Clean hotel, very quick walk to the Prophets Mosque. All workers were kind, patient and respectful to us. Would love to go back!

Odada banyo çok kirliydi. Otel genel olarak hijyen değildi. Resepsiyona bakan hanımefendi hariç, geri kalan erkek personellerin çoğu kabaydı.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I arrived at 2 PM and was dismissively told to book online. The receptionist watched me book a king-size room, only to then refuse early check-in. When I questioned this, an aggressive manager was called, who was rude and intimidating. This guy was behaving threatening and i would not tolerate this behavior if i was not in madina, the city of our beloved profet Muhammed SAWS. This guy can't be working in service. They later offered a room, but it had four single beds, not my king-size. The manager refused to cancel, forcing me to accept his "solution" of pushing beds together. Only after intervention did I get the room I paid for, which he presented as a personal favor. The room was dirty, with low-quality toiletries and a large insect. Furthermore, I was harassed with an early check-out call 30 minutes before the official time. The service is hostile, the practices are deceptive, and the cleanliness is subpar. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you value your money and peace of mind.

We booked through here and when we were at the reception the lady (Ms Nazra)told us that we don’t have any reservations even though we shared the booking confirmation number from hotels.com, we waited almost 4 hours at the lobby and then she came and told us that they don’t have any room left for us and go for other hotel. We told her that we already paid the full amount. After a while a guy came and told us the payment was verified and we can stay at the hotel. They gave us a room without hand towels, floor towels when we told them someone told us they are out of the towels how funny! The key card was not working properly, the water got stuck on the sink..Only the location is good here!

Really nice staff, very friendly and helpful. My main gripe though was the condition of the room - it’s quite dated and lacks essential features like a hook for putting cloths on when you’re having a shower. The towel railings also coming out and rather than being secured with plugs it’s silicone which means it hangs down a lot

The bathroom was a bit small otherwise the room size, location and cleaning facilities were top notch!. The price was almost 50% less than similar hotels in the area.

Spacious Room , very close to haram.

The staff was good and friendly. The bathroom size was little tight. The Hotel was close to Masjid e Nabvi which is comfortable for the guests.

Rooms were good and clean but small.

All is good but on reception untrained staff those create tension for guests and they don't have the abilities to understand the issues just give tension to guests

My first start at this property and the decision was great. Everything was perfect and Najlaa at the reception made the check-in process super convenient

Nice hotel. Staff could be trained better in dealing with checkin and providing service for customers (like arranging a taxi). Before checkout I asked for a taxi but the reception employee said there are enough outside. Around 7 AM I could not find an official taxi. Room is very clean although more attention could be paid to cleaning certain areas of the shower like the wash bin.

The property location is pretty close to Haram. The staff is nice. Wafaa was very nice and efficient during check-in.

I booked Meysan Al Rehab Mysk but upon arrival they said they have moved our rooms to a different hotel which was just across the road Millennium TAiba Hotel according to them fiest they said its 5 star and then 4 star but with condition of property it lookes only 1 star hotel. The staff is pathetic, and trained not enough to provide any good service to their guests. AC didn't work at all, foe 2 days of fighting they moved us to different room still same condition of AC. Upon asking to wash Baby feeding bottles they replied i can wash them in bathroom sink. Their manager is illiterate or don't know what but not even a single person was helpful. Terrible stay my 14 months infant suffered alot due to thwir negligence.

This place was phenomenal for us. Given our schedule of arrival and departure they let us check in early and check out late without any extra charges. Very caring people and aim to please

No one on check-in for atleast an hour. They didn’t recognize the booking

The room was clean the staff were really nice and it was like a 5 minute walk to Masjid Nabawi

Had a really good stay! The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. It’s close to Masjid al-Nabawi and the Quba Market, with plenty of shopping nearby. Only about 15 minutes from Madinah station — very convenient location. Highly recommend!

Proximity to haram is very close. Comfortable stay and very convenient. You can start at Adhan and can reach haram for Jama’a

Prophet masjid Very close, good location for good food places, electric vehicles to take people to quba masjid from front of the hotel for 10 Saudi Riyal

Hôtel très bien tout près du Masjid Annabawi cote Rawda Charifa sauf que l’entrée au masjid pour les femmes était de l’autre bout du masjid donc pour les femmes il faut prévoir une petite distance a marcher environ 10 a15 minutes

It would be nice to have breakfast facility but they don’t and the one they have is not good for international but only for Malaysian cuisine.
