Vibrant Ouray Townhome | Close to Downtown | Air Conditioning | Deck

This was a beautiful property. It felt very new and extremely well kept. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were nice and the kitchen was completely stocked with every appliance that we needed. We were there during July, a couple with a dog. We appreciate that they welcomed dogs. The location was very convenient to everything in Ouray. One caveat: this would not be the property for you if stair climbing is an issue. One bedroom is on the main floor with the garage. There is a set of stairs to the beautiful living quarters on in the second floor and the third floor has two sets of stairs to access the top two bedrooms. While this was not a problem for us as we live in a home with three floors, take this into consideration if you have difficulty with stairs.We would definitely stay here again if we come back to visit in the future.

Great place to stay with lots of room and air conditioning! We loved the location and short distance to town. The rooms were spacious and the garage was a nice bonus. The kitchen was well stocked and made it great for cooking meals for our group.

It was my second year renting this townhome for an annual Search and Rescue training in Ouray. Property managers were very responsive and helpful. Property was clean, spacious and fit our needs. Check in was easy.
