Delta Hotels by Marriott Norfolk Airport

The rooms and hotel were newly renovated. Clean and very nice suite for my famillly. It was a bedroom ..with door that closed ..but no privacy..the bedroom door had window panes and no shade or curtain. Was not expecting to pay for parking....as the property had an abundance of spaces and room rates were high. The pantry was nice, but again surprised that the assortment of cookies for the guest were stale.

Great location. Hotel needs attention. Torn bedding. Very worn furniture. Only one elevator. Prices too high for property condition.

The rooms were not clean and the bathrooms were poorly designed. Very loud building with terrible beds

Staff lacked knowledge or ability to help. Room had hair everywhere. Over charged compared to agreed rate. Would not stay again

Very clean- staff very helpful with airport shuttle.
