Room was pretty clean except for desk chair. It had to be 50 years old and was stained badley from age. It also sat very close to floor. I went to sit down and about fell on floor. There was no other chair for us to sit on, just the bed. There were no washcloths, only towels. Water pressure in shower was very low. As for building upkeep, there were several water leaks in the lobby and bar area. The 2 gentlemen that checked us in and out were very nice.

Horrible lighting in the room. Our bedding was damp on arrival. The door wouldn’t stay closed so there was noise all night.

We received fresh towels but the bed wasn’t made, room was half-tended to. Location worked out well, parking across the street was fine, but payment was a hassle - would be nice it could be processed at check in. False fire alarm at 6:30am on a Sunday morning was not ideal after a late night at noisy neighbors. Overall the stay was ok but definitely could have been better.

Nice place. It didn't seem like a Double Tree which makes me wonder when it became one. There was some minor remodeling going on and everything seemed pretty nice with newer carpet and paint. The co-branding "Hilton by Double Tree" is dopey. Pick one and be that to your consumer. Over all it was a nice stay with quiet rooms and the fountain provided a nice white noise to neutralize any sounds or activity in the lobby.
