Loved this place. It was a super cute room. They text you all the info. Highly recommend checking out the cocktail bar Relic, which is connected to the rooms. Then ask about a speak easy ;)

LOVE this boutique hotel. It's more for people who don't like a typical, boring hotel stay. Quirky style Cuban bar Yummy cafe bakery in the back with the best sourdough. Located perfectly. We will be back

Didn’t expect to sleep in a Murphy bed. Kind of like your parents pull out couch. Very clean facility. There is a speak easy in the facility so don’t expect to sleep until 1 am. Very noisy.

Huge rooms, fully equipped like a home with all items you may need, incredible rooms with gorgeous views outside. Lovely location. The one downside is parking. If you aren't lucky enough to get assigned spot right outside, there is a bit of a walk to the hotel's other spots, especially in the rain.

The location is convenient. The rooms have character and are very comfortable. The Lobby Bar and the coffee shop in the same building are very convenient. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very comfortable stay for 2 parents and one child. Easy access to the Festival and to shopping. Self serve hotel, no staff on site but instructions on how to connect with staff were given. Parking is 1.5 blocks away and suite was up a flight of stairs with no elevator. No problem for us, but may be a consideration for others. Overall, great stay. Will go back!

I had an amazing stay at the Perth County Inn! The stylish room was beautifully decorated, and most importantly… clean! The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the location was perfectly located, all within walking distance. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a charming getaway. We’ll be back!

Can’t say enough good things about this property. An excellent, unique property in downtown Stratford. A brief walk to shopping, dining and theatre. Beautifully appointed rooms, lovely garden and outdoor space. Would definitely stay again!

Immaculately clean and supplied all our needs - lots of towels, great coffee machine, wine glasses, comfortable bed and a love seat. Perfectly air-conditioned as it was very hot outside. Loved the deck with the art installation.

The Perth County Inn is located steps from the lovely Shakespearean Gardens and Avon river. It's owner is very helpful and quick to respond to questions or concerns. One caution I would give is that the Inn is located on a busy traffic route - Ontario Street, so I would suggest rooms other than the "City View" which overlooks Ontario Street. The Relic Apartment, which I stayed in, is above a bar - and on Friday night I could hear the thumping base of their music until 1:30 AM.

This is our first time booking at Perth County Inn and our experience was amazing. There was a problem with the lock on our door that needed to be fixed so they upgraded our room for free and bought us coffee in the morning. The rooms are clean and have many beautiful touches to make it feel like home. I highly recommend staying here.

We appreciated that this self-entry style room was located in the heart of downtown Stratford. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. We noticed that many things in the apartment were damaged / showing signs of wear, like a broken door handle, stained mugs, hard water deposits and wires from lights not plugged in and wrapped around lights. I also expected this to be an actual inn with on-site parking, a reception and lounge based on the photos. The beds were very comfortable and the decorations were nicely dine and classy.

Our stay at the Perth County Inn was incredible! We had everything we needed in the room and the accommodations were great! A very comfortable bed and more than enough towels so that we were comfortable for the whole stay and didn’t have to ask for house keeping. The room was very clean as were the surroundings which made us feel like home. Definitely recommend this location and we already can’t wait to plan our next stay here!

The place is great, room was very nice and the location is amazing. Two issues: 1) the bed was decently comfortable but it squeaked and the headboard made a ton of noise anytime you moved - it was hard to get a good night sleep. 2) they should put a boot tray or something in the door - the floors are beautiful old pine and we felt bad taking our boots off and having nowhere to put them that wasn’t just on the floor.

Really lovely apartment. The river suite has great views and is quite spacious! The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The only thing to note is that the parking is a block away (but you can pull over behind the Inn and unload your car). Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and good value. ‘Pennypincher’ room was cute and comfortable despite being on the small side. Wouldn’t recommend for more than a couple of nights or if you have more than one bag - there just isn’t anywhere to put things. Hotel could consider reducing number of games/knickknacks on display to give back a little shelf space.

Right downtown. Close to everything. Got a waterfront room which was excellent. Had problems with the door not locking but staff helped promptly. Parking was a bit of a walk but not a problem for us. Very modern and clean.

The hotel was an excellent choice for Stratford, very walkable to the major attractions, free parking, a nicely designed room with everything you need. Bruce was really responsive with checking instructions, the amenities were all great. Highly recommend!

Met Bruce soon after I arrived. He was super friendly and welcoming. I had only been there 30 minutes and was already planning when I would be back with my wife. Can't say enough about the property, the owner, and the location. Perfect!!

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in! Bruce was easy to reach, friendly, attentive. Nice to be close to shops and restaurants, and also the theatre. 10/10!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Perth. Not only were the rooms very clean and beds comfy, it was the perfect location - close to everything making it easy to walk to all the theatres and restaurants. Also loved the dedicated parking. Bruce was super communicative, making the check-in process super simple. We will definitely be back!

Park your car and wander. The Perth County Inn is perfectly located for a convenient walkable stay in Stratford. Everything you might require is nearby. It is also nicely appointed inside for a comfortable stay. The host, Bruce is gracious, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

What is not to love about this property? It's right on the main street, about five minutes from two of the theatres, surrounded by great shops and eateries. The bed was comfortable, room clean and we used the coffee maker and kettle. Definitely will be back! Thanks for the great stay!

What is not to love about this property? It's right on the main street, about five minutes from two of the theatres, surrounded by great shops and eateries. The bed was comfortable, room clean and we used the coffee maker and kettle. Definitely will be back! Thanks for the great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Perth County Inn, Stratford. It is very accessible, close to everything you want to see in Stratford, cleanly kept, quiet. Recommend without hesitation.

The Perth County Inn is located steps from the lovely Shakespearean Gardens and Avon river. It's owner is very helpful and quick to respond to questions or concerns. One caution I would give is that the Inn is located on a busy traffic route - Ontario Street, so I would suggest rooms other than the "City View" which overlooks Ontario Street. The Relic Apartment, which I stayed in, is above a bar - and on Friday night I could hear the thumping base of their music until 1:30 AM.

We are return customers and loved our stay. It’s clean, convenient and love the river view. The assessable coffee shop out front is perfect for a latte and a fresh scone.

The property is in an excellent location and central to all the theatres with lovely restaurants within walking distance. It is very convenient to have a parking spot just outside the door. The room was very quaint and lovely and we had a thoroughly enjoyable time. we will definitely come back.

Loved this place. It was a super cute room. They text you all the info. Highly recommend checking out the cocktail bar Relic, which is connected to the rooms. Then ask about a speak easy ;)

I had an amazing stay at the Perth County Inn! The stylish room was beautifully decorated, and most importantly… clean! The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the location was perfectly located, all within walking distance. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a charming getaway. We’ll be back!

This was a great property for a visit to the theater festival, great location overlooking the river, with great restaurants and a bakery just steps away. Theaters are a short walk away. The room was glean and quiet, just what we needed. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city.

Bruce the owner met us to help with luggage up the long single flight of indoor stairs leading to our apt, on second floor. There is no elevator. AC is portable, stationed in LR, but not helpful for bedroom spaces. We also inquired about better air flow at night while sleeping and he brought a fan for each bedroom. There were plenty of pillows and bathroom towels. Super shower! Nice stove and fridge and dining table and couch. No closet in one bedroom but over a dozen hallway hooks where we hung everything, like umbrellas, coats, dresses (plenty of hangers), tote bags to keep them off the floor and other surfaces. Apt above a coffee shop and a quiet bar that the owner suggested. Couch was most comfy but side chairs needed a wall behind them to keep cushions from sliding onto floor if you leaned back. Parking only for 4 hotel guests, so weekends, during busy play season means you need to expect to find free parking on one of the streets hotel suggests upon receipt of check-in instructions.

Lovely apartment only let down by the noise outside which seemed constant - the windows didn’t seem to block anything out at all! Great location though for the shops and river.

There was no toilet in the room - I had to go in the hall to a washroom. This was not made clear on the website and I would never have made a reservation without an en-suite toilet. The shower area was new and modern.

What a fantastic choice we made. Was visiting my mom half hr away and needed a stay in Stratford. Couldn't love it more. Initially concerned the mini room was only one available however the super tall ceilings and the cool vibe of decorations were awesome. We were left a list of nearby amenities and we visited several. Love the very good Albeit pricey cocktail bar. Contactless check-in. Will go out of my way to stay here next time would be very sad if not available.
