Parking was easy - clean comfortable room

Awful!! Hotel is under renovations that were supposed to end April 30th but are still going on. The site says end date may change but perhaps they should also put on the site that it has changed and that hammering and construction begins at 8 AM M-Saturday. Apparently renovations to Marriott means they are just covering up already existing issues. Our room looks like it may have been renovated but the paint is chipping off and the sink drawer/cabinet door came off in my wife's hands. The "fitness center" is more like a fitness closet. There were four of us in there and it was crowded. There is a pool but it's full of mattresses and closed even though the website says the only things affected by the renovations are select guest rooms. We said we didn't need any cleaning service except for Saturday. We would be out all day Saturday so we figured that would be the best time for service. Well, it never happened. The front desk said "Sorry, we can have it cleaned tomorrow." Well we were leaving Sunday morning so that wouldn't help. I went to take a shower at 4 PM on Saturday and there wasn't any hot water. I had to call the front desk and then had to wait 15 minutes for them to "reset the tank." The bathtub is unsafe. It slopes from back to front and from side to side and is very slippery. There is also a shelf on the inside wall that takes up quite a bit of space. The staff was friendly which is why this received two stars instead of one. Spend more and stay elsewhere!!!

Totally disappointed. Pool and other parts of this hotel are under renovation. Arrived in the evening and parking lot to hotel lobby was taped-off and no parking was available. I am requesting a full refund of $139. Expedia needs to do a better job of being notified by the hotel of renovations and amenities not being available.

We reserved the room because of the swimming pool. Not knowing it was under construction. We went to Walmart and spent hundreds on pool supplies and flotation equipment. No pool. We were not warned on the website or by staff.

Front desk is usually at bar area. Jackhammer noises they say till 6 but I’ve seen them tiling at 12 am. Rooms renovated have screws, loose cabinets and only one elevator works. Overall they are just trying to fill rooms while constructing. Larger lady who works in morning has worst customer service ever. There’s no pool, tiling and construction all over . Watch screws if you have kids or pets. This is based on 14 stays

This property was under construction, the pool and other amenities were closed, wait time for services was long due to being under staffed. No notice during the booking process noted the construction and closure of amenities. Very noisy and dirty. Very disappointed.

This is a very good hotel, likely to be made better by the renovations that are currently underway. Very convenient for travelers at Cleveland Airport and also those navigating Interstate 80 as we were. It’s literally 15-20 minutes from I-80, three exits off I-71 North. Quiet, unpretentious, with a nice bar and decent food. We were warned about noise from construction beginning at 8 am but heard nothing by the time we checked out at 9. Something to consider if you’re planning a stay here in the next couple of months, but we like this place.

It’s under renovation so it’s a little chaotic in areas but, that’s to be expected. There’s not a lot around the hotel either. Having said that, I would recommend and I would stay there again.

No mention of indoor pool being under renovation for months. I understand that there was no free breakfast but they didn’t even have coffee set up

The hotel was great, staff was extremely nice. The rooms were clean but only complaint we had a roach in the bathroom we had to kill and flush.

I stayed 2 nights and I was a little disappointed because I found blood stains in one of the bed sheets. I have to say that as soon as I called the front desk I was quickly given clean bed sheets and towels. I expected a little bit more from a Marriott hotel overall ok hotel

Our room didn’t look clean. Toilet and shower were visible dirty. There was a bloody scab on one of the beds and the pillows were dirty. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the carpet was musty and damp.

The front desk staff was very nice and check in was simple. The water was shut off for a period of time, which was unfortunate since we checked in late and simply wanted to wash up brush our teeth and go to sleep. The room wasn't the cleanest either.

Smelled like weed morning noon and night. The tv in our room didn’t work and when maintenence came they stated there was something wrong in the wall outlet that caused the phone to be unusable. The shower didn’t drain and when we removed the plug there was a ton of old hair. Breakfast is not included but can be purchased. Basic for not a basic price.

The room was not clean and smelled bad. Upon arrival, there were food crumbs on the couch and greasy finger prints on the remote. The floor was dirty, the towels smelled bad and had makeup stains, the sheets had blood stains, and there were a LOT of cobwebs on the ceiling throughout the room. I stayed the weekend for a wedding and several other guests said their rooms were not very clean as well. Also, Saturday breakfast was not provided as promised upon check-in.

The property itself was nice. Lots of dining options close. However, there was a musty smell coming from the AC and the toilet was not working. We did get moved and the manager was great about it, but then the next room had a very uncomfortable bed, the shower door would not close and when I went to use a makeup wipe it had yellow spots on it. Overall an ok place, but they still charged me full price after going through all that which was surprising considering our experience.

Hotel was perfect. Room MEA’s clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was great as always.

The stay was great, the check in was great, the only complaint I have is the smoke alarm over the bed flashes a light every so many seconds. If you are a light sleeper or can't tolerate light when you sleep bring a sleep mask to cover your eyes otherwise you will be up all night.

It was remolded but no other mirror except for the one over the sink. The lighting over the sink was strange. Couldn’t see no door on the closet and it’s right by the sink. You had to ask for towels every day because they only clean every other day or every two days.

I reserved one of the rooms with the pull out sofa because we had a large group in the room; However, when I tried to pull the couch bed out it was completely broken. This led me to believe that it had not been used or checked for maintenance in quite some time, or else they simply didn’t care and they thought it wouldn’t be used. The mattress was paper thin and I could feel a metal bar in the middle of my back all night.

Overall good hotel and nice enough for what you pay. Pretty clean and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. No microwave in my room which was a bummer but I was able to use the lobby microwave. Decent restaurant for a little hotel.

Had my family of four, the bathroom area is very very small. The pull out sofa was horribly uncomfortable , poked at my back all night. It’s 2022 get a new mattress

I think the room I had for my visit was in the process of being upgraded. There was no microwave in the room (even though frozen food was sold down by the front desk) and the glasses were not clean. My biggest problem with my stay was the bathroom. The shower curtain rod was a straight rod (verses curved) and was only about 30" from the back wall. You couldn't really move around once you were in the shower. There was also no light above the shower, so once you closed the curtain, it was quite dark. Also, the door covering the refrigerator was very loose and felt like it was going to come off whenever I opened it. Overall, for the money I paid, I expected the accommodations to be a little more comfortable. Will not be staying here again.

The staff was BEYOND accommodating and really helped me out with an issue that they could have just said too bad to. Excellent service and we will definitely be returning next time we are in Cleveland.

Jacob at the front desk was great. Very nice and helped us check in early. Room was nice and bed was really comfortable.

WiFi barely worked, front desk staff was very rude and there is nothing around

Room was not read\y in time for check-in. The staff was lovely, but having to check in later set the tone for us being late to the event we were in town for.

The receptionist at the time of check in was not friendly. It appears that she was busy on the back and she got “distracted by us”. The receptionist when we check out was very nice.

The staff leaves a ton to be desired. They only cleaned our room once during a 4 night stay & barely made the bed. The covers were on the floor & not really made.

Clean room, great staff and location

We had a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and modern, and staff was friendly. Area is safe and convenient for anyone visiting the westside suburbs of Cleveland.

Close to airport

$150 a night and no decent coffee in the lobby for free, and no free breakfast. Plus, the decor is terrible, rooms poorly designed and decorated. I’d think Marriott would do a better job.

Rooms are basic but clean and food on site is good.

Child goes to near by college and parents use to get a special rate and now Marriott is not honoring that. No complimentary coffee or water in lobby. Only Starbucks for breakfast and coffee.

Numerous spiders/insects in the building. Actually grabbed one daddy long leg spider to from desk. He said that he would look into the matter. not good rapport to NOT have a breakfast. Have to pay.
