Great hospitality. I needed a ride to the airport and they were very accomodating. Rooms looked like they were recently remodeled.

Check in was sketchy and could not confirm ride to airport. Said it was dependent on the weather. Next morning at 5:30am was told they had an issue with the van that never moved once since check in. Had to rush to find a ride and extra cost.

An absolutely terrible property. Unsafe. The desk person was also the guy putting out the breakfast and making coffee. He took a break from that to take me to the airport in a broken down personal van (because shuttle service was promoted). He just put a sign up on the desk that he would be back in 20 minutes. OMG

Airport shuttle only runs on the hour. Meaning that if you land at 5:05, you need to wait 55 minutes for a ride. I saw a shuttle for another hotel make 3 trips before I got picked up by an unmarked minivan. The driver seemed irritated to have to give me a ride. The hotel itself is run down. The outside has definitely seen better days. The rooms are ok- it looks like they were renovated a few years ago, but the bed springs made loud noises each time I moved. Also, the sheets themselves were dirty. It looked like there was a foot print on them, and they were definitely stained. I was gone before breakfast opened so I can't speak to it. Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but I won't stay there again. If you can, spend a little bit more to stay elsewhere.

This place wasn't very clean. First room I had smelled like cigarette smoke, Second room just wasn't that clean. Dirty carpets. Staff was nice, and the bar staff was also friendly. Pool is also closed and I doubt it ever opens.

Hotel is being renovated, so it is a bit rundown. I had to change rooms immediately upon check-in, because someone had clearly been in the room and it had not been cleaned. I stayed there because I had an early morning flight and they had a free shuttle to the airport.

This place is a hole in the wall. They try to upsell you on everything. The room is old and run down. They list having a pool, but it doesn't look like it's been open for years.

Free parking for the duration of our trip. Free shuttle transport if taken on the top of the hour to airport. Super friendly staff

It has a shuttle at a good price from the airport and back to the airport.

I was given a room that had bedbugs. Went to the front and was given a different room that also had bedbugs. Gross.

I recently stayed at this property and it was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The listing is misleading - the property does not resemble the photos at all; it's a motel, not a hotel. Upon arrival, the room was filthy. Our sheets were stained, and I had to request housekeeping immediately to replace them. The floors were dirty, the toilet did not work, and the doors barely closed. To make matters worse, we did not have towels upon arrival and had to call for them. During our two-night stay, housekeeping did not provide any service, other than changing the sheets upon arrival and supplying towels upon our request. The overall condition of the room and the lack of basic maintenance made our stay completely unacceptable. This level of hygiene and service is far below what any guest should expect. I strongly urge the management to address these issues immediately.

Metal bed frame was very noisy, room was dirty, dirty towels, smelled of smoke in a non smoking room.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. There were brown stains on the bedding, towels, and other linens, and the overall sanitation was nonexistent. The entire room felt extremely dirty and unsanitary, well below any legal or health standard. To make matters worse, our door wouldn’t even lock, which made me feel very unsafe during my stay. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk—we waited around for about 20 minutes before someone finally showed up in an old minivan to check us in. The whole situation felt completely unprofessional and unsettling. After doing some research later, I found reports of serious incidents at this same property, including mentions of dead bodies being discovered there in the past. That alone says enough about how poorly this place is managed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone—it’s unsafe, unsanitary, and absolutely not worth the risk or the money.

Bed was clean. Bathroom had leaky faucets and was a rust colored atrocity. Spiders and other bugs I’m not sure what. Tried to call to get wifi password and couldn’t get ahold of the front desk after multiple tries. Cig butts in non smoking room. Good location, but bad execution and experience.

The room was dirty. Floor hasn't been mopped in weeks at least. Dirty stained towels. Dirty sink and tub. The tub didn't drain properly. There was a hole in the door upon checking in. Stains on the comforter and sheets. No cups for coffee.

This property is a dump, extremely shady people hanging around outside of the rooms at all hrs of the night. The room was dirty, the bottles of soap for the shower were used and watered down. Lucky I was only staying for a few hrs before my flight, if I could give zero stars I would. The only upside to the property was the location to the airport.

Motel level cleanliness.

The lobby was dirty. The desk clerk was always gone. When I rang the bell for service, it took a second ring after waiting 25 minutes. The towels looked like they were folded up dirty. There wasn't a sink stopper was missing in the bathroom.

Upgraded furniture/flooring/TV, everything else is dated. HVAC worked fine…shower water pressure was good. Bed was comfortable, but the base made strange noises when shifting weight? The free breakfast was sad, but the banana I had was good.

First, room key didn't work. Got new room and key. Upgraded to King bed. Opened door and found room already occupied. Half naked man jumps up out of bed yelling at me with profane words. Can't blame him. I apologized but that didn't work well. Went to manager, real fast, Jay, and told him room had man in it. Told him to speak to him asap as he was furious. Got another room. Jay apologized to man and said he'd comp his room. I didn't get comped for the embarrassment and shock of all this. Got into my room. Jay said it was newly renovated. Well, it was. But, room still has lots of plaster dust on walls, floor and bath tub, see pic. Bathroom door would not close cause door was damaged at bottom. Door handle hanging..see pic. Towel had dark stains on it. Front door had paint spatter and dust all over it...see pic. Mirror is touch screen. Cool but not very bright. The quality of workmanship is horrible. Grouting along wall to floor was terrible...see pic. TV was new and had never been programmed so we could not use it. If this is Ramada acceptable, they need a reality check. As much as Jay was nice, we won't be back.

Our bathroom door didn't close at all. My husband had to fight with it to get it sort of closed. The toilet was loose and wobbly, the hand towels were super stained. The bedframe made so much noise. The only thing it had going for it was it was clean. The parking lot is in bad shape.

It was farther out of town than we thought.the beds were on metal bases that made noise every time I moved! I thought I was sleeping on tin garbage cans!

This is an OLD hotel. Upon arrival, there was a "be back in 20" sign, so I couldn’tcheck in right away. There are visible signs of wear and tear. The bed was comfortable, but the metal frame it sat on made noise. Outdated TV-no apps for streaming. It was quiet and very conveniently located to the airport. Not worth the price.

The property is 90 % remodeled. Entry doors are beat up and didnt lock. Exterior was unkempt and littered.

I don't always take the time to do reviews, but I believe credit should be given when earned. We needed 2 nights, Thanksgiving - Saturday, in the general Cleveland area, with a budget in mind. I ended up choosing this location because: 1. it was the most affordable option ($98 for 2 nights); 2. It is conveniently located near both 480 and 71 and in Fairview Park rather than Cle; it included complimentary breakfast. Given the price & that it is technically a motel, I didn't have unreasonable expectations, but was pleasantly surprised. The building is older, but the rooms, lobby & breakfast area are all renovated and typical. There is the tech people want like USB ports, free wifi, smart TV & even a touch mirror. But, the best part of my stay was the service, specifically from Tina (the do-everything/housekeeping woman), as well as the majority of staff I encountered. At check in, Tina appeared to answer phones and try to help us as it became obvious I was getting impatient. I didn't realize she wasn't the clerk until he showed up. She even offered to make me a fresh pot of coffee upon hearing my complaint about not being able to get any on the way, and gave us restaurant recommendations. The next day, she happily met my requests for an additional pillow & fresh towels. The worst part of the entire 3 days was getting pulled over by Fairview as soon as I left for a ridiculous reason & being asked to consent to a search of my car & property, which I denied vehemently. Recommend!

Staying here was a good nights rest for the hours i worked. It was quiet, but the bed was making noise everytime i moved. It still was a good stay and though not perfect, absolutely acceptable. I still would saty again. The guy at the front desk was new and took some time getting my things together for the stay but as i said before, i still give it a thumbs up. Thanks!

Our stay was very nice. Newly remodeled which was nice but a little to crowded. Cleaning lady Tina and her daughter Amber nicest people I ever met while staying at a hotel. Tina always went above and beyond without even asking. Other new cleaning girl could not speak English no patience very rude and she was a new hire. If your dealing with patrons I feel they should be able to communicate some.

The location of this place is great, close to the airport and just a few minutes drive from RTA. Sadly, the service was not very good. I had to go to the front desk a few times for various reasons and either had to wait because the desk person away for 20 minutes or was in the back and had to be called out. In the room, the sink plug was broken so the water wasn’t draining and had to fix it myself after letting staff know. Also, there were no towels in the room at all which warranted one of several trips to the front desk.

Arrived at 10:30 pm and no one was in site for a little over 30 min. I tried ringing the bell provided, nothing. I tried calling the hotel, nothing. For 30 min+. Finally a worker was dropped off at the front door, and he then took care of me. I was told it was shift change, and that was that. The room was average, with a strong aroma. I was only tring to get a few hours of rest before a flight, so i utilitzed the room for a total of 4 hours. The web site showed free parking. It did not specify a rate change for continuous days, nor was I asked if i needed parking or a license #. Considering I did request the shuttle to the airport at 3 am. You would think they would want to make money and provide the information that there is a fee. Good thing i called back to check or it would have been towed. Very strong language barrier with the manager about said issues and was just plane rude in my opinion. No apology for any of it. All said and done $ 126 spent. Car was parked for 4 days. Its just sad businesses dont care how they trest you.

Upon arriving and checking in I was greeted by a very angry man. He was almost yelling at me about not getting stains on anything to which I was stunned bc we were only staying one night due to construction at home. He also said that I would’ve paid less had I called to book but since I booked online I could pay more, rude. Was put in a room with no easy access, I requested a different room, one I could get my bags to more easily. They obliged. This room was so dirty. The bedding already had a stain on it which I washed out even though it was there when I got there I just didn’t want to be charged extra. The floors were extremely dirty. Paint and debris everywhere. The towels we were given hardly looked clean too. It was just for one night so we roughed it. But for $150 for one night it definitely was not worth the price I paid. I asked for a discount in the morning and was told maybe the manager will call me. My dad stayed here when he visited me a year ago and it was fine and affordable but I wouldn’t currently recommend this place.

From the time we got there it was horrible! Nobody was in the front lobby. We rang the bell and I called the desk several times. Finally after 20 minutes the worker showed up. He told us our reservation was cancelled. Which it wasn't!! Another worker showed up and confirmed it wasn't cancelled. Got to the room which was in the back of the building and was very scary. Next morning, went to breakfast and that was even worse. Dirty juice machine and molded bagels!! My family and I will never go back to that hotel. Also I tried cancelling the reservation but was told by your company it was non refundable. 🤔

Room and location were accurate with the pictures. Morning front desk person went out of their way to be extremely rude.

Needed a place to lay my head during a 2 day exhibition at it I-X center.. location was very convenient, room was more than adequate for my simple needs.. not far from Many places to eat. price was great and I’ll most likely return for another show at the I-X in march.

Honestly the hotel is a dump. Renovated dump. Room was clean. Breakfast included eggs sausage cereal bagels. Basic, but edible. Parking lot has a lot of trash- clean - up. Saving grace was that the neighborhood is good. Didn’t worry about theft. Hotel was empty so it was quiet. I didn’t have to worry about a rowdy clientele. Overall acceptable.

Check in went fine the room was clean, remote didn't work for the tv. Continental breakfast was missing more of what was stated would be, coffee was out pancake machine didn't work these were fixed with help after some coaxing. only 2 bagels and no fresh fruit or pastries.

It was a surprisingly nice room. The breakfast wasn't that great but at least they offered it.

Shuttle service from the airport. Hot breakfast of sausage, eggs, toast… also fruit, yogurt, cereal, orange/apple juice or coffee to name a few of the options. Has a laundry room and close to Walmart.

There was construction going on not mentioned when booking. No breakfast. None of the facility looked like it was advertised as. Rooms old and musty. Furniture broke . Airport transport vehicle very dirty and grungy.

The room was fine. Nothing spectacular, but for the price, it was good. I was a little disappointed in the fact that there was NOT breakfast provided even though it was listed in the Hotels.com information. It was one of the reasons I chose this hotel (and it's proximity to a RTA train to take me into the city). I will say, however, that I take my pillow with me whenever I travel and when I left, I forgot to grab it off of the bed. The staff was very helpful when I called after realizing what I had done 4-5 hours down the road. They offered to ship the pillow to me in IL. I had to pay for the shipping, but was very appreciative of their effort to send it.

the room was smaller than what i thought it woud be. Cold eggs for breakfast.
