Best Western Concord Inn & Suites

there were no blankets and those given were quite gross. There is alot of unshelteted people in parking lot and walking by the hotel entrance - did not feel safe. We came here two years ago and its gotten worse. Will not return. Breakfast was terrible. Property condition is shabby and not very clean overall even though the rooms were clean. the cleaning staff and maid was very nice and was a standout.

The room was clean however, there seemed to be what looked like blood on the ceiling. Not sure didn’t want to get too close. My bedding had some yellow stains on them. The hot tub and pool are a great add on however I think there should be an adult only time due to the children that where yelling and swearing and trying to try things in the pool that didn’t belong to them, I ended up leaving the pool room not to long after getting in.

Pulling in hot tub were great room was clean. We were overall happy with our stay.

The room was very clean, staff were very friendly. Pool was great. Excellent breakfast

Noise from third floor from people walking is very loud and disruptive when ur trying to sleep.
