The room was clean enough. The water pressure was lacking. It said the pool was heated, but it was not. Breakfast was minimal, not very good, and super crowded. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to refill the coffee.

I have stayed at this Baymont many times. Friendly, helpful staff. The morning self serve breakfast is handy, but doesn't start till 6:30 AM and I'm typically already at work. This week I stayed theee nights and couldn't use three elevator. Intermittent. I gave up trying. Also this location is getting rather dated. Many stains in carpet throughout. Curved shower curtain rods look fancy, but cheaply installed so they sag from lite abuse and may eventually fall. Time for a remodel.

This hotel worked well for our needs. Very kind staff at check in. Breakfast has waffles, eggs and sausage. Pool heater was broken so we didn't use that.

Elevator sounded as it was going to stop, no working ice machine only bottom floor, hallways, walls, carpet were dirty and very old, bathrooms were very tiny, one tiny soap in the bathroom for both shower and sink, paid for three people got towels for only two, TV didnt work had to call and they said kids played with it but happened again in the am? Breakfast was cardboad food and horrible coffee . Sheets were clean, but strange that the whole wall behind the two beds was a mirror, sure it was since the room was so tiney they thought it made it bigger. wont be back.

Breakfast was a bit limited. Most of the parking lot lights were burnt out. Very dark in the parking lot.

Everything was very clean. Everyone was super nice. However: The ice machine on our floor was not operating. They were not able to provide any extra pillows. We did get extra towels. We had to wake up at 4 am to catch a plane and unfortunately we could hear drilling noises above us until 10 pm The breakfast room had only one waffle maker and a line of ten people waiting to use it. The sausage patties were dripping with grease. And we weren’t sure if those were white egg patties or white pancakes. Fortunately IHOP was just 1/4 mile away.

No lights in parking lot or security. Someone cut out the catalytic converter. Insurance is talking about totally car because it is going to cost 5,000.00 to fix. So how would you rate property. Plus the front desk were worthless when I told them what happened.

The whole place was dirty and the elevator wasn't working. We had to get another hotel room that was twice the price because it was so last minute. Very horrible experience.

The laundry room was out of order, the hallway leading to my room smelled like cigarette smoke.

The room was dirty, no towels, hair on the toilet, soap sud in the sink, trash on the floor and the top of the counter, body fluid stains on the beds.

I would never stay here again. I thought Wyndham brand would mean it was a good place to stay. I know it's a budget friendly hotel, but I expected clean. The sheets were very worn and stained, the carpet was stained, the walls were beat up with dings and scuffs. The bathroom door had large stains on it. The room was just gross.

Check-in was great, the bed was comfortable and the linens were nice and clean. However, the air conditioning unit sounded like an airplane and could not keep the room cool. Set the thermostat for 60 and the room was about 85° all night. Quite unbearable. Carpets and chairs were all Stained…kind of worn down

Dated and slightly dirty. The carpets through the hallways and room need to be deep cleaned they were super dingy and you could see the dirty pathways. Obviously been a really long time since they've cleaned it. The toilet ran all night, the air conditioner was broken and made a horrible noise and woke us up at 5:00 in the morning and the fridge made noise all night as well keeping us awake. They need to go through this hotel and do some much-needed updates and cleaning

Air conditioner didn't work. Room 327. Be the time we learned it wasn't working it was 10 pm. Too tired to move rooms.. let person know when checking out. Front desk left a note. Wanted to see if they could provide some credit off room...

The lobby and check in were average. The carpets are dirty and need replacing. No hot water in the shower, but the towels and sheets were good. You can hear the outside traffic and adjoining rooms. The workout room had a broken thermostat and was 85 degrees. The water dispenser. Was also broken and most surfaces / doors throughout the hotel are scuffed and scratched. AC was subpar as well. I do not recommend staying here. Pay the extra elsewhere

This hotel is in serious need of an update. They put us in an ADA room and the shower was a joke. The water poured off the curtain onto the bathroom floor, flooding it. This created a mess and a huge slipping/falling hazard. The bed was rock hard, and not a king as reserved. The blackout curtains didn't come down far enough to block out bright morning light. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

Location was good for what we needed. Felt safe. The property is showing age. Hallways carpets stained and hallway air conditioners are broken so it’s muggy. Room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. But the shower had some mold spots and the carpet badly needs replaced. Can’t say it was terrible, can’t say it was great.

WiFi connectivity was terrible. When trying to connect, I often got the message "Too many subscribers are using the system. Try again later." Or "S227 Internal Error." I wanted to shorten my trip by one day, but because I ordered through Expedia it was not possible. With my 3-day stay, I had no daily cleaning/refesh.

Internet in room very poor, had to go to lobby to sign on. The girl on the morning shift was not helpful and had attitude. Breakfast poor. On a postive note the bed was supper comfortable, room nice and quite.

Dissatisfaction with the room service during my recent stay. The room has developed an unpleasant odor, and despite my repeated requests, room service has not attended to my room for the entirety of my four-day, three-night stay. I have approached the front desk on three separate occasions to request room service, and each time I was assured that the service would be provided. Unfortunately, these assurances were not followed through, and my room remained unserviced. This lack of attention has significantly impacted the comfort of my stay.

Mr. Benny is always the best host … great attitude, professional, friendly… and a nice person. You still have not installed sliding front doors. You know difficult it is to drag your luggage in … and try to physically open the two doors to get in ???

The staff was great and that made all the difference. The place is old and shows much wear and tear and did not feel very clean BUT we didn't need anything fancy, the staff and the breakfast were great.

Initially, I was given a room that was not ready, and the second room presented numerous problems. While one of the female staff members was very kind every time she helped me, I did experience unsatisfactory customer service from two of the male front staff found the daily necessity of resetting the room key to be quite inconvenient. Additionally, the hallways had an unpleasant smell, and my room had several issues, including a broken phone, a faulty lock, and missing lights. Unfortunately, the maid service did not restock essentials or make the beds during my six-night stay

We just needed a place to stay for a night before flying back home. The complimentary parking was great. The hotel is also on the correct side of the airport for easy access to the rental car return area. Just took 3 minutes to get there. Hotel has a coffee maker, microwave and fridge which the Excalibur did not. Also free breakfast, but we had to leave too early for that. Breakfast starts at 6:30am.

This place is horrible cannot believe this is an option from your website. Do not take family w Children, drug deals in parking lot. Low level prostitution, filthy carpets in the hallways going to room and in rooms. Throw up or feces on the wall by trash can, huge stains on bedspread we asked for a refund they did not help us. We left we did not stay it was not safe. Had to stay at another location. Please take this location of your website

An efficient, quiet hotel, not close to the Strip (if that's what you're looking for), but convenient to get to and from. Nice, pleasant staff.

Overall experience was great! we got in late Thursday night and check in was super easy and room was clean and ready! next morning we packed up checked out and heading to the outlets across the street which was very convenient!

Staff was good and could accommodate out early check in by 1/2 half an hr. Breakfast was good and staff was constantly replenishing the items. Area was clean and near outlet mall. property has indoor swimming pool. 10 min from the Vegas strip.

It was okay for a one night stay. The line for breakfast was wrapped around the corner of the lobby. Very small.

The property was a couple miles down from the main strip. After checking in, we returned to the strip to view the botanical garden inside the Borgata, and watch the fountain show. We had to pass the famous "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign on the way, so we stopped for a photo op. The breakfast was full buffet and very good, with eggs, sausage, and more.

This property was rundown. The walls, doors and tile were in desperate need of repair. The hot water was lukewarm, and breakfast was pretty bad. I had to ask staff for attention to the breakfast area because they were out of coffee, eggs, and waffle mix. Luckily, the staff was very nice and prompt. I would not recommend this hotel for others to stay at.

We stayed 2 nights. Breakfast offered was good. Staff were friendly. They didn’t do house keeping after our first night unless we would’ve requested, which we didn’t know as they never told us.

My friend and I stayed here and the staff was lovely. The neighbors were a bit rowdy and the room couldve been cleaned better especially the bathroom but overall it was a good place to stay. I would keep coming back for our girl at the front desk who was extremely personable and kind. Breakfast provided in the mornings was decent and enjoyable.

Good affordable place to stay, i feel like the $150 refundable deposit was not clearly explained at booking and i had to click on this and that to find it. Also the pool wasnt open as promised until a day after we checked in. But had a great selection of goodies for the free breakfast bar. Better then ive seen in my travels. Id stay there again.
