Wyndham Garden Norfolk Downtown

It was kind of outdated from the outside but the room was ok for the convenience of me coming there to go to a fight at the scope that was directly across the street which was good. Restaurant inside had great food as well

We were happy to be able to check in early. The walls are very thin. The neighbor and room was very loud. I think this has to do with the fact that there is no carpet in this hotel, not in the rooms or in the hallways. The room was nice large, spacious, and comfortable. Due to the better chain of hotels I was disappointed there was not a shuttle service to the downtown area.

The lobby reeked of marijuana. The man at the front desk told me to hold on because he had something to do on the computer even though there were no other guests around and he wasn’t on the phone. Then he gave me a key card that didn’t work, and was super annoyed when I asked for one that worked.

The bed was comfortable and the hallways are quiet.

We ate breakfast out with friends not at the hotel.
