Nice new hotel. Comfortable - huge room. Good Tv with numerous channels . Bathroom was small, and shower head needs to be better

I can't fault this establishment. Quick efficient check-in by Victoria who was helpful. Clean well appointed spacious rooms with all the amenities as listed. Moreblessing from housekeeping converted the sofa into a luxurious well laid bed which my daughter enjoyed. Well kitted kitchen, hot shower in the bathroom, handy office space and great breakfast nook. The only downside with this property is the lack of an elevator. Lugging suitcases up and down the stairs was not fun. Also be careful when making the reservation on Expedia - I thought breakfast was included until I found out at The Gray my discounted booking didn't include it.

I enjoyed my stay at the Gray apartments. The apartments are very spacious and clean, and they include all the utilities you would need. The staff are very welcoming, I also liked the convenience of being able to communicate with the reception via WhatsApp instead of having to walk over.I liked having access to the coffee machine in the common room. Overall, a location I would recommend, the cost was also very reasonable.
