I enjoyed my stay at this location. The only issue is that the dryers won’t work. I needed to run it 3 times to get my clothes completely dry. I asked the front desk for assistance all he said to try it again if it didn’t work he would let me use the hotel dryers I wish he would offer that instead of asking me use more quarters. I went to bed very late due to this issue

I recently stayed at Best Western Wilsonville inn and suites and,unfortunately,my experience was far below expectations Amenities: non functioning pool and hot tub both had a lot of chemicals you can smell it once you enter but its worse when you turn the hot tub i was literally suffocating.I told one of the staff who was working at night but he didn't add a sign to close it and i had to mention the same thing again in the morning. Cleanliness: The room wasn't clean next day although i added the sign on the door to make up the room. Location: The location is the best thing about this place it close to route 5.

Front desk was very helpful. Parking does get tight at night, so if you go out don’t expect your parking spot you left to still be available. However all parking has ready/close doors. The congenital breakfast was wonderful!

The carpet in the room smelled terrible. The furniture was worn and even ripped in some spots. The bathroom had hair all over it, like it was never clean. The breakfast was ok but the second morning I was there, it was the same and some of it looked like leftovers from the day before. Not fresh at all.

The carpets were dirty and the carpet between the bed and window was wet. The heater was very loud, sounded like a jet flying over us. The headboard was dirty with greasy handprints all over it. Disgusting!!

The property was clean, the rooms were clean, no complaints there. But I noticed that the bathrooms were lacking on proper maintenance. The walls above the shower were spongy in spots and clearly painted over to hide water issues. The bathroom fan didn’t work very well in room 304, likely causing the water issues in the bathroom. Also, the pillows were really uncomfortable, as well as the mattress. I don’t like to complain about hotel stays, but that was probably one of the worst sleeps I’ve had in a while.

The shower plug was stuck so you were taking a shower in a foot of water. The drape was broken at the top so it flapped open. The refrigerator smelled so bad we couldn’t put anything in there. When we checked out and advised the front desk I felt like they didn’t care. And possibly didn’t even write it down.

This hotel has gone downhill in recent years. We have stayed here multiple times over the last 5 years and this time will likely be our last. Lots of ants, dirty floors, chipping paint. I had multiple bites in the morning - I didn’t see any bed bugs but I suspect that it was caused by them. I wish they would clean this place up because it’s convenient and priced right but not worth the hassle.

Windows were very dirty and did not have screen, preventing us from opening window to allow fresh air. Room smelled of mildew. AC unit was very finicky and would not hold temperature consistently. Had it set low at 62 degrees and woke up sweating because it would not kick on for a long period. Coffee was terrible (worst hotel coffee we have had) and breakfast overall was lacking variety and just tasted bland. Skipped second day breakfast and just took family out. We did not use the pool, gym or laundry. Best thing was the location which is right off interstate 5 and right in the middle of Wilsonville with many businesses nearby. Unfortunately will not return to this location.

Arrived late evening, tired. I didn't want the room right by the elevator, so the receptionist made an extra effort to switch the room for me and really appreciate her. The surprise was that I can't find a USB port to charge my phone. Room was quiet, but the fan in bathroom was too loud. If water pressure was higher, it would be perfect.

Good location, appears to be recently refreshed rooms, which were clean. Beds were good. Property is clean and well-run. Didn't like: parking is hard to come by later at night. The staff were friendly and the room was nice and large. Plenty of room for 4 people and I appreciated that there were two sinks. Unfortunately the entire hotel is in need of an upgrade. Our air conditioning unit was loud and sounded like a plane was taking off. The shower, even though it was clean, looked dirty and the water pressure was horrible. The beds were super uncomfortable. I did appreciate the hot breakfast. Bottom line, it worked fine for quick night stay due to a work commitment but I would choose another hotel if given the choice.

The room we had was clean and had everything we needed. The room we had really needs a new bed and pillows. The bed was like a sleeping on a rock. The pillows should have been changed years ago. Appreciate the room, but it needs updating.

The front desk worker Angie stole from my room. I went out for a few hours and came back and recognize somebody had been in my room. When I went to the front desk, they were trying to convince me that nobody had been in my room. The next day I got a call from the manager and they reviewed footage and found out that in fact, somebody was in my room and stole for me. They were willing to replace the cash that was taken, but that was about it. I’m not even sure what happened to the employee and if she still works there. Never staying again!

Surprisingly pleasant stay at Best Western - Wilsonville, Oregon! As a property manager conducting inspections daily this Best Western passed the inspection with flying colors! Very clean, great breakfast, clean rooms and great customer service is what we experienced! 😃👍

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Wilsonville and had a frustrating experience. When I arrived, the front desk couldn’t find my reservation, even after checking multiple computers. After some time, they finally located it, but when I got to the room, it only had one bed—despite my Orbitz reservation clearly stating that I had booked a suite with one king and one queen bed. When I went back to the front desk, they told me I had reserved a suite, but according to them, their only suite had just one bed. However, the Orbitz listing for this hotel clearly shows multiple suite options, including the one I had booked with both a king and a queen bed. Instead of correcting the issue, they told me I had to pay a $20 cash “upgrade fee” to get a room with two queen beds—a standard room that was actually of lesser value than what I originally booked. After some back and forth, they finally placed me in a room with one king and one queen—exactly what I had reserved in the first place. Before I left the front desk, they asked me to leave them a good review because they had “upgraded” me, when in reality, they just fixed their mistake after charging me extra. While the room itself was fine, the way they handled the situation was frustrating and felt dishonest. I wouldn’t stay here again based on this experience.

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Wilsonville and had a frustrating experience. When I arrived, the front desk couldn’t find my reservation, even after checking multiple computers. When I went back to the front desk, they told me I had reserved a suite, but according to them, their only suite had just one bed. Before I left the front desk, they asked me to leave them a good review because they had “upgraded” me, when in reality, they just fixed their mistake after charging me extra. While the room itself was fine, the way they handled the situation was frustrating and felt dishonest. I wouldn’t stay here again based on this experience.

Our stay was made best by Ivy at the front desk. She was running around helping multiple guests and keeping a smile on her face the whole time. She was pleasant l, knowledgeable and kind. She deserves to not be the only person working at night when there are many guests needing help. She got us towels for the pool when the last group of people used them. She got us extra blankets because I get cold when sleeping. She was fantastic!!

Front desk was very helpful. Parking does get tight at night, so if you go out don’t expect your parking spot you left to still be available. However all parking has ready/close doors. The congenital breakfast was wonderful!

Wilsonville west side, two restaurant/bars right across the street, another great restaurant two blocks away. Easy freeway access. Only downside was I couldn’t find any USB plugins…so bring an adaptor. Awesomely comfy and the breakfast was really good.

Close to I-5 and liked eating at the nearby Ram brewpub for dinner. The staff was friendly. I didn't like walking on a sticky bathroom floor, and then with door open, after washing my hands I noticed something was sprayed... (hairspray?), on the mirror on the bathroom door . Also at breakfast the yogurt machine was nearly empty and they didn't seem to have more to refill it. It tasted great and I was disappointed not to have a full serving.

This hotel was one of the quietest I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel in all areas was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was close to everything. Great breakfast -sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal etc. staff were all very helpful. Lots of parking.

The facility looked very used, and definitely the room required good handyman to fix some thing like switches, broken drawers, unglued vinyl on the cupboard doors, leaking water valve etc. The hotel is saving on everything even notepads and pens, not talking about limited supply of toilet paper, soap and shampoo. The reception did not have either coffee nor hot water. What I like was the very good breakfast with lots of choice like omelette, sausages, potato wedges, waffles and so on.

We drove 5 hours to attend a wedding in the area. We chose this property based on prior experience. One reason for choosing this was the hot tub - really needed it afrer the drive and wedding activities! When we checked in we verified the hot tub was working. Oh yes it's fine. Nope - when we went down to check it out - nope! Nice sign saying it was out of service !!! Nice! Went backt9 desk clerk and see was surprised - then contacted maintenance.- but didn't really pursue it. The next day another desk clerk clerk was there and we asked again - she was unaware that it wasnt working! The difference was she took the issue seriously and pursued the maintenance guy - then gave us update each time we saw her. It never was working our entire stay - feel we should have been compensated in some way. The breakfast was good - clean are - fresh items. Definite felt the hotel management/ownership needs to improve their internal comunications!!

Last minute booking for a couple nights. We are having to see a room that offered a king and queen bed in the same room. Our room was clean, comfy and a decent size room Our only complaint was the bath tub had cracks and holes in it, which was covered with a huge patch sticker. So not bath friendly on good for showers.
