Haven & Bloom Co. – House Rules & Guest Agreement Property Name: Haven & Bloom Co. – Hampton-Style Retreat Location: Coolbellup, Perth House Rules Shoes Off Policy: Please leave all shoes at the entrance and use the provided house slippers. Noise Control: Quiet hours are from 10 Pm to 7 Am. Be respectful of neighbours and fellow guests. No Smoking or Drug Use: This is a strictly non-smoking and drug-free property. Smoking and vaping are only permitted in the designated smoking area across the road under the tree. No other substances are allowed (e.g. cannabis, party pills, or recreational drugs). Guests found under the influence or disturbing others will have their short-term agreement immediately terminated. If smoking outside, the last call to re-enter the home is 10 Pm – 6 Am to ensure others are not disturbed. The front door must always be locked. No Parties: No gatherings, loud music, or unauthorised events are permitted at any time. Alcohol Use: Responsible and moderate alcohol consumption is allowed. Anti-Social Behaviour: No yelling, shouting, screaming, or aggressive behaviour is permitted. Any anti-social behaviour results in immediate termination of your stay. Unapproved Guests: Only guests who have booked and verified their Id are permitted on the property. No unregistered or unapproved visitors are allowed at any time during the stay. Arrival Times: Last call to arrive back at the home during your stay is: Midnight on weekends 11 Pm on weekdays Clean Shared Spaces: Shared areas like the kitchen and bathroom must be left clean after each use.
