The hotel description & pictures were exactly as listed here. Room/bathroom was immaculate. Bed comfortable. Outside well lit. Continental breakfast was extremely basic. However, great place for the price. Would recommend if you don't require any frills.

Love, love, love this cute little hotel in Ithaca! This is a motel-style facility (drive up to your room) that has been completely renovated. The rooms are so beautifully decorated and clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms lovely. Each room has a fridge and microwave. It is in a somewhat rural area and so quiet with nice views from each room. Breakfast in the morning is simple but high quality. It is run by a lovely family who are so kind and polite. It is far better than you usually get at this price point. This is a hidden gem, as the other reviews say. Definitely try it out!!

It’s a nice motel with car parking next to your room door. I had one small room with one bed and the shower there was very tiny in the shape of triangle. Even for a slim person not comfortable to use. Everything small in the room and bathroom. Door lock is the regulator key, I think it’s not very safe.

Since this motel has reportedly been renovated by the new owners in just the past year, everything was sparkling and clean. The location was also very close to our places of interest and business. Prices were quite modest compared to the current going rates in and around town.

The room was dirty and unkept. There were broken towel latches on the bathroom door and bad wear (that looked like black mold) on the wallpaper around the hinges from the room door. There were bugs crawling and living in the room (2 spiders, moth, beetle). The room did not have a microwave. Housekeeping did change the trash can bags and towels daily, but the floor was not vacuumed and very dirty after our multiple day visit. There were renovations being done on the rooms at the end of our building and could be heard as early as 9am. The staff was friendly, but rarely was present. Overall, our stay was very disappointing and would not recommend.

We spent 2 nights there with our dog. The room /bathroom were newly upgraded and spotless. The grounds were very well kept. Lots of variety provided every morning for the free breakfast It’s approximately 15- 20 mins to downtown Ithaca. It was a pleasure staying there and we will definitely return there in the future

As other reviewers have mentioned, the room was spotless. Yes, it’s a little spartan, but has everything you need. Bed very comfortable. Fresh bagels in the morning. Check in was efficient and owner very kind. Only downside for me was the noise of the heating unit, next time I’ll be sure to pack my ear plugs. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and have recommended it to my family.

The room immaculate. Comfortable and accommodating. The bathroom was amazing. Loved the little extras of shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, and lotions. Was a nice touch. Had no trouble with parking our entire stay and the staff and service was just top-notch. Will definitely reserve a stay here again.

The room was recently nicely renovated, including the carpeting, tiled bathroom, new sink, bathtub, and smart mirror, etc. The room even smelled clean and new, which is rare for any hotel room. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was quiet and safe. We requested a late checkout for noon and they were very kind about giving it to us. I would absolutely stay there again.

The room itself was very nice, but the sound proofing between floors is not so great. Suggest getting a room on the 2nd floor or in the 1 level section. Super easy to get to if you are coming in on 13 from either the north or south and downtown is just minutes away.

The room was brand new. New carpeting - very clean - new bathrooms - refrigerator - microwave. The outside looks worn but the rooms are fresh and new. The new AC fan, however, was very loud. Additionally, the bedspread should be swapped out for a double sheet over a quilt. There were plenty of towels and built in soap - shampoo - conditioner and lotion bottles. Very nice owners.

For the price, was great. Was small room but enough for us. Clean, comfortable bed and shower. Nicely renovated. Appreciate the microwave and refrigerator. Basic continental breakfast was fine. 15 minutes to get to Cornell univ. 20 minutes to town of Ithaca. Went for hiking and scenery in the Finger lakes. Was wonderful driving around.

No TV unless you have Amazon Prime or streaming accounts. No firestick remote, just tv remote which wasn’t working. If you are able, I would advise requesting a second floor room. LOTS of noise above us in our first floor room. VERY clean and very nice people.

Very professional and easy process. My only complaint was that I was running quite late for check-in (10:00 p.m.), and it was very difficult obtaining a direct line phone # for the front desk in order to inform I was still enroute. I did not have breakfast, so did not rate that.

My wife and I stayed here because we travel for work. Check in was super quick and easy, staff was nice, our room was clean, comfortable and it was a quiet place. We were satisfied with our stay and will return when in town. It was budget friendly and served the purpose for our 3 night stay. They are actively renovating but it wasn’t loud or noisy.

The staff accommodation and room cleanliness were far better than my expectation. Came in late on a flight and got into my room With no issues. Patrick behind the deck made sure I was good to go with key and wifi access. Updated, comfortable rooms. Would stay here again.

Basic continental breakfast was fine. 15 minutes to get to Cornell univ. 20 minutes to town of Ithaca. Went for hiking and scenery in the Finger lakes. Was wonderful driving around.

We spent 2 nights there with our dog. The room /bathroom were newly upgraded and spotless. The grounds were very well kept. Lots of variety provided every morning for the free breakfast It’s approximately 15- 20 mins to downtown Ithaca. It was a pleasure staying there and we will definitely return there in the future

As other reviewers have mentioned, the room was spotless. Yes, it’s a little spartan, but has everything you need. Bed very comfortable. Fresh bagels in the morning. Check in was efficient and owner very kind. Only downside for me was the noise of the heating unit, next time I’ll be sure to pack my ear plugs. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and have recommended it to my family.

This completely renovated hotel is really nice — it isn’t fancy but with new beds, bathrooms and interiors, it’s a very welcome new option near Cornell. It’s quiet and the new owners are really lovely. The small continental breakfast offering is a nice touch. I’d rather stay here now than a name brand in downtown Ithaca!

The motel has a convenient location: a few minutes, and you are in Ithaca; also the area has several stores, including Dollar General, where tourists can buy necessities to make their trips comfortable. The motel itself pleasantly surprised us with a spacious, spotless room, modern bathroom, multiple plugs-in around the room, actually working TV, and strong Wifi. You feel welcomed right away there. Also the office offers coffee, some fruits and fresh muffins in the morning. Don't skip the breakfast time; it's really good. You can see the prices: they are very reasonable, considering the quality of offered services. We sincerely wish the owners good luck with their new business.
