Our stay was good. We really enjoyed the pool, but the jacuzzi was very dirty. It had debris in it and it was obviously not safe looking. I told the front desk about it. We went the next day but it was the same dirty water.

Three of the five elevators were out of service during the day, and the wait for the elevators was exceedingly long. I was one of the folks who got trapped in one of the elevators when it broke down. I heard from several of the Dance attendants that the same thing happened last year and that this is a frequent experience at the Hilton Bellevue. This feels unacceptable that this situation is not remedied.

I like the location and easy access to shipping, dining, freeway entrance. My concern was 3 elevators needed service/repair. 17 people stuck in elevator for 45 minutes. Luckily I was not one of the unfortunate passengers.

Very disengaged staff, they didn’t offer anything. The sheets were dirty, the tub was gross, the sink was broken, the bath was clogged , the coffee machine didn’t work and the restaurant was awful.

Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Had everything that was needed. Great location, can get to freeways and all parts of Bellevue very easily, yet off the main roads. No problem getting a parking space. Would definitely stay there again.

I honestly don’t know where to start. When thinking of a Hilton Hotel you think 5 Star amazing amenities, great food, everything luxurious. This hotel was the exact opposite. The room the bathroom door knob wasn’t working and our son got locked inside for 20 min. Their was balled up hair on the bathroom floor a bug similar to a cockroach crawling out from underneath the bathroom vanity

The staff were great and accommodating, getting us in for early check in and also supplying additional towels and blankets (there were none stocked besides for 1 person and the two beds made) we had a reservation for 4 adults. The lobby was hard to find with the split levels and limited signage outside, and once inside there was nothing besides a map with a not largely visible labeled area for the front desk to be able to find your way. Also no signs to help direct you to the hotel elevators. Luckily there was staff setting up for an even to direct us. Also parking is odd and a bit confusing with the rental car companies also sharing the same space. We could hear everything from the hallway and the shared walls, and the mother scolding running children on the floor above us. At one point I had to open the door and ask the people socializing at 5am in the hallway to quiet down a bit. Great location to downtown Bellevue and a quick 20min drive to downtown Seattle and the Arenas. In our second time arriving to the hotel there was a large smeared pile of animal feces, in front of the elevators and additional parts randomly around the floor. Staff was aware as they placed caution wet floor signs, but there was no one around and no one had cleaned up the larger parts either. It was an okay stay we weren’t in the hotel for a total of more than 10 hours across two days.

Sofa bed is terrible! I know they aren’t the best but this was was bad…. Housekeeper had a mental breakdown when we were there and started yelling in the hallway like he was possessed. Told him thank you and I appreciate him brining us extra blankets and he yelled DONT TELL ME THOSE WORDS! Then proceeded to yell off the top of his lungs when going down the stairwell.

Our room had a "balcony" or should I say an attempted "balcony". It was only about a foot deep and looked out the the roof air conditioning unit, so essentially it was a view of a dirty roof. The room was over the ballroom, so when one night they had a wedding, we could hear the thumping of the music until after 11PM. Guest Laundry was a badly ventilated suana holding 2 washers, 2 dryers, a sink and small folding table. Dryer by the door didn\'t dry the clothes after an hour and a half, so we gave up and took the wet clothes from the dryer and washer upstairs to air dry.

The air conditioner in the room was terrible. The thermostat would shut off when leaving the room and would struggle to get below 75 degrees, even with the curtains drawn. Spoke with the front desk twice, the first time they sent someone 20 minutes later who looked at something in the ceiling and said it would be better in 20-30 minutes, it was not . We just had to wait hours for it to get down to 71. The next day someone came again after we spoke to the desk and this time they said they will look at a computer to fix it, but it never got better. The window couldn't really be opened since we were on the highway side of the hotel. The property looked nice and was dog friendly. The room was otherwise clean but very hot

Room is bigger than most hotels. The bed is comfortable. Very clean and there is no odor in the room when initially enter. The only downside about it is the pull out bed which isn’t comfortable. You can feel the frame of the bed. Overall, I really like it here and would stay again.

The rooms were large and had a fold out couch for those traveling with families. The beds were comfortable. We paid for breakfast through our Expedia reservation and it was a very good deal (compared with paying for breakfast on site). The breakfast was excellent and had so many choices. The check in and restaurant staff were excellent. The Bellevue Botanical Gardens are just 1 mile away and are a nice (and free!) respite from the city. The pool/spa looked very nice, but we didn't have time to use it.

I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews it had. This property didn’t have our room ready at check in. The lady at the front said she’d let us know and we had been waiting for 35-40 minutes which didn’t happen we had to ask again. When we got to the room, it was 87 degrees inside. We called maintenance to fix the ac. Needless to say it seems like the property controls the room temperatures regardless of having access the thermostat because it took less than a minute for the guy to open a door and adjust. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Upon arrival the host didn’t greet us, he looked up and just continued to look at him computer, than another lady came up from then she finally said hello we’ll be right with you, then we finally got greeted and given our room to which he decided to give us a room in the first floor where there was 2 weddings happening and a room that wreaked of cigarettes, they switched us only across the first room to where I could still smell the cigarette smell. Overall experience was definitely not what I would have expected from this hotel.

Our family went on our annual trip to a Huskies game on Saturday. I was looking for a great location not too far from UW and found the Hilton in Bellevue. The hotel looked really luxurious. Some parts were outdated but you can tell they’ve upgraded a lot of the hotel. Out room was very comfortable and extremely spacious. Our beds were very comfortable. Our kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. Outside was very noisy due to traffic but inside you couldn’t hear any kind of outdoor noise. Parking was great and easy to access. The staff at the Hilton were extremely friendly and helpful. We also had the breakfast buffet which was good in all aspects. A variety of food and drink options. Wait staff was attentive and inviting. Overall, our experience at Hilton Bellevue was an excellent one. If in the area for an overnight stay, I will definitely book here again.

There is nothing wrong about the property or overall service. There was a major issue with a staff member at reservations/ checkin. I need to talk to someone at the management level, as customer service was unacceptable and below any expectation. I’ve had reservations with Hilton for many years and never had any issues. The time it was a terrible experience beyond any imagination. I’d like to talk to someone at a management level to resolve this issue. Thank you, Yuriy Akopyan

Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Had everything that was needed. Great location, can get to freeways and all parts of Bellevue very easily, yet off the main roads. No problem getting a parking space. Would definitely stay there again.

I booked this only a few hours prior to actually leaving for Seattle. Very reasonable price, clean, spacious rooms, nice bed and toiletries. I didn’t use the train nearby but it’s less than a 5-min walk (literally in front of hotel entrance). Again, didn’t use this - but there’s car rentals downstairs if needed. Staff are very kind and attentive. Breakfast was decent enough. Okay selection but the omelet station was amazing!! It’s about a 20 min drive to Seattle. I will definitely book here when I come back to Seattle again.

The breakfast buffet is awful! It tasted stale and like it was left overs from a couple days before! The hash browns were inedible! They were hard! The pastries were stale and the coffee tasted diluted! It cost us 137.00 and we literally left everything on our plate. The strawberries were the only decent food. The bed sheets and pillows smelled like sweat. Customer service was great, but they didn’t tell us there was a parking fee so that was disappointing! We have stayed here before, and there was no issues is why we came back. But unfortunately they missed the mark this time!

First and foremost, the parking area is really big. Plenty of parking especially if youre driving a bigger vehicle. Secondly, there was a restaurant and bar in the hotel. Super convenient when traveling 3 hours to seattle with kids and my elderly grandma. We were tired and didn't want to go anywhere else. The food was good and the drinks at the bar were too. The rooms were large and the beds were conformable.

The rooms were large and had a fold out couch for those traveling with families. The beds were comfortable. We paid for breakfast through our Expedia reservation and it was a very good deal (compared with paying for breakfast on site). The breakfast was excellent and had so many choices. The check in and restaurant staff were excellent. The Bellevue Botanical Gardens are just 1 mile away and are a nice (and free!) respite from the city. The pool/spa looked very nice, but we didn't have time to use it.

Great stay with my wife and kids! Their breakfast buffet was delicious as were their omelettes! We had a small balcony and had coffee in the morning to enjoy the fall weather that is setting in already.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice but I set my air conditioner to 68 and I left the room for four hours and the room wouldn’t go lower than 74 so I told the staff and they had a maintenance guy come up and he could see that there was hardly any airflow, but said he couldn’t do nothing about it so they just left it that rather than changing me to in the room

Very disappointing experience. During our stay, a water leak triggered the fire alarm, which continued for hours and made it impossible for us to rest properly. The hotel manager spoke with us in person and offered two options: complimentary breakfast or a full refund for the room. We specifically declined the breakfast and chose the full refund. She clearly confirmed that the room would be fully refunded and told us she had documented it in the hotel’s system. After more than two weeks of follow-up through Hotels.com, the hotel is now refusing to honor that promise and claiming there is no record of the refund. The original incident was already frustrating, but what is even more disappointing is that a commitment made directly by hotel management is now being denied. Guests should be able to trust what a hotel manager promises and documents.
