Quality Inn & Suites Wilsonville

Checking in went smooth. I found out they have a Laundry Service that was not mentioned on Hotels.com. has a nice pool & hot tub, lots of nearby restaurants & shops.

Even though it is being remodeled it was quiet and comfortable. Only thing was pool opens up at 10am.

The young fellow who greeted us was very professional & efficient. The pool & hot tub could use an update. Other than thin walls & ceiling, our stay was comfortable.

Room was ok. Carpets dirty in hall and stairs, no elevator to 2nd floor, no elevator anywhere. Pool and hot tub out of order. Very hard to find. Entrance signs burned out. Breakfast ok but limited to basics.

I visited this hotel coming in from California and I felt so comfortable and welcomed . The desk lady was so nice and made sure I had everything I needed to feel secure I would definitely be staying here again if I ever pass thru . The room was also nice and clean they had the perfect size refrigerator for the food I brought and they have a microwave for warming a quick meal . The indoor pool and spa was the cherry on top what more could you ask for ?

No elevator to the second floor, old carpet in the hallway, rooms were clean but a weird mildew smell. The in room jucuzzi tub faucet were outdated and rusted around them. Bathroom at pool area needs some attention and remodel. Door didn’t even shut. Breakfast was great! Staff was great!! Walking distance to restaurants which was great.

The pool and hot tub were the highlights of this trip. The breakfast was also outstanding. We had a nice one night stay on our way to the airport.

The front desk person, James was very nice and professional. The pool was warm, hot tub clean and hot. Coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave were very handy in the room. Breakfast was a real breakfast with eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, muffins and fruit and cereals. I had a very nice stay for a very reasonable price.

Front desk was pleasant and willing to help but what was advertised was not what I was expecting. The pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was out of order the first night. Second night the pool was still not heated and we had to wait 15 minutes for the front desk to appear so we could get some towels for the pool. Overall, expectations were met. I got what I paid for.

Old but tidy. Please turn up the heat for the pool. :)

Room was clean but facility was old and run down hallway carpets were old, dirty and torn the first room I was put in was smelly like had been smoked in and smelled stale and next to freeway could hear the semi truck on the off ramp The kid who checked me in was accommodating and put me in a cleaner smelling room that was not near the freeway The staff that checked me in on the other hand the kid was very polite and helpful. This place Felt like one step above motel 6 It wasn’t as advertised THE QUALITY INN Not to quality at all Should have been called the old and run down inn Expedia didn’t warn me there would be an additional cleaning deposit required upon arrival sure hope it is refunded turned my expected $110 room into a $160 room Not what I expected and now have to wait a week for the funds to hopefully get refunded back to my credit card That did inconvenience me and cut into my travel and entertainment funds available

I stayed 2 nights Room smells like pee, on my second day the bathroom was smelling like pee & the worse part was that the shower head wasn’t working.

The hotel was nice but don’t leave food out they have ants, the staff where friendly and decent places to eat

The hotel was clearly smoking at one time. You can smell it in the walls. I have asthma so my night was very fitful. The first room I was given was next to someone who was smoking in the room and listening to the TV very loud. The wonderful front desk clerk seemed to be aware of this person and moved me further down. The smoke saturated rooms can cause issues for people with breathing concerns. Consider having the walls painted with oil based paint and replacing curtains/carpet.

Bathroom had a severe smell of sewer gas or mustiness. Overall the complex is really beginning to show its age.

There was hair in the shower and on the tub. Beds were uncomfortable

The motel is a little rough, has lots of water damage (that’s been painted over) and smells musty.

The room was partially updated. Mattresses were awful, tub scarred, halkway carpeting terrible. Room was kept clean and serviced, breakfast was what you woukd expect. Exterior condition desperately needs updating. All staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

The room was clean with good amenities. But definitely older and not well sound proofed

The tv didn’t work and I felt like I was going to fall through the shower floor

Unfortunately, I was only at the property for one night; however, during the night half of the room didn't have any electricity until 9:30 am. Bathroom area and TV channels were not working. The problem wasn't addressed til later that morning.

Clean, easy highway access. Beds are uncomfortable.

Room was clean but entire building felt moist. Walls seemed paper thin, quite a noisy building.

The gal who checked us in was AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, KIND, FUNNY and i could go on for ever. Expedia didn't have our reservations confirmed but she figured it out and got it done. The room was absolutely clean and comfortable. We came for a funeral so exhausted when we got back. Unfortunately the people above us had kids that ran back and forth until almost 11pm. 😪 This was horrible but i understand kids but probably wouldn't put them in same area as older people!!! I dont know if your aware that toilet is not standard height and lost my balance because toooooo low. Your place and staff are truly a blessing and i would recommend to anyone looking for comfort. PLEASE give the gal who checked us in an Award for Above and Beyond for she made a bad day a Ray of Sunshine

Far from ideal. When we arrived we were given a second floor room and told, “There’s no elevator.” As we walked up the stairs to our room, the stairway and the hallway were overwhelmed by the smell of weed. The room looked newly remodeled but with strange proportions. The tv was small, the refrigerator was huge, there was an overstuffed chair with no give (so that when you sat in it, you felt like a small child). When we tried the bed, the mattress also had no give and felt extremely uncomfortable. To add to the strange proportions, the bathroom toilet was so low to the ground you felt like you were squatting. But what the toilet lacked in size, it made up for in sound. Imagine water screaming. That’s the sound the toilet made every time the tank refilled, which made you wake up throughout the night each time one of us or the neighboring rooms flushed. It worked for a place to stay for the night, but the pictures and price hid the true condition of the property.

The bed was absolutely awful. Hard as rock, on some weird floating stand i scraped my leg on when i got up in the middle of the night. The AC was not working in the hotel. The front office kid looked really uncomfortable and the hallways were stifling. The room Ac worked great luckily. I understand its a lower price place and we literally just needed a place to sleep, but they need to go mattress shopping. For just a place to sleep i at least need a bed i can sleep in. The room was clean. The coffee stand was no where near a plug in. Just odd.

Room was too close to freeway. To much freeway traffic noise.

Clean, quite, spacious, comfy except for the chair. Chair was OK but the cushion was too high and when you leaned back your back was above the back rest. Removed the cushion and it was fine. Over a four star.

Check in was botched, and the hotel had already put someone in my room. Got it worked out eventually, but had to stand at the front desk for a half hour while it got sorted.

Staff was very nice and very respectful. I requested a certain room and called ahead and the manager Danielle accommodated me. They have coffee 24/7 and great breakfast which is included with your stay. Shopping center is nearby. And of course the room was nice and clean and housekeeping was also nice as can be. I will be returning soon this month

I arrived in the lobby at around 1:30am, with not a soul in sight. I waited for a couple minutes before starting to say hello multiple times. Finally after several minutes of yelling hello, a gentleman came stumbling out of a back room looking like he just woke up, eyes barely open, didn't mutter a word upon sitting down in front of a computer. Finally asked what I wanted, to which I replied I'm here to check in. He replied with, I need your credit card, um excuse me? Why? For incidentals. Oh, well I wasnt aware, he replied yeah when you booked the room it said on the website you would be charged. I said, no, it did not but okay. I put my card in the machine and another gentleman walked into the lobby and the man behind the counter says, LOUDLY, your card was declined. Excuse me? Okay give me a minute but I'm still confused about the charges. Well thats what the website says. Uh, okay. I went out to my car because I brought in the wrong credit card, came back in and said still confused why im getting charged. He says, if you continue to have attitude you can leave. Im sorry what? What attitude? Asked a question and you responded extremely rude. He says, I can deny your stay. Um okay not sure why you're being rude when all I did was ask a question. He says, you need to leave. What? If you dont leave I'm calling the police. Okay dude, you were the one sleeping on the job, have extreme attitude with me, refuse to serve me and now going to call the police? He proceeds to call.

We stay at your Wilsonville location regularly and are so impressed with James at the front desk. He’s always welcomes us by name and is professional and courteous - truly an asset to your organization!

The staff has always been amazing, stay here whenever I go and get the best service! Very accommodating! Recommended

The staff at this hotel are phenomenal! They are kind and patient and helpful and absolutely professional. I'll stay here again just because of the quality service they provided.

Everyone was very nice but the only thing I am not happy about is that I had to pay a $50.00 deposit for each room and I was told I would be refunded as soon as I check out. Well its been over 24 hours of checking out & I still do not have my refund. If it is not refunded right away please do not tell people it is be honest of the turn around time.

I really like the location. There was a lot of stores within walking distance in a mall.

This hotel is dated and worn down a bit. In a safe area we felt and worth the lower cost for a night. If staying request a room on the opposite side of the hotel that is facing the freeway.

It's centralized food, shopping and entertainment all within minutes.

Clean, comfortable beds, great location off highway and next ti restaurants.

Hotel was clean, and up to date. The included breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful. The property is very near the highway, but a little hard to find.

This property is tucked away in a large shopping complex within walking distance to many convenient stores and eateries as well as family fun center. Close to freeways. Centrally located to other areas of interest including Portland.

The staff for the most part is nice the pool needs work and if you offer breakfast have items for eating the breakfast was offered from 6-9am and we arrived at 730 its was all gone told front desk about it and the lady who was supposed to be filling it was talking to front desk and told me hang on I’ll be there in a few min we’ll I’m type 2 diabetic and the options they offer me was empty so I picked and chose accordingly by the time I was done eating she finally came out with replacement food and a attitude so I paid for free breakfast but it was not even good

Room was very clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was good.

It was a nice place to stay. The room was clean. We were on the bottom floor and the room above us were very noisy. When we got to breakfast at 8 am most items were not replenished.

Several times I had to go to the front desk because my card key wouldn’t work. If the green light did go on, it took several attempts to open the door. The scrambled eggs were usually cold.

Room was good and comfortable with two queen beds. There is no elevator, but stairs were easy to climb. Breakfast was filling: waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, rolls, fresh fruit, juice, brad and coffee or tea.

The bed was very comfortable. The linens and pillows were also extremely soft and comfortable. They had a continental breakfast which was fresh and hot, with a very good selection of biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, waffles, etc.

Very good with no problems except the tv is difficult to turn on. Breakfast good waffles, sausages and scrambled eggs, juice, coffee, toast and fresh fruit.

Just not overall great. And no eggs for the breakfast and the syrup ran out. It was just a really odd space.

I will be returning. Staff is great and helpful. Clean and quiet and very spacious rooms. Goid breakfast too.
