Jacuzzi wasn’t working for our stay. Said someone was to come fix it but it didn’t get fixed.

Pool atea was very nice

The pool was nice and large but super over chlorinated. Favilities game room was awfully weird and musty. But room was good for our group. Dryer didn’t work.

The area seemed very quiet. There wasn't much traffic around or people walking. After I checked in, we were simply left alone. I took walks around the property and never saw many people besides staff keeping things tidy. We enjoyed the extended pool hours and the gym. The outdoor seating and BBQ areas looked great! I stumbled across the activity building, which featured a large screen, movie seating, skee-ball, foos-ball, ping-pong, and shuffleboard. The apartment was fine. It was clean and tidy. There were plenty of linens. They offered soap for dishwashing and enough laundry detergent to do one load (single-size pack). There was a pull out bed in the living room which I was not expecting. The mattresses were fine- but I am spoiled with an excellent mattress at home.

Great off strip location. Pool and gym area are both nice.

Perfect place to relax just moments away from the bright lights and bustle of Vegas. Free shuttle, dedicated parking, great outside areas with bbqs. All very clean and well maintained.

This whole place was amazing. Everything was clean. The staff were amazing. The pool and hot tub, amazing. Will definitely be our new home away from home😊

It is old and but has everything you need! It has a nice pool but is not heated and is highly chlorinated. At first glance it looks very nice but it’s worn out with some things worn out or needing upgrades. Not cleaned very well and be aware that you have to strip the bed, take out the trash and run the dish washer before you leave.

We enjoyed our stay. Wonderful property for family with swimming pool, outdoor grill and fitness room.

As always a great stay! Hot tub is hot and big enough to never be crowded, kids love the heated pool too! Unfortunately the outdoor fireplace was not working, so that was a little disappointing. Will definitely be back next year!

We traveled from Canada and stayed at the Cliffs for a few days for medical reasons. The property overall was clean and had what we needed for a few days. The pool area was nice and the grounds were well kept. The downfalls: the suite we stayed in faced the main road and it was quite noisy with the windows open. This was disappointing as we spent the duration of our trip at the suite and sleeping was difficult enough. If you're a light sleeper, reach out to ensure you book a suite facing inside the complex. The floors were absolutely disgusting. Our first day there we had been walking around with white socks on and we were shocked when we went to take them off at night - the bottoms were black. We had to wear shoes inside of the suite and didn't put anything on the floors at all. It is conveniently located and I would recommend.

Property is older and unit smelled musty. Kitchen and bathroom were clean but bedroom was dusty, dirty and stinky.

The overall property was nice, this particular unit was dirty. There was popcorn on the couch and the floors had clearly not been cleaned.

Love to stay here! Always clean and well maintained. Had upstairs neighbors that made an unbelievable amount of noise. Never stay in 1017 or you won’t get any sleep!

The property and rooms are very nice. Pool area, gym and common areas were very nice. Rooms are well equipped, but somewhat dirty in areas such as the floor…bare feet not an option here. Need to focus on the little things. Otherwise a good place for the money, would stay again.

The smell in there was bad. I would not recommend I tried buying Lysol it did not help

Knocked to 3 stars on cleaning because of a large mildew stain in the shower. Otherwise clean

It was just OK. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom unit. There was plenty of space for four of us. We liked that we had an assigned, covered parking spot. My biggest complaint was cleanliness. The unit needs a good deep cleaning. There was also food in the bottom of the sink and stuff stuck to the fronts of the cabinets. The beds were very uncomfortable also. The price was good for the space, but I don’t think I would choose to stay again.

I have stayed her 3 times in the past 2 months. This last time was bad. Trash outside the door, shower and toilets not clean, furniture stained and ceiling and extremely dusty. I was at the gym the week before and this time there were the same items and trash on the floor from my last stay.

The spaciousness and condition of the rooms is excellent. There are pots, pans, and dishes in a fully stocked kitchen. This plaice is like staying in your own one or two bedroom condo away from the strip . Unfortunately there were issues that resulted in a poor experience for us. Most of the unit was spectaculary clean upon our arrival. We were pleased. But when we went to go to bed for the evening we discovered unchanged dirty sheets underneath a seemingly clean comforter. Not just unclean, large peices of food crumbs, and hair on the bedding underneath. Obviously not changed from the previous guest. It was very late at night so we thought we'd just stay in the smaller bed in the other bedroom until we could get new bedding in the morning. Unfortunately we found that bedding to be in the same condition. I went to the lobby to tell the desk employeed. Nice guy. He was appologetic and gave me a couple sheets to get through the night and said "i dont know what the deal with housekeeping is, you are the second guest who this has happened to." I asked if someone could come the next day to change the beds and he said he would tell them. Unfortunatately no one ever came by the next day and we spent the remainder of our stay sleeping on top of a sheet covering the bed. We recieved no further response or follow up. The gym is a couple of treadmills nothing more - and not open 24 hours for whatever reason. The water from the pool gave myself and my son a rash.

The two bedroom, two bathroom suite was perfect for our family of five. Only complaint is the television situation. The televisions are old and outdated. There weren't many channel options for us to select from. Therefore, I believe that is extremely necessary for management to upgrade to smart televisions for people that enjoy staying in to catch-up on a show...

Me and my family loved the cliff my only issue was the ac stopped working in the middle of the night and there wasn’t any maintenance on the property at that hour to do anything about it other than that it was a great stay

Overall it was pretty clean, check-in was accommodating, and the amenities were fine. The shower was pretty good. But you can hear the upstairs neighbors and the mattresses were terrible and we ended up going to a hotel.

On arrival the staff was extremely friendly. Checked in and went to the room it was extremely spacious and clean. I had family come over so I can cook and spend time parking for guest is a little difficult but it wasn't the end of the world. My only complaint is the windows are old and thin and you can hear the streets.

It's a fit far from the strip, so if people want to party, this may not be for them, but we loved the residential neighborhood vibe and even though Vegas isn't our favorite destination, this could be a place we'd love spending longer period of time.

Great place. The tvs need to be updated. Only had 5 channels to watch. But front desk has great customer service!

Clean condo, however it needed repairs. One of the blinds was broken on the main window in the living room. The 2nd bedroom closet door was broken. The condo is in need of an update.

Awesome room size for the price

Great space for the price and good location for our needs. Easy to get to the strip and also out to Red Rocks but not in a busy/loud place so our kids slept soundly a night. The unit we were in was showing its age a little but everything worked well (having laundry was a huge bonus) and the space more than made up for it.

The room was very clean. I intentionally choose facilities with a full kitchen so that I can prepare meals while I travel. Everything I needed was included. The only minor issues were that some of the floor tiles were loose, and the wifi uses a captive portal setup. While I travel for work, I plug a phone in which needs to connect to wifi. It is not capable of connecting to the captive portal setup. Really enjoyed the pool. Very quiet and refreshing.

My flight arrived late so we didn’t arrive at the property until 1:30 am or 3:30am from where we were coming from. The guy checking us in took a very long time and was very slow. He gave me the room keys but they weren’t working to the gates to walk through the pool area so I came back to the office and asked how to get to the room. I apparently didn’t understand his answer so I asked “so I just go through the lobby through this door” and he said yes. I said why didn’t you simply say that in the first place and he started yelling saying he did say that and then he said he would cancel my rooms and that he does have the power to do so. Had to walk through the lobby with no assistance with a significant amount of luggage to go to the second floor at 2 AM in the morning being very exhausted with some guy at the front desk, threatening to cancel our room. I then went to my other room which was on the other side of the property and when I got to it on the second floor in my luggage that key wouldn’t work to the door.

We were disappointed the shuttle to the strip wasn’t operating. One day the driver wasn’t available and the other day the shuttle had a flat tire? They charged for extra coffee packets for the room, but didn’t provide free coffee in the lobby like advertised. Rooms were not well insulated and you could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and outside.

Property was very well kept although could use a renovation, was absolutely perfect for what I needed. Basically had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I stayed a couple weeks and felt right at home. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I booked this place for a two night stay in Las Vegas. The price was reasonable and the location on the west side was good because my wife wanted to explore Red Rock. The room was nice and very clean as were the grounds. The issue that I have with the property was the time share ambush during check in. After the initial room check in we were directed to another counter to get our parking pass. This is where we were confronted with the high pressure sale pitch from the time share employee. I believe this sort of thing should be made clear when booking a room. There is, of course, no obligation to accept the invitation to view their time share property, I still find it extremely annoying. So anyone looking to book here be aware you will be force to endure their sales pitch.

My stay at The Cliffs at Peace Canyon started off with a bit of a hiccup. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was no room available for me, despite having made a reservation for that night. The male employee I initially spoke with gave me incorrect information and was not particularly professional in his communication, which made the situation more frustrating. However, once the manager, Jennifer, came in, everything changed for the better. She was extremely professional, kind, and quick to resolve the issue. She immediately found a room for me, apologized for the earlier confusion, and even gave me her contact information to use in case I planned to arrive during early morning hours in the future (as I did this time, between 3 AM and 5 AM). Her service truly turned the situation around. The rest of my stay was wonderful. The room was exactly what my family and I needed—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I have no complaints about the accommodations and would definitely consider staying here again, thanks to Jennifer’s excellent customer service. The only negative for me, was that the room smelled a little like smoke/stale as if someone had smoked in there, but I just went and bought Febreze to sprayed on furniture and around the room. I also used an Plug In, and that did the trick, again the room was great and all the amenities were awesome especially the washer and dryer because we had taken the family to a water park and was able to wash and dry their clothes!

My stay was fine but, after I checked out the deposit was not returned. It's been a while week since I checked it but, they are still holding on to my deposit. I don't understand it.

The front desk staffing was very friendly and helpful.

Check-in took a bit longer than should be expected these days, but it was right at check-in time so there were a few people ahead of me. Staff at desk was very nice and professional. My room stunk like cigarettes and mildew upon arrival. I stayed for a while and then maintenance knocked on my door saying a work order had been placed for the odor. I didn't submit the order, but welcomed him spraying to deodorize the room. Unfortunately, that made it worse so I requested to change rooms. The staff was accommodating and apologetic. My new room was 100 times better. Overall, it was a fine place, especially for the money. Good location too.

Staff here are courteous, kind and professional. Property is immaculate. Room is equipped with everything you need and it’s easy to find everything. Son lives in Henderson so I visit him here often and this is the best place I’ve stayed at overall.

This is by far the worst place that I have ever stayed in Las Vegas. This is not a 4 star resort, the reviews must be fake. This is a 1 star rental that should not be rented out. For starters, when you check in, you have to stand in two lines, one for check in and the second one for a parking pass (they also try to get you to buy tickets for various stuff that you have no interest in). The upstairs tenant starts dragging his/her furniture at 9:30PM promptly every night (we stayed two nights) and runs back and forth up to 11:30PM. We complained to management, but the noise did not stop. They promised to speak with the unit upstairs, but I do not believe that they did anything at all. As for the apartment, when you walk in there is a horrible smell that does not go away. The couch has disgusting stains on it (you do not want to sit on it). The mattress is the cheapest that management could obviously buy. This is a bring your own pillow place. The shower/tub combo is dated and appears to be stained from years of wear and tear. The toilet was loose (so bad that we did complain to management), the towel hanger had some white powder all over it (so you could not hang anything on it) and the microwave blew a fuse after the first use. Lastly, the carpet was so gross, that you had to wear your shoes the whole time!

The property was clean, peaceful, close proximity to grocery store and dinning.

I travel for work and this property is more like a home away from home. Convenient to grocery store and restaurants.

We reserved 5- 2 bedroom units for a family reunion. They made sure we were all very close together. The units are very spacious. They were in very good condition. Great location in SW Vegas. Great experience. Very friendly staff.

Away from the strip near the trails and the mountains. Incredible price for the accommodations would stay again without question.

It’s quiet, easily accessible, close to grocery and necessities.

We enjoyed our stay here! Close enough to lots of restaurants and shops but not on the strip. Easily able to book their shuttle and reserve your seat for day trips to the strip as well (no extra cost). We took the shuttle on two days to easily hit up the strip for concerts and then with this location found it easy to drive our rental and explore the state parks and national parks nearby which were gorgeous! Such a great vacation. Loved having a kitchen and the balcony. Just a great place to stay for our visit and found it a quiet place to rest between adventures!

A quiet, well-maintained oasis of calm if you are looking to visit Vegas (I come to play golf not gamble) but don’t want the cost, noise and hassle of Strip accommodation. Felt safe, guests were friendly and well behaved, staff was efficient and unobtrusive. Designated parking, clean pool and spa. Units are spacious, and well maintained but not over the top. Ticked all my boxes for a weeks stay; close to good golf, places to shop and eat, and one minute from 215 freeway. Best stay I’ve had in Vegas.

The property was solid, i would aay definitely a good value great for someone looking for an off the beaten path slower experience. The property is not really walkable be prepared to drive everywhere. The kitchen accomidation make meal prep very easy

Guess in the description they should say you have to buy all grocery’s spices condiments you will need. It’s an apartment that’s furnished but needs livable stuff.

They charge or extra packs of coffee...so petty. Beside that this property is top notch

We loved our stay at The Cliffs at Peace Canyon! If we ever come back to Las Vegas, we will come here again. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and prepared after we waited in line for 2 hours at 300 in morning for our rental car. The unit we stayed in was clean and parking as a breeze. I do wish the kitchen had cooking oil, as we had to buy some, and that the salt and pepper shakers were full. Other than those minor things, our stay was wonderful and so was Las Vegas.

Our 5 day stay at The Cliffs was the BEST! We usually come once a year for sporting tournaments and this is such a better option than a hotel. Our unit was roomy, clean, and had all of the convivences we needed. The kitchen was stocked with basics but I'd bring things like potholders, foil, etc. if you are going to do much cooking. There are on site gas grills that were clean and BBQ tools are available in the office. The staff was friendly and the pool was perfect for some much needed family time. Not huge but clean with tables, umbrellas, loungers, and towels. The location is close to everything you might need, Walmart, Target, grocery, and plenty of dining options. Onsite covered parking and a free shuttle to The Strip (Treasure Island). I'd definitely recommend for a great family stay!

Everything was awesome..shuttle driver to the Freemont experience was awesome..rooms were very spacious ..tv reception could have been better( wasnt high def). Lobby had a coffee bar but the staff never kept the coffee full, and when you asked them to fill it, you had to wait 30 minutes...oh well...the pool area was really nice, bbq's were a bonus, fireplace by the pool was nice at night. Property was really quiet as well. Mostly old retired people there and they were all very nice ...would definitely stay here again..thanks Cliffs at Peace Canyon.

Really needs new cabinets and better frying pans. At least 2 different sizes would work for a couple or families. Only 1 in our condo and it was Very big. Coffee maker worked but needs to be replaced. Bottom missing. Blankets are Old!!

Very quiet and unassuming time share hotel. Evidently the lodging is a one time apartment complex turned time share. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious though it suffered from natural lighting—- pretty dark. The kitchen had bare minimum dishes and utensils. Amenities were very limited— one very small sample size shampoo and conditioner, a sliver of soap, no lotion. I was taken aback when I asked for a coffee filter and was told it would be $1. We rented this as a hotel room for three nights, not a time share week so expected a bit more in the way of sundries. The property is well kept, pool lovely, shuttle to the strip reliable. The location great to explore Red Rock Canyon, the Strip, Hoover Dam.
