in early. We had been awake for 48+ hours after plane cancellation and he agreed to let us come and crash. It was nice to be a key to eat before we left. Clean. Had microwave which was nice. Options to be able to buy snacks. Had an area for hanging clothes. Nice linen and no stains! Only thing it lacked was counter space.

We came into town for our one year anniversary and we really enjoyed our stay here. It was a vary quiet property, check in was great and quick, will definitely come back to this property next time we’re in town.

I was very pleased with this hotel! :-) The room was updated and very clean. I actually really liked the layout of the room and furniture simplicity. I'm one of those that as much as I don't want to see someone else's hair, I still look, and praise be I did NOT see anything from a previous guest! The lobby was nice, the dining area was nice, good breakfast choices, the same as everywhere really, but the food was kept full and tidy. Shout out to Raj for keeping the place looking good! The only thing I would mention is to look carefully if you come in off Kimberly Road. The entrance is the driveway to the car dealer (there's a small sign) and then you wind around behind it to get to the hotel. I would also recommend to Comfort Inn to paint the outside a nice new, refreshing, more modern color to match how nice the inside is! Stay here! It's great!

Great location for my business trip. Quiet and comfortable.

Room was nice. Didn't use the breakfast. Had some issues at check in but not totally the hotels fault. Convenient location although coming in at night it was tough to see the entrance road.

I was really only there to sleep. More choices for breakfast would have been nice..I was hoping for more hot food choices. What was there was nice
