M Spa 賭場度假村

We had great shuttle service to & from Airport which was crucial to a smooth stay fr us! We wish the pool would’ve stayed open later – but we did get 45 minutes there – and the poolside service was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful this information! We also got to dine at Jayde restaurant and we are very pleased with a delicious food and the great service! Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable! Our bellhop service was very good as well!

Would be great if the gym was open longer.

Rooms are very large, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed for the season. This was a disappointment in particular because the outside temperature was in the high 80.

Great property. The pool hours are not great. They should open the pool for guests a bit earlier. 10:30-5 is a bit restrictive!

Stay for excellent, the lobby was truly amazing. Felt like a vintage 50-60s feel. Love the layout of the hotel. Wonderful spa service with amenities included in a purchase. Great outdoor experience. Awesome room service. Will be coming back.

Bathroom gets 5+ stars. Temporary construction in the parking lot. Very clean. Nice facilities. Quiet, good insulation in room walls. Restaurants are great!

Absolutely beautiful resort. Nicely appointed rooms. Two little areas I’d love to see improvement, the gym hours are 7a-6p… one extra hour in the morning would be wonderful. The smoke is a bit much - somehow if you can improve circulation to improve air quality, that would be fab.

Overall it was a good stay. Check in was quick and easy. The room was decent, but with the dust and strands of hair found, I'm not sure how thoroughly it was cleaned. However, there are no other complaints from me. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed breakfast every morning, pleasant,helpful,friendly staff. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We stayed here for the first time but it won’t be the last !

Very nice hotel and casino. Room was nice too but not cleaned well at all. Bathroom counter had not been wiped off and had a razor cover on counter from prior guest. We had a clogged sink that we called for them to clear while we were out but they did not...or they didn't do very well. Overall we would stay again but bring our own clorox wipes! Raiders tavern and grill had great food and was reasonably priced. Baby Cakes has excellent pastries and coffee too! GO CHIEFS ❤️💛

My room had random stains throughout it. Urine stains on the bathroom floor. Stains around the tub. Stains on the counters. Stains on the carpet. It was gross.

There was an issue with the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom in my room. I had to mention it 3 times to get some type of satisfactory compensation for the disgustingness I experienced.

The rooms are huge, the strip views are amazing! The staff is wonderful! Very clean and love the bathtub with the open window that looks out over the strip! Their standard rooms are definitely top-tier!

First time staying here due to attending exotic racing experience a mile away. Highly prefer staying in the strip but tried here instead. The rooms have no insulation and you can hear every door open and close in the hallway very loud. The beds are very firm and pillows are cheap. No in room coffee maker. Refrigerator was broken. The steakhouse was excellent dining, but only go to Jayde at 16 for drinks, appetizers and the view. All entrees were bad in our group.

Great night stay after landing in Vegas for a comfortable rest before a road trip. Very clean spacious rooms, walls seemed little thinner than expected for such a nice resort, we could clearly hear our neighbors. Staff was courteous and friendly, great views of the strip from our rooms.

Resort was amazing loved the room. Everything was great except ac was not properly cooling.

Walls were thin. I could hear the conversation next door, huge pet peeve @hotels. The room was facing sun and heated up the room every morning Just minor engineering flaws or purposely cut corners to save on build

Overall the M Resort is a very good choice when staying in the Las Vegas area. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Dining options are very good within the Resort without having to leave the property. The Casino has various card games and plenty of slots to choose from. On the downside, the Casino area is not a smoke free area and can be unbearable. The rooms although very nice have plumbing (water) noises that can be heard throughout the night as you try to sleep. The wall soundproofing is also an issue in that you can hear your neighbors getting their groove on (lol). And lastly, the elevators seem a little eerie as you can hear clanging sounds coming within the elevator shaft. One last comment; I would not recommend for children as there appears to be nothing to do for them (other than the pool) and I would probably not go back as the smoking in the Casino is not healthy for me.

Very beautiful hotel, only thing I didn’t like was that there was no microwave in the rooms. When I went to ask the front desk she said it was a liability but you can go walk or drive to gas station by the hotel. Mind you we ordered food from the Raiders tavern and had left overs that we wanted to warm up late at night.

Room was very clean and had a great view upon arrival. When we went to use the bath tub, the hot water wasn’t working properly. Long story short we ended up having to switch rooms with a (not as great as the previous room view). But from beginning to end, the experience was ideal for the situation. The serviceman came out incredibly quick. He immediately knew this was not a quick fix. I got a call from the manager shortly after, and new keys sent up to my room all within 10 minutes. The managers compensation for the inconvenience was very much appreciated. I wish all issues were solved this way, so I didn’t mind it much. Overall I’d highly recommend. Went for a quick overnight with my teenage son, and he loved every bit of it, even the room switching fun lol.

Need to have a better process for well-fair check. Housekeeping just walked in without knocking while in bathroom. Good thing wife was there to quick go to door.

Check in line was long, and they took a while to find my reservation. Front desk didn’t seem very friendly.

Excellent customer service! Fast, efficient and friendly. Every staff person went over and above, from the bellman Marvin, to the receptionists and even the friendly clerk in the convenience store late one night. The M has outstanding customer service and wonderful amenities.

We never had maid service the whole time we were there! I even asked the housekeeper to please clean our room and replace the dirty towels. She didn’t do it! We had to use towels off the floor to dry ourselves with the morning we checked out! We stay there when we go to Raiders games. Don’t think we will be back. I expected better service for $265 a night with a desert view!! Very disappointing.

Overall, a great stay! The resort was clean and spacious, our room was comfy, and the valet staff were super friendly. Only small hiccup was at check-in—the staff member didn’t seem very welcoming. Other than that, we enjoyed our time here!

The bartender at the pool literally told a guest I won’t serve you again if you don’t tip

The hotel staff was very helpful, and the room was clean and modern. One night, I returned around 12:30 AM to find that my key card had stopped working. After trying a new card with no success, I called the front desk. A staff member arrived within 10 minutes and reprogrammed the door. I appreciated how quickly the issue was resolved.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The different bars and restaurant offerings were enjoyable, but the casino bars were not the best in terms of customer service.. Almost like they were doing us a favor by asking for our drink order after 15 minutes of pretending to be busy in a fairly vacant bar..

Nice hotel, but certainly not close to the main action of Las Vegas.

It’s way on the south side of Las Vegas strip. The view of the desert is stunning. We like it that we don’t have to deal with the congestion traffic. It’s ver safe. Parking is plenty and free.

It’s a great property and place to stay while visiting family in the Henderson neighborhood

It’s quite a distance from the main strip but the hotel is very quiet and modern. All rooms are very spacious as well.

Gorgeous resort style hotel in Vegas. You are tucked away from the hectic strip. Uber was a great way to get anywhere you want.

Convenient location 15 to 20 mins from LV strip but great facilities and not over crowded with slower pace than main strip but close enough to enjoy the strip if required

Resort and casino were great! Staff always friendly and accommodating. No need to leave the resort at all! They have everything you need. I will say that if you are planning on going to the strip/Fremont st. Daily this may not be the place, while it’s only a 15 min drive if you have to uber it will cost you.

Very clean rooms. Great free parking. Casino was solid as well as a great Sportsbook. A little far from strip but was easy to Uber in and out. Would stay again especially when pool is open it looked really nice. Only complaint was no after midnight dining options

Luxurious, lots of food options, fun vibes in the casino, really beautiful pool area!

This was my first stay at the M. The room was so beautiful. It was very comfortable and large compared to most other resort rooms. The pool was great, and the entire design of the place inside and out was really nice. There was a live band in one of the bars in the evening which was so fun. The breakfast at Marinelli's was awesome with the open ceiling. I liked that the resort is smaller and felt much more private and relaxing.

Excellent concert venue. Staff are courteous room was very clean. Dining options not available without a reservation and were extremely limited.

We enjoyed staying at the M. However, we would like more food options on the property.

I wasn’t impressed with this hotel. There are so many hotels in Vegas and to me this hotel was nothing special. We paid $150 resort fee, but they closed the pool due to high winds and never returned our resort fee. We ate in there Raiders bar and the food was absolutely horrible. The casino smelled like smoke. The staff was really nice, but unfortunately, that was the only thing that impressed me.

Modern and clean room was quite comfortable. The restaurants were excellent and the bakery/coffee shop was open 24/7 for those late night munchies. Loved the glass wallbetween the huge tub and the sleeping area!

Beautiful clean property and rooms with kind and helpful staff. Dining options were great and convenient since there was something available 24 hrs a day. Room service was excellent as well.

We usually don’t, but we used room service a lot on this day and it was excellent except for the pizza. I didn’t think the pizza was very good but breakfast was excellent. The burgers were fantastic and service was great.
