Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Redmond

Rooms weren't ready 2 hours after check in time so we had to wait in the lobby. No toilet paper in our bathroom. They notified us upon check in that the water would be shut off the next morning at 9am. Had I known ahead of time I would have booked another hotel. No dishes in the rooms to begin with. You have to request them as an add on with the front desk. The free wifi is terrible! They offer upgraded wifi for a fee. The breakfast is minimal at best. Prepackaged mini muffins, Oatmeal packets, coffee and tea. I would not stay there again. The staff were friendly even though I am sure they were dealing with a lot of annoyed guests.

Our stay here was very different than any other hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. It has a contract with the county and we were not informed before hand, there were people and commotion at all hours of the night. People staying in their cars in th eparking lot and not so welcoming people walking around. We traveled with my family and they have a 7 year old and it was not a good environment to have a child in. We ended up leaving a day early as we did not feel comfortable staying there. Just wanted to give a heads up to those traveling here with kids.
