Check in process was a little slow with a lot of signs on the door about using a call box but a call box being broken and no one at the desk....at 3pm, which was odd. Then technology was down off and on as well, but the staff was very friendly and apologetic. Room was spacious and clean, so worth the price for a quick stay.

I’ve stayed in motels that were so dingy and outdated yet double the price of this stay. This place was clean, garbage bins were close by and always being emptied. Laundry room was updated and you could pay with card. The rooms had plenty of space for a comfortable long stay.

This hotel is definitely adaquate. Not fancy but the room was spacious and clean. On the downside, we were two 70 year old women and we had to carry our suitcases up two flights of stairs. Also, the recycling (or trash) was stored under the stairs which made it seem dirty outside. On the upside, the location is wonderful. Actually within (hilly) walking distance of a great shopping center with lots of eating places and a grocery store.I would stay there again just because of the location.

This property is unsafe. First, when checking in they gave us our room, we went there and the door was already cracked open and sheets were everywhere. Went to speak to the office and they were more upset we were stating our concerns while other people were checking in and they felt like we were “embarrassing them”. Once we were able to get to our room, the deadbolt wouldn’t lock and the bathroom fan sounded like a lawn mower! We called Expedia, who tried to talk with the property to move rooms and they did not allow us to move. Instead they “said” they fixed the lock. That was not completed. I took videos to provide. We requested a refund and received nothing! Expedia gave $70 for a $300 stay. They said the property would have to “ok” a refund. We will fight and keep calling this property until it’s rectified. This is unacceptable for the safety of their guests. The “manager” never return our calls and the front office staff acted like this is not that big of a deal. These doors are located outside! Anyone could have walked up and opened that door. Very disappointed with this property and level of care for their guests. We will NEVER stay here again.

Billed online as a hotel. This is a motel - doors straight to outside. Sketchy characters doing who knows what at 1AM outside their room. Sticky candy strewed across and stuck to stairs leading to upstairs room. Broken flashing light just to give it that special 'place to get hurt' feeling. Will NOT go again. Will NOT use hotels.com again - they can't tell a hotel from a motel.

I was given an accessible room, which I didn't need, and the tiles in the bathroom were cracked, with stains on the grout which made the room seem unclean. My view was of the garbage under the stairs, so I didn't want to open my curtains. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. While there was a kitchen, there were no utensils, cookware, cups or plates without request, which I appreciate to save on cleaning, however it was an inconvenience.

The room appeared a little run down (wear and tear like carpet stains or patched holes in the wall), but it was clean when I came in (vacuumed, clean sheets, clean table, etc). I loved the layout of the room and the amenities offered, and the hot water didn't go cold! It was a wonderful little room that I could definitely feel comfortable having to stay longer than the three days I did. The free breakfast is a very limited grab and go option, so I wouldn't plan your breakfasts solely at the hotel unless you buy some groceries. The wifi is good, but hard for streaming video unless you upgrade. The lobby was also always locked no matter the time of day, and it felt a little awkward to have to raise the phone just to ask to be let in to grab some oatmeal. The only actual negative thing I didn't much like was the pervasive smell of smoke. It smelled like cigarette smoke in the lobby, it smelled in the hotel room, and when I passed by another room getting cleaned one day, it smelled in there, too. But there's signs everywhere saying no smoking. Thankfully it wasn't strong enough to seep into my clothes, and I could adjust to it in just a couple minutes. However, if I had been traveling with someone more sensitive, I'm not sure we'd have been able to ask to transfer to a room that they'd be able to rest in.

The property is nice. We stayed in room 170 - the bed was comfortable, but the shower appeared to have not been cleaned - it had beard stuble in it, and the drapes are inadequate for the size of window and are coming off the traverse rod hooks. If it were not for the bobbie pin than I found, which a previous resident had left clipped to the edge of the drapes, we would never have gotten them properly closed to shut out the light from outside at night. The drapes are also very rumpled. More care/review needs to be taken of this property. Also, if you have bad knees this is not the place for you - there is no elevator and the toilet is very low to the ground - I had great difficulty using the bathroom. Expedia needs to identify these issues when reserving rooms. I survived my trip, but I will never stay here again.

MOLD all over the bathroom ceiling. Carpet was wet with stains and smelled like bleach had just been poured all over. My lungs got so tight in the room that we had to leave for health concerns. One of the nastiest rooms I’ve ever been in.

No employee on site to check out with. Called the contact us if needed phone no answer. No continental breakfast. Not even coffee maker in room. No ice makers on property. Room had mold in shower and broken toilet paper holer. All outside trash overflowing.

The room not clean. There was garbage from the previous occupant in the garbage can. There was lipstick on one of the towels and the tub had hair from the previous occupant. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned. It was is disgusting.

The property looked ok on the outside, but the rooms were filthy, damaged, and appliances did not work correctly. The "breakfast" was packets of instant oatmeal . That's it. It took 15 minutes for the evening desk attendant check us in.

Paid $240 per night and it was by far one of the worst stays. Have stayed at better Hostels. Overall cleanliness was terrible. Stairs as d grounds were very dirty. Room smelled like smoke and noise level from neighboring rooms was bad. Very noisy

It was very gross for the location there was piled up garbage everywhere at all stairways and it stunk real bad and there was no dishes offered to us or even told to us how it worked or how the breakfast worked the muffins were dry it says breakfast in the booking not crap like this I spent $189 for 1 night 1 tiny shampoo for 2 people seriously blanket one very thin just really bad shape for the are was very dissatisfied wish I could get my money back or a another stay in a different area in hopes maybe is better this place not happy I would not recommend this Factoria location ever. This is a very minimalistic property. Had a small kitchenette and absolutely no cups, utensils, plates or any way to heat water. You go to the lobby to get coffee, but there are no chairs. Back to the room to drink it. They call it “grab and go” and they’re not kidding. It should be called sleep and get out.

Very basic hotel in bad need of updating. Our room had a distinct odor which I can only attribute to guests being allowed to cook. There was some mildew smell near the tub as well. Beds were “ok” but mine squeaked. Pillows were flat. The blackout curtains could not fully block the bright LED lights outside - glad we had sleep masks. Definitely needs some upgrades and maintenance. We also got the vibe that shenanigans take place on property. A couple of times cars were parked in the driving lane (not parking stall), lights off, and people were in the car. Hmm…

Let’s see, kitchens had no utensils or cookware or dinnerware. When I called and asked for some, I was told they’re only given to those booking a stay for 7 days or more. The smoke alarm had a cage around it, I’m assuming to prevent ppl from turning it off. The electric burner was rusted. I have pics! I would not recommend unless you don’t care.

Unstable Wi-Fi. Broken walls & door. Sink drain very slow. Bathroom roof with leaks.

The hotel is not what we thought. 1. location isn't bad if you like hearing the interstate. 2. They ask minors for identification (not ok). 3. The toilet flushes or cycles every hour. 4. You hear banging all night. 5. Their free breakfast is tiny stale muffins, oatmeal in a coffee cup and 1 type of coffee. 6. Beds are very stiff. 7. Door handle to enter doesn't open by pushing handle down, you have to push up and push hard to open. 8. AC doesn't really cool the room. 9. The morning staff were not welcoming. When asking desk about breakfast i had to ask twice and want even meet with the gentleman looking up at me, i got " Ya thats it there". The hotel is good for those who come in late and leave early with no need for accomidations or amenities.

I chose this property because of the price and kitchen. Unfortunately none of the kitchen items are actually in the room. A little placard on the counter says you must request each item (dishes, coffee pot, pans, toaster, etc.) and while I was checking in, one customer came into the lobby and was told the items were not available yet and to come back in an hour. That was at about 4:30 in the afternoon. I was running late and went to an event that lasted late into the evening and never tried to get the items. It’s very odd that no coffeemaker is kept in the room. As far as the room goes, the two burners in the kitchen looked rusty and the beds were just ok—not very comfortable. Otherwise it was clean and I really appreciated that the Eastgate Park and Ride was nearby so we could ride public transportation to Lumen Field.

I stayed for one night and specifically chose a room with a kitchen. While the room did have a kitchen, there were no utensils or cookware at all — nothing for eating or cooking. On the positive side, I really liked the hotel’s location — it was very convenient and pleasant.

Came back from a concert and were locked out of the room until office staff came in at 7am. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We had a terrible time at this hotel. We got to town at 1230. I went in to the office to inquire about an early check in even if for a fee. The hotel manager or front desk clerk not sure who she was, was extremely rude, and said I "WILL NOT" be checking anyone in early we were sold out last night. Check-in began at 3pm so we left and went to the mall down the road, came back at 245 went into office proceeded to stand in line for the next hour before getting checked into our room. The room was mediocre, and poorly cleaned. Stuff was still in the fridge from the previous occupants, and the shower was gross. Sheets were stained, and they left the dirty sheets outside the room for quite awhile. Although the area was nice and the location was convient they should probably work on there approach when talking to customers, and customer service all together. Will not go back

The staff was practically non-existent, both when I tried to check in and when I tried to check out. The room was nice, jut poorly lit.

Staff had no idea what was going on. Took over an hour to check in. Took over a day get access to wifi. Did not get any dishes/pans brought to the room for the kitchen. Horrible service but the room itself was a great setup. Would be great with better staff.

Staff were so sweet and helpful. Room was clean and livable but nothing fancy. Overall good experience.

I arrived late in the evening to check-in, and found out they had given my room away.They made zero attempt or even an apology. The staff there didn't care at all. I ended up sleeping in the car that night. Completely unacceptable.

This is the second time Ive stayed here in 2 years, they cannot seem to clean rooms in time for check in, extremely dysfunctional hotel, manager should be fired, took us over an hour to check in, we missed the first band of the concert becaue of this place, dont stay here!

Tucked away but convenient to everything

I have stayed here before and it's a basic hotel but I do love the fact that there is a kitchen in the rooms. The breakfast is basically nothing so don't expect it to feed you unless you like to live on nurtrigrain bars and coffee so don't go expecting a real breakfast. Our first room had issues with the fridge but the next morning we were able to get moved to a room where everything was fine and the rest of the stay was pleasant. Hotel is within walking distance of many different stores and restaurants and easy to access from the 405 and I90.

Absolutely careless of manager Coffee but NO cups at check in or breakfast Hot cereal, no bowls Breakfast bar was all for a $200 room disgusting!!! Old rooms But clean pealing walls nice kitchen area Staff was nice and apologized about no breakfast items I’ve been 17 years in hotel industry and running out should NEVER happen

WiFi didn’t work, filthy, bugs, smelly, rude front desk at check in, no coffee or breakfast as promised in the purchase of the room. Way over-priced.

Clean, needs better breakfast

The property and the cleanliness is very bad . The shower also did not work properly . They mentioned they provide free breakfast , it was very poor and just some energy bars was given . Very unhealthy breakfast

It’s a little shocking that they would claim that breakfast was provided. Their breakfast consisted of hot water, hot chocolate, coffee, and granola bars. The only creamer they provided for the coffee was the kind that you pump out of a bottle and is insanely sweet. But the property is in a good location.

“Breakfast included” was literally some granola bars the first day we stayed, and by the next day there was no breakfast at all. Kind of disappointing considering we were staying here for a sports tournament and breakfast included at the hotel is a big factor when we’re picking a hotel.
