Clarification on parking process and payment should be included during reservation to avoid double fees. Breakfast was provided with a variety of food options. Room service including daily housekeeping was not provided.

This is the quality of a very low standard hotel the wall literally had dry buggers on the wall, this hotel was not clean

I am disabled and was advised at reception that the car parking fee woul be waived however I have been charged.

Hotel was nice and room was clean. Breakfast was sub par so much so that I skipped and dined out! I but I don’t too much faith that a free meal would be great. Also, My room black out curtain remote did not work. I went to the front desk and the manager old me that they would send someone to my room while I was out for the day to make repairs. I got back that night and still broken and no update as to whether they came to my room or not. I would have scored better if they had just updated me like “we needed parts” but to say nothing or leave a note meant to me that they didn’t care.

$9.50/day to park. Breakfast not inspired. Stayed 2 day; you room does not get made up unless you stay 3 days. There is a Level 2 EV charger, free. We were put in the disabled/accessible room - couldn't get the shade up (turns out it works on a switch next to the bed), closet rod was much lower than usual, so couldn't hang up 2 full-length dresses (we had come for a wedding). Electric outlets only on one side of bed and one at desk. No counter space in bathroom to speak of. Seemed like a lot of corners had been cut.
