Very nice hotel, everything worked as it should. Clean rooms. Food was decent, could have been more options. The only downside was the indoor pool was freezing and the whirlpool jets were not all working.

The breakfast was good- as good as other hotels. The one big drawback was the pool. The indoor pool is unusable. It's freezing cold and no one got in it. I tried but only made it up to my waist and had to get right out. We never expected it to not be heated.

Rooms were clean and modern as was the TV. I was disappointed that this hotel has decided to charge for parking nightly via an app. Free parking at this level of hotel is a given normally, this is not a hotel in NYC, LA etc.

Indoor pool area was small but nice. Room was spacious and clean and stocked with necessary items. Breakfast included was the usual items provided and seating area clean. Excellent coffee and creamers provided. The only thing I would change is I think it should be more apparent that you have to pay for parking.

We booked 5 rooms on this trip. My room appeared tidy on my initial walkin, however on entering the bathroom, there was visible mildew/mold in the shower in various crevices and my sink did not have a stopper. The towels were thin and on the smaller side. The carpet outside my door was wet and had something sticky on it. The pool and its surrounding area requires a good pressure washing and cleandown. It has green algae buildup in various areas on the concrete and hot tub area. The hotel is in a quiet area, however transportation is required to get around. There is a nice shopping plaza about 8 -10 mins away and a shopping Mall nearby.

Way too much chlorine was used in the hot tub so that our eyes stung and we could not enjoy it. Very disappointing since this was one big reason we chose this hotel. Also thought it was crazy that they wanted to charge us $9.95 per night for parking. If we are paying to stay there, the parking should be free as it always has been. Maid service was only every other day. Breakfast buffet was good and room was very clean.

The hotel is in a convenient location. The staff was fairly friendly and the amenities were good. Breakfast was adequate but not much variety. The parking situation was ridiculous. There was a $10.00 a night charge for parking. This is unheard of except in crowded downtown areas. Parking was not mentioned at check-in; you just had to read signs. And you had to pay by phone, which was a hassle. The parking fee might keep me from returning.

The property was nice, updated and clean. Staff was courteous and polite. The one thing that was disappointing is you had to pay extra to park in their lot! Found this unusual… it was literally the parking lot of the hotel! This is just a sad money grab!!! Would expect better from Marriott! We are paying guests at your hotel!!!

Discovering after arriving that there was a $10 per night Parking Fee in the parking area around the hotel that is usually free was very off-putting and made me wonder why Expedia didnt have this information more prominently displayed on this property's Expedia booking tab. In addition as a further inconvenience, the $10 parking fee had to be done via bar code in the parking lot. I would have chosen a different hotel had i known that.

Easy check in, clean room, although I think I’m starting to prefer rooms without carpet. Be aware!! It’s about $10 per day to park in the hotel lot which is ridiculous as this is not a downtown hotel. I was told it is on the hotel website. I checked the hotel website before booking and if it’s there it’s in a non conspicuous location.

The first room we were offered, the battery for the door died therefore we ended up being locked out at midnight. The lady working at the front desk was really friendly and tried to be as helpful as she could. Beyond her control, the second room was dirty. The bed wasn't made and there were finger nails near the bed. Further there was toothpaste splatter on the bathroom mirror. The front desk attendant offered us their final king size bedroom and which was cleaner and better than the first two with the exception that the thermostat was broken so the room got really warm at night and nothing we could do about it. We informed a different front desk attendant of this and his solution was to offer us 2000 rewards points. Mind you, we did not have a Marriott account. The First desk attendant gave us 5000 rewards points. They stated they couldn't provide a refund because we booked through Expedia and no manager was on site that day. We ended up just dealing with the warm nights for 3 nights. Would not visit this or other Marriott properties again.

This hotel reeked of sewage. The smell never improved. It was so bad that my family and I never took advantage of the free breakfast. The trundle bed was soiled with yellow stains and visible dirt. The staff did nothing to accommodate my family and I to make our stay better. We will never be back.

Arrival went well; however, the property assessed an unannounced self-parking fee of $9.50 per night. Spent only two nights but got no towel or trash service. Would have been nice to know so we could rinse wash clothes. Luckily we read the eco signs in the room asking us to hang up towels to dry and re-use. Comp breakfast was good and had a vegan option.

This is the cleanest hotel I have stayed at and I stay at a lot! The staff was super helpful and checked on me at breakfast daily. And breakfast was great too! Highly suggest staying here when in the Annapolis area for the price.

Hotel is very nice. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. However, we were put in room 225 which is basically attached to the elevator… that damn thing squealed all night. Also, you have to pay $10.00 to park in the hotel parking lot.

Our hotel room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There was an electronic black out shade, which was impressive, and two TV's. The breakfast was kept well stocked from 7-10 am. There is an indoor pool, not an outdoor one. There is a small enclosed patio off the pool for sitting outside.

I was extremely disappointed this time with Expedia as records show, I have clearly been a loyal customer but with this booking, I am not sure if I should be using Expedia to make any future reservations. I booked this stay for my family in Annapolis, MD. We had no idea until we got there that the hotel is going through a renovation which wasn't communicated to us at all via email after we booked or prior to our stay. We had a 10 month old baby also staying with us and they were doing full time construction in the lobby from 7am-7pm making terrible loud noise and the baby couldn't even nap at the hotel. On top of that, the construction took over the entire lobby area, the breakfast area so we couldn't even sit there and enjoy a nice meal to start our mornings out right, I was planning on working last Monday, July 3 at the hotel and they blocked off the business center so I had to work in my room with the noise while a baby is trying to sleep. They shut off the A/C in the lobby making it miserable in the summer heat and on top of that, they put a sign up on the elevator saying the water will be shut off on July 4. I mean come on. You come to stay for the holiday weekend and you literally get asked to leave because there will be no water for the guests and no bathrooms on site to use for more than 6 hours and they still charge us full amount. And to add to this list of miserable inconveniences, we couldn't charge our Tesla at the car supercharger as that wasn't working.
I was extremely disappointed this time with Expedia as records show, I have clearly been a loyal customer but with this booking, I am not sure if I should be using Expedia to make any future reservations. I booked this stay for my family in Annapolis, MD. We had no idea until we got there that the hotel is going through a renovation which wasn't communicated to us at all via email after we booked or prior to our stay. We had a 10 month old baby also staying with us and they were doing full time construction in the lobby from 7am-7pm making terrible loud noise and the baby couldn't even nap at the hotel. On top of that, the construction took over the entire lobby area, the breakfast area so we couldn't even sit there and enjoy a nice meal to start our mornings out right, I was planning on working last Monday, July 3 at the hotel and they blocked off the business center so I had to work in my room with the noise while a baby is trying to sleep. They shut off the A/C in the lobby making it miserable in the summer heat and on top of that, they put a sign up on the elevator saying the water will be shut off on July 4. I mean come on. The first room we were offered, the battery for the door died therefore we ended up being locked out at midnight. The lady working at the front desk was really friendly and tried to be as helpful as she could. Beyond her control, the second room was dirty. The bed wasn't made and there were finger nails near the bed. Further there was toothpaste splatter on the bathroom mirror. The front desk attendant offered us their final king size bedroom and which was cleaner and better than the first two with the exception that the thermostat was broken so the room got really warm at night and nothing we could do about it. We informed a different front desk attendant of this and his solution was to offer us 2000 rewards points. Mind you, we did not have a Marriott account. The First desk attendant gave us 5000 rewards points. They stated they couldn't provide a refund because we booked through Expedia and no manager was on site that day. We ended up just dealing with the warm nights for 3 nights. Would not visit this or other Marriott properties again.

We were staying in Annapolis for our daughter's eye surgery and wanted to be close in case of any issues and this was our first time staying in this hotel. The room was so spacious, and so clean, the accomodations were amazing, and the staff wonderful and supportive of anything we needed. We would highly recommend this hotel if anyone needs to stay for business or a family trip.

Clean, modern and convenient- close to restaurants, shopping centers, and the Mall. Nice daily breakfast. Didn’t like the coffee though. Very convenient fridge and microwave in room. Nice large flat screen TV with lots of channels.

We booked 5 rooms on this trip. My room appeared tidy on my initial walkin, however on entering the bathroom, there was visible mildew/mold in the shower in various crevices and my sink did not have a stopper. The towels were thin and on the smaller side. The carpet outside my door was wet and had something sticky on it. The pool and its surrounding area requires a good pressure washing and cleandown. It has green algae buildup in various areas on the concrete and hot tub area. The hotel is in a quiet area, however transportation is required to get around. There is a nice shopping plaza about 8 -10 mins away and a shopping Mall nearby.

The hotel is in a convenient location. The staff was fairly friendly and the amenities were good. Breakfast was adequate but not much variety. The parking situation was ridiculous. There was a $10.00 a night charge for parking. This is unheard of except in crowded downtown areas. Parking was not mentioned at check-in; you just had to read signs. And you had to pay by phone, which was a hassle. The parking fee might keep me from returning.

Our stay was great. The room was very clean, great location to a wonderful restaurant called Yellowfin and the staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was filling and plentiful. Highly recommended for great service and good price.

My room was nice, but the entire lobby and breakfast room was under construction and there was no indication of this when I booked. Would have appreciated a heads up and opportunity to pick a different location this time around. I will stay here again, but not until the construction is over.

Sometimes ended abruptly when everything was hurdled away just because the clock hit 10:00am but some guests were still trying to serve food or get seconds. What is so sacred about 10am? 2. It lacked variety, so it was either powder eggs or pork.

Room was very nice and clean. Hotel breakfast was meh, its hotel breakfast. Pool was okay. As a family of 6 the best part was being able to book a room big enough. 2 queen bed room had a sofa where the bed actually pulls out from beneath as opposed to folding. Parents in 1 queen, 2 kids in the other. 1 kid on the sofa, 1 kid on the pull out mattress. Worked out perfect. Would recommend.

Carpet was old and needed replacement and cleaning. Quite smelly Once I mentioned to the front desk, they got maintenance on it and reported it to corporate. Needs some updates. Could not use the gym or pool area Gym smelled bad not cleaned though lots of housekeeping around and the pool water was and hot tub were merky. It was also insane that they were charging for unsecured parking that used to be free.
