Great place to stay short walk to Downtown and Medina. Spotlessly clean and the room was cleaned every day and toiletries and towels refreshed . WiFi was good and 24h reception . Large rooms only a 10-15 minutes drive from the airport, close to the tram station supermarket next door , launderette and many other amenities on the same road. Very friendly staff honestly couldn't ask for more.

The locatiin isn't the best, the hotel has some good intent, but the facilities are fast deteriorating. The receptionist was good, always ready to attend to issues but there were too many of them. The AC in the main sleeping area wasn't working. The bathroom fllor, bath floor and roof weren't in good state.

En revanche, le quartier ne nous a pas semblé très accueillant, et nous avons été gênés par les aboiements de chiens entendus régulièrement depuis la chambre. Cela reste néanmoins une bonne adresse pour un court séjour.

Siamo stati molto bene. Il posto era molto pulito, buoni i servizi e il personale molto attento e preparato. La receptionist Sabrina in particolare è stata eccellente con i suoi consigli e le indicazioni. A 10/15 minuti a piedi si arriva a piedi alla Medina e al suq. sotto all'albergo c'è un supermercato fornito. Apparentemente il quartiere sembra degradato ma è sicuro almeno negli orari diurni e in prima serata. La colazione è ricca e abbondante, dolce e salata. Consigliato!

I arrived feeling under the weather. A doctor was called, prescription picked up, and the staff looked out for me. It was asking a lot, I know, but they were champs. Thank you. The facilities, location and breakfast were all good. Reasonably priced, too. There was a nearby laundry mat where I had a load of laundry done for 18 dinar, or $3 Canadian. Compare that to a hotel in Buenos Aires that charged $150!

I arrived feeling under the weather. A doctor was called, prescription picked up, and the staff looked out for me. It was asking a lot, I know, but they were champs. Thank you. The facilities, location and breakfast were all good. Reasonably priced, too. There was a nearby laundry mat where I had a load of laundry done for 18 dinar, or $3 Canadian. Compare that to a hotel in Buenos Aires that charged $150!

Siamo stati molto bene. Il posto era molto pulito, buoni i servizi e il personale molto attento e preparato. La receptionist Sabrina in particolare è stata eccellente con i suoi consigli e le indicazioni. A 10/15 minuti a piedi si arriva a piedi alla Medina e al suq. sotto all'albergo c'è un supermercato fornito. Apparentemente il quartiere sembra degradato ma è sicuro almeno negli orari diurni e in prima serata. La colazione è ricca e abbondante, dolce e salata. Consigliato!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, and both the air conditioning and the bathroom facilities worked perfectly. A major plus for travelers is the Wi-Fi: there is a router on every floor, ensuring excellent connectivity. The staff was extremely kind, courteous, and attentive throughout my stay. The housekeeping service is excellent, and the room was thoroughly cleaned every single day (including new shampoos, soaps etc). The hotel's location is also ideal; it is very central and offers perfect transport links. There is a tram stop nearby, from which you can reach the Tunis central station in just about five minutes. Furthermore, there is a busy street in the immediate vicinity where you can easily find taxis at any time. And just right next to the hotel there's a store. Based on the excellent facilities, the great service, and the central location, I can highly recommend this hotel and give it a full rating. I'll definitely come back.

It was a great stay. There is a nearby shop which was good. WiFi was on and off the first day. Was stabilised after that. They provided an iron but no ironing board unfortunately. I would still give it a 5 star as staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely will stay there again.
