For the price, this hotel is very good. Literally 1 minute walk from Frankfurt am main Hbf. Which is very usefull if you find yourself travelling often. The staff were very nice and spoke english and german. One staff even spoke arabic to help a customer. The rooms are very spacious and look very good. The only issue i had the whole time was the air con didnt work. Other then that, great exsperiance. I would definitely stay there again.

Der Einfachheit halber hier in Listenform mein Erlebnis: - internet: funktioniert nicht. - Bett: Sauber bis auf Haarbüschel - Stuhl nicht vorhanden - Fenster links schließt nicht richtig. Kalt, Laut -Bad: Duschschlauch gerissen. -Tür der Dusche fällt ab -Lüftung defekt, Schimmel übermalt -Toilettensitz mit schmutzigem lappen dreckig gewischt -Waschbecken: Zahnpastateste vom vorgänger? Insgesamt ist es einfach dreckig, ungepflegt und kaputt. Darauf angesprochen wurde mir sehr zögerlich ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Allerdings mit dem Hinweis, dass es nicht besser wäre. Ich konnte das Frühstück stornieren, da man verstehen konnte, dass ich den gleichen Hygienestandard auch in der Küche vermutet habe. Das hat mich gefreut, aber auch etwas erstaunt. Denn meine Kritik hat dort wirklich niemanden erstaunt.

Klimaanlage und Belüftung im Bad kaputt (schon das zweite Mal). Daher Gestank im Bad. War nur eine Nacht da, also hat es nicht so sehr interessiert. Die ganze Nacht war polizei unterwegs und man hört alle Nachbarn.

El hotel no está donde te marca el mapa, hay que rodear y entrar por otro hotel, en mi caso, y con -6C ubicar la entrada real fue muy desagradable. El piso es muy frío y los radiadores aún via los pusimos en su máxima potencia no lograron hacer que el cuarto tuviese una temperatura agradable. La ubicación es buena, muy cerca de la estación central de trenes, para ir al Messe la estación del Tram queda a 3 ó 4 minutos caminando

Cockroaches. Ants. DIRTY. AC doesn’t work. I’m surprised this hotel is in business and not shut down by health and safety. The doors are always open so you’ll see mice in the halls. When you turn the lights on in the room the cockroaches scatter. And there are ants in the bathroom. Duvets are stained, and have cigarette holes in them. 2” of dust under the beds. This is an absolute nightmare hotel.

We had a very bad experience because the room was very different from the photo on the website, it was a little dirty and had cockroaches and it was very dark and hot and the air conditioning didn’t work, no window to the outside, the bed was not at all like the photo of the bed on the website

Property said it has AC, but it does not. Filthy floors and cockroach traps everywhere. We were only there for 15 minutes and we saw 2 cockroaches. I asked for my money back so we could leave and they would not refund so we left and found another hotel at 10 pm at night. It was that bad. Hotter than hell, no fan and cockroaches. I do not regret leaving I just hope this review saves someone else from wasting their money and time.

Das war sehr unheimlich, die Drecksschicht auf den Oberflächen der Möbel war sehr dick und klebrig, die Nachbarn waren sehr suspekt nach drogendealern aus. Wir hatten lange gewartet im den Schlüssel zu dem Zimmer zu bekommen, weil beim Empfang konnte der Mitarbeiter nicht auf unsere Daten schauen, da das wlan ständig ausgefallen ist, er musste immer wieder zu dem Router gehen und den Stecker ziehen. Alles wirkte sehr verranzt, lange nicht gepflegt, die Bettwäsche mit Löchern, rochen nach Kippen, obwohl die wie gewaschen gewirkt haben. Ich würde nie mehr dieses Hotel mehr nehmen

Esperienza pessima, non capisco se quelli che hanno dato una recensione a 5 stelle siano pazzi o solamente dipendenti di quell’hotel. Partiamo dalle camere, che, lasciatemi dire la verità, facevano schifo! L’ascensore che porta alle camere aveva un forte odore di pipì, e le suole si appiccicavano al pavimento, ciò vuol dire che qualcuno deve avere fatto i suoi bisogni qui più e più volte. Poi le camere erano sporche, pulizia inesistente, lo staff non cambiava le lenzuola, ma le rimetteva solo sopra, macchie in giro, costante puzza e rumori forti e soprattutto presenza di blatte e scarafaggi. Aria condizionata rotta e frigo anche, bagno sporco, con capelli attaccati al lavandino…da brivido! Una costante presenza di tossici che dormono e si drogano in quel luogo, in giardino e nelle camere che probabilmente tu prenoterai. Uscendo dall’hotel ne abbiamo avvistati tanti di tossici, che sono a stretto contatto con i clienti, e l’ultimo giorno una di questi è stata anche portata via dall’ambulanza! Posto super sconsigliato, molto caro per ciò che offre, non torneremo mai più! P.S. il personale era ok, due dei tre che abbiamo incrociato durante la permanenza erano gentili, l’altro non si è neanche degnato di salutarci in due giorni che ci ha visto entrare e uscire.

This is the most unclean and dirty hotel i ever have been too. i steped on an glas on the batroom floor and dust is hanging all over the walls lamp with electric cabels hanging out from the wall, only one thing was ok and that was clean sheets on the bed. that hotel needs total renovation.

Hotel full of bedbug and insect. I could not sleep through the night. This type of hotel should not be on this app. Avoid it totally.

la ubicación es buena, pero la habitación no estaba limpia, sobre todo el baño,pelos en el lavamanos, faltaban objetos decoración en la habitación, mal cuidada en general.

This place is in the worst end of town, room was small and dusty, window was broken, the whole place was generally in a run down state of repair. Unless there’s no where else or you’re on a very tight budget then I’d give this place a miss

The floor of the room was dirty. The staff was confused about the breakfast procedures. Some tiles around the sink were broken off. Extended phone calls in a neighboring room in the middle of the night were audible in my room. Euro 2024 resulted in doubling of the room price for this.

Cons, the bad On arrival the double room nr. I was given the keycard of, was already in use, it had a person sleeping in the room. Due to an mixup with another guest who apparently was sleeping in the wrong room. I was given another double room, same layout, but there was an big airco noise on the outside wall, the window was open at the time and was extremely noisy, closing the window double isolated glass kept the noise out. No view was between buildings. The room phone to reception wasnt working, I heard no sound or dail tone, reception told could hear me, but I couldn't. So left it unused. The king size bed was big but the mattress, was not to my liking, too soft and didnt provide enough support for my weight. I had cramps, poor circulation during the night due to that. The shower area was extremely small for a double room. Standing in the shower, at elbow reach one would hit the glass shielding, uncomfortable. The pros, good things the rooms were clean, and had an climate control thermostat in the room. Could easily make it an ideal temp confortable, at no point did i felt cold staying in November with 5deg celsuis outside temp. The Frankfurt central station was just around the corner, less 5mins walk. Within 10mins could reach Railway or subway, if you knew prior which platform you're going for easy to travel. Flix bus stop across the street from hotel. 24/7 reception walk in & out anytime, even in middle of night with no hassle or needs for conversations.

Das Zimmer hat einen typisch orientalischen Charakter und man fühlt sich als wäre man irgendwo in Nordafrika in Urlaub. Im Hinterhaus im eg. Zimmer zur Straße raus, was aber meistens im Zentrum üblich ist und bei geschlossenem Fenster ist der Verkehr nicht so laut.

Für eine Nacht okay, aber lauter Straßenlärm, Vorhänge nicht völlig verdunkelbar, Gardine zerrissen, trotz Aufzug 10 Treppenstufen zum Kofferschleppen, aber sehr freundliches Personal; aufgrund des Preises für Frankfurter Verhältnisse hinnehmbar.

Sehr kleines sauberes Hotel. Super zentral gelegen. Eine Minute zur Straßenbahn. Schöne saubere Zimmer mit sehr guten King Sitze Bett

Zimmer 1210 sehr orginäl, Bad auf einer anderen Höhe im Zimmer, durch Stufen zu erreichen. Wc extra! Einiges wäre Reparaturfähig, Waschbecken an der Seite könnte die Farbe aufgefrischt werden, auch Wasserhähne an Waschbecken und Dusche, haben nur noch auf der einen Seite Porzellangriff! Waschbecken läuft sehr langsam ab! Frühstück in Ordnung, es gab auch Spiegeleier. Umgebung nicht gerade Vertrauenswürdig!!!

Einzigartig an dieser Unterkunft ist der orientalische Stil. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch bei Fragen sehr Hilsbereit. Bahnhof und alle notwendigen Dinge waren in der Nähe. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Frankfurt also perfekt :)

When I checked in, the 2 towels on the bed were wet, one of them contained 2 pieces of hair, and the other towel was wet and torn like it had been used for years. I was in such a rush that I needed to catch up with my partner at the Hauptbahnhof and I couldn't ask to change the room, therefore I took a quick shower and ran out of the hotel. 5 hours later, I came back with my partner and this time I had more time to analyse the room. A lot of blood was on the door, in the bathroom, and near the mirror next to the sink. I immediately ran down to the receptionist and reported that, and politely requested to change the room. This young man came, checked, and said we couldn't change the room because "No one is going to clean it", he smelled full of weed. The floor was as messy as they didn't even clean it before my check-in. I attached the photos of the blood and the conditions below. Since the condition was so bad, I had to book another hotel room for that night and checked out of this hotel immediately. This hotel and its services should be removed from hotels.com

Tauben auf dem Fensterbrett, Schritte auf dem Gang, Gespräche - man hört jedes Geräusch im Zimmer. Erholung: Fehlanzeige. Das „nicht Stören-Schild“ wird nicht beachtet und trotz eines deutlichen Neins kommt das Hotel-Personal ins Zimmer gestürmt. Die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern sowie untereinander funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Anfragen und Wünsche von Gästen werden nicht wahrgenommen und sogar sabotiert. Die Einrichtung fällt auseinander. Fußleisten fallen ab, Türen sind nicht eingehängt und der Kühlschrank kühlt nicht. Die Toilette gleicht einer Bahn Toilette, sehr ekelhaft. Alles in allem ist jeder Euro hier pure Verschwendung. Wie dieses Hotel 4 Sterne erlangt hat ist wirklich fragwürdig. Nie wieder! 2 Nächte keinen Schlaf bekommen, einfach nur froh nie wieder dort schlafen zu müssen.

Trotzdem war es in der Nacht ruhig und ein Verdunkelungsvorhang sorgte dafür, dass einen das Licht der gegenüber liegenden Stadtbahn-Haltestelle nicht im Schlaf störte. Lediglich der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Außer dem Hotelchef kannte sich jedoch keiner der Angestellten technisch mit der Programm-Einstellung aus und ersterer komme leider immer erst um 11:00 Uhr vormittags zur Check out-Zeit im Hotel an, wie mir von der Rezeption mitgeteilt wurde.Der Duschkopf benötigt ein neues Sicherheits-Ventil, da ansonsten bei Gebrauch immer etwas Wasser seitlich austritt. Ansonsten hat mir der geschäftliche Kurzaufenthalt von einer Übernachtungt gut gefallen, vor allem wegen der originellen orientalischen Ausstattung der Duschkabine und des Waschbeckens und wegen des großen, bequemen Bettes mit nicht zu weichen Matratzen. Nur auf das super leckere Frühstück mit persischen Spezialitäten, das ich bei früheren Aufenthalten meist hinzu gebucht hatte, habe ich wegen des hohen Preises von 15.- Euro diesmal verzichtet.

This hotel is very close to the central station, which is one of the reasons I chose it as I had an early train the next morning. I had stayed there before, so I knew it was a well priced good hotel. It was fine as usual.

Good lower cost stay very near to main train station. The area near the train station in Frankfurt is like many train stations, with some street people.

Its in a very convenient place. So close to the train station, pubs.

Muy buen servicio y las instalaciones son muy buenas, fácil acceso a pie desde la Hauptbahnhof. El baño y el tamaño de la habitación son muy buenas. No tuve ningún problema con el sector. Saludos desde Colombia

I have nothing bad to say. Toilet, bed, freindlines of the staff was really good and the design was nice! I just want to note that as in normal buildings some noises from ourside and other rooms can be heard. Not in a way that bothered me tho. The area is right next to the Main train station - for me it was no problem but if you plan to stay up late or are alone it's something to think about. Very good value for the money☺️

Das Hotel ist ein kleiner Geheimtip.Dieses hat ein Hauch von Tausend und eine Nacht.Jedes Zimmer ist gestaltet wie im Orient. Leider gibt es im Haus direkt kein Frühstück mehr.Wenn man frühstücken möchte,dann wird man zu ein anderes Hotel verwiesen. Leider waren die Nebengeräusche im Zimmer etwas laut,da sich das Zimmer befand,wo die Klimaanlage oder Geräte fürs Hotel befanden,welche sehr laut waren.Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant im Hotelgebäude ist sehr gut und passt zum Ambiente des Hotels.

Das Hotel ist perfekt für Gäste, die schmutzige, abgewohnte Zimmer mit defekten Möbeln und schimmligen Wänden mögen. Sollten diese die Zahnseide vergessen haben, können alternativ auch die Fäden der ausgefransten Badehandtücher verwendet werden. Allen anderen möchte ich von dieser orientalischen Villa abraten. Und als Tipp zum Schluss, bucht kein Frühstück mit zu der Übernachtung. Wenn es auch geschrieben steht, bietet das Hotel diesen Service nicht. Aber mit Service nicht bieten kennt sich diese Bude bestens aus.

호텔위치는 프랑크푸르트 중앙역에서 멀지 않은 곳이나 뒷길에 있고 호텔간판도 작아 찾기 어려움. 사진에서 느끼는 분위기와는 달리 내부는 청결하지 않음. 먼지도 많고. 화장실 변기 물내리는 것도 잘 누르지 않으면 잘 작동하지 않음. 침대도 잠자기가 불편함. 식당은 있지만 웬지 이용하고 싶지 않음.
