Overall it was a really good stay. The only downfall was our room was not ready when we arrived. This could have potentially been bad since we were on a limited amount of time to get ready and leave for a concert. I will say the young man who checked me in was really kind and apologetic and he gave us free parking for the inconvenience. I really appreciated that. He provided really good service and that helped make a bad situation better. The property was really nice and new. I really loved the bathroom and the kitchen and it had everything you would need to cook. The downfalls of the room were very limited ice and we did not see an ice machine or bucket. There should be an ice machine available seeing as we had no ice in our freezer. We did not have time to use the pool or eat breakfast, however I like that breakfast was free. I liked the convenient parking garage as one of my favorite amenities being right next to the hotel. You don't always find that in Seattle and it was really nice. We also used the light rail to go to a concert and I really appreciated the walkability and how safe the area felt. I felt that my vehicle was safe and I did not feel unsafe walking from the light rail. The room was great, the main downfall I will say is that you can hear noise from the freeway, but did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms which was nice. It was very clean with a comfy bed. Would stay here again for sure.

Rooms facing the highway (west side) are noisy due to traffic and nearby train tracks with trains passing by every 4-5 minutes. Ask for an east facing room. There is no hot tub and breakfast buffet is extremely busy on the weekends.

Very easy check in and loved having parking available on site. The cold beverages on hand to purchase were nice and the pool was clean. The room we had was wonderful for our group of 5 which had two double beds and a pull out couch and full kitchen and dining area.

The good: Friendly, efficient desk clerks. New property which is well maintained. Spacious clean room, ample parking. Well equipped spacious exercise room. Clean pool. The bad: Self service restaurant buffet was a disaster. Only two employees assigned to handle the entire breakfast operation. They ran out of milk, food containers were empty, coffee pots empty, dirty dishes everywhere, not enough seating. A lot of unhappy guests. Noise all night long from passing trains which run every few minutes. This impacts rooms on the west side of the building. Room was not adequately soundproofed. No daily housekeeping service. Nice lobby however coffee and tea station is not stocked on a regular basis. Parking charge excessive. This property has great potential but is definitely falling short of that potential, in ways I previously described.

Enjoyed our stay there. Staff are helpful and friendly. I was able to utilize their gym, but the pool was not available during our stay. The room was generally clean, but an empty bottle of water was left at bedside and food in the freezer from Previous guest. Overall, I like the hotel and its facilities.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It seemed like it was brand new. Some of the dishware in our kitchen still had labels on it. The staff was excellent, but what really put this place over the edge for me was the FREE EV charging station. You do have to download an app and create an account, but once you do it's completely free. There is also a Tesla charging station on top of the parking garage. My one complaint is I wish this were more walkable. There are restaurants and stores nearby, but there is lots of construction and not enough sidewalk or crosswalks to navigate around easily and safely. But there is a train station next to the hotel, so we used that to get around. All around, this was a great stay!

Friendly staff and great location. This is a new hotel and nice inside. We are rewards members and our room was upgraded. However, our room was not very clean, crumbs on the kitchen floor, smears on the door handles, smudges on the windows. The room was nice and big and comfortable though. When I told the staff about this, she said that she would send someone right up to clean it, but we were gone for an hour and came back to a room that was not serviced. The next day we were gone from 9:30 in the morning until 4:30 in the evening and our room was still not serviced! I let the staff know upon checkout and she was apologetic, but did not offer any type of refund.

Generally, the room was fine, and a good breakfast spread. Our only complaint is that we were not told when we checked in that room service was only performed every 4 days! Not knowing this, we had put the towels on the floor. When I inquired why our towels weren't change, we found out about the 4 day rule. Our stay was only 4 days and so no room service, including trash pickup from the kitchette.

I was shocked at the Hospitality service. I had no ideal that our room wasn't going to be cleaned on a daily basis based off of research conducted about hotels are no longer providing that service. I had to request towels and toilet paper every other day.

This is a relatively new property. The room is clean and big and modern design. Location is convenient and a short walk to Light Rails station which is a big plus. However, in some rooms (and we got one of them) the noise from the Light Rails train passing is pretty loud (and less than 10 minutes interval) so if you need a quiet room, this may not be the right place for you.

The Marriott staffer who checked me in was adamant that I pay $25 for parking; however, I was parked in a small free lot next to the hotel. I later confirmed with the security guard that I would not be ticketed for parking there. Otherwise, the hotel is lovely. Just ask for a room away from I-5, as it's noisy. I gave the area a 2 because Northgate has really gone downhill and I am a single woman.

The breakfast was the issue as every morning they were out of many items. We went back at different times and they never put more out. How does a hotel not stock enough breakfast food? The plus was the rooms were quiet and it was near the rail system.

Overall i loved the room. It was more of a small apartment with the kitchen in a separate room. There was quite a bit of noise, the walls are thin. The breakfast was mediocer, the eggs a lost cause. They did have spring rolls one morning which were absolutely delicious! The water was shut off to our part of the hotel for a hole day, and there was no warning. Soapy hands and just out of the shower were a big problem. If i had warning i would not even mention it.

This could have potentially been bad since we were on a limited amount of time to get ready and leave for a concert. I will say the young man who checked me in was really kind and apologetic and he gave us free parking for the inconvenience. I really appreciated that. He provided really good service and that helped make a bad situation better. The property was really nice and new. I really loved the bathroom and the kitchen and it had everything you would need to cook. The downfalls of the room were very limited ice and we did not see an ice machine or bucket. There should be an ice machine available seeing as we had no ice in our freezer. We did not have time to use the pool or eat breakfast, however I like that breakfast was free. I liked the convenient parking garage as one of my favorite amenities being right next to the hotel. You don't always find that in Seattle and it was really nice. We also used the light rail to go to a concert and I really appreciated the walkability and how safe the area felt. I felt that my vehicle was safe and I did not feel unsafe walking from the light rail. The room was great, the main downfall I will say is that you can hear noise from the freeway, but did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms which was nice. It was very clean with a comfy bed. Would stay here again for sure.

Generally, the room was fine, and a good breakfast spread. Our only complaint is that we were not told when we checked in that room service was only performed every 4 days! Not knowing this, we had put the towels on the floor. When I inquired why our towels weren't change, we found out about the 4 day rule. Our stay was only 4 days and so no room service, including trash pickup from the kitchette.

The staff here was amazing! Extremely accommodating and kind people. Area was great for us as we have a family member in the Northgate neighborhood, so it was walking distance to them. Also super easy to get on and off the light rail from this location. The room was great, nice design and kitchen was well appointed, nice to have a dining room table!

This hotel opened up a few months ago and is very nice. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Northgate train station which is super convenient!! It’s in a nice newer area where they are building up a mall/shopping area and is nearby to Stanford’s which is a good restaurant. It’s also a 5 minute walk to the Seattle Kraken Community Iceplex which is pretty cool! The hotel feels safe, beds are very comfy, bathrooms are nice, we had our own little kitchenette area with a table and chairs, and most importantly it was clean. We also had continental breakfast which was pretty yummy and convenient, and the price for our stay was decent, especially when you compare it to older hotels in downtown Seattle in not the safest areas. I’ve read reviews for other hotels where there were homeless people nearby who had some mental health issues and it made people uncomfortable, but that was not the case for this area or this hotel. If the hotel management reads this; please add more fruit options to the continental breakfast besides tiny baby apples :) and have an ice machine on every floor. Overall; hotel was very nice, new, clean, and we loved that there was a continental breakfast and it was so close to the train station. We will stay here again when we come back to Seattle!

We had a great stay at this hotel! It seemed like it was brand new. Some of the dishware in our kitchen still had labels on it. The staff was excellent, but what really put this place over the edge for me was the FREE EV charging station. You do have to download an app and create an account, but once you do it's completely free. There is also a Tesla charging station on top of the parking garage. My one complaint is I wish this were more walkable. There are restaurants and stores nearby, but there is lots of construction and not enough sidewalk or crosswalks to navigate around easily and safely. But there is a train station next to the hotel, so we used that to get around. All around, this was a great stay!

So noisy. I complained because I was right next to train line. Instead of switching me to the quiet side of the hotel they gave me a sound machine - it didn’t help. Breakfast wasn’t great either. Microwaved eggs are the worst. Coffee was good though.

The rooms were fantastic! But the breakfast and eating area were in need of help. The food was cold or not replenished. Clean plates and silverware were in big demand. Nice hotel with clean rooms and comfy beds. There were some maintenance issues in the room that needed to be fixed. (A/C was not working) but they fixed it in a timely manner. Upon checking in, the staff was very helpful and nice! Our room was perfect and spacious for our family of 5. All teens had their space and the extra mirrors for the girls were very appreciated. The kitchen in the room was well cleaned and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also great. Tailored to kids, to adults and to those who just need some protein and coffee. Everyone was happy!

Breakfast was always well stocked even at the height of busy service, good selection for hot and cold foods. The studio rooms are designed well and the lighting between all the spaces is easily managed. The bed was very comfortable and there were pillows for everyone’s taste. All the small items needed to wash the dishes and run the dishwasher were available under the kitchen sink. The front desk staff were extremely courteous and helpful when I asked for extra hangers and other requests for my extended stay. Whenever I’m in the Seattle area, I’m definitely counting this as my first lodging option since everything was better than expected, parking super close and convenient, not to mention the light rail station is steps from the property. Definitely recommend!
