Courtyard by Marriott Norfolk Downtown

The room was clean and comfortable. I slept very good. The staff was very nice. The velet was very helpful and kind. The stay was wonderful.

The bistro was closed and our key wouldn't open the garage doors or the pool door. And that was after getting 3! different keys just to get into our room.. on the 8th! floor.

For what the cost is I would have expected parking to be available on site for free!!! I'm glad the staff was great with valet, parking!!!And would have liked breakfast to be free for the cost!

The hotel has not aged well, and while the staff was super sweet the building is not well kept and bistro was never attended

This hotel has gone down hill. It is extremely dirty and understaffed. We had this booked again for a stay in a few months and we will be cancelling. I let management know how disappointed we were and they did say new management had taken over and they were working on the issues but we aren’t will to take the risk of staying there again
