Points positifs : - le check-in se fait en amont par mail et whatsapp. Donc, une fois sur place, il n'y a plus qu'à récupérer les clés dans une boîte à clés. C'est pratique et rapide ; - durant le séjour, A. se tenait à disposition en cas de question/problème. Les échanges par whatsapp étaient sympathiques. De plus, il a été compréhensif et nous avons pu prendre possession de l'appartement un peu plus tôt que prévu et le quitter un peu plus tard ; - l'appartement est bien entretenu, propre, joliment décoré et bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, climatisation, etc.) ; - l'appartement est très bien placé. Depuis là, Côme peut se visiter à pied (à deux pas de la Piazza Volta, de la Piazza Cavour et du Port, proche des restaurants et d'un supermarché, à environ 10 minutes à pied de la gare San Giovanni, etc). Bémols : - l'isolation phonique n'est pas très efficace si bien que l'on entend ce qui se passe dans les appartements voisins (même à 4h du matin !) ; - une fenêtre présentait des problèmes d'étanchéité et en cas de forte pluie, il pleut dans la partie cuisine. En conclusion, un bon hébergement à Côme où nous retournerions en cas de passage dans la région.

This place is right in the middle of all of the action, with a ton of night life and day time activities to keep you entertained throughout your entire stay. Amazing host, convenient/safe parking, and gorgeous apartment.

This was an excellent base for our 4 days in Como. Hosts were excellent and very communicative. I highly recommend this unit as it fits all the scenarios for your visit. Can't wait to return.

Had a great stay at this cozy place. Booking was easy and the host came by to check that everything was in order at my checkin. Be sure to stop by the ice cream shop next door!

This place was amazing! I brought my mother to Como for her 70th birthday present from Canada and Vanessa Apartment was perfect. Angelo was so communicative and thorough, checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, always just a call or text away! The location is perfect, steps away from everything, about 5 min walk from the ferry, steps away from a square full of restaurants and about 10 mins to each train station. Its almost tooo close to the gelato shop which is right downstairs haha. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, the washing machine was so nice to have after two weeks of travelling. There are two smaller fridges so you can stock up on snacks and things for breakfast if you want to save some money or have something different for meals. The patio was perfect to sit on for morning coffee and listen to the birds. I have been to Como three times now, and I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Angelo :)
