Best Western Hesperia-Victorville Suites

Stayed 1 night, Monday. Was quiet in the hallway & no loud outside noise. Clean room & building. Good service in checkin & breakfast was tasty, hot & cold food. Well lit parking lot.A bit priced but everything is going up. Would stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay here. Jen at the front desk was super friendly and our room was spotless upon arrival. Breakfast was great and the indoor pool and mini workout room were just right. Our family of 4 stays at hotels mult times a year and this was a wonderful stay at a great price. Thank you!

Rooms are very big which was great. We picked this hotel for the pool and the breakfast. Breakfast was very limited and not good at all, ended up eating out 3/4 days we stayed. The pool looked like it hasn’t been cleaned. Staff was very friendly so that was a plus!

Close to Freeway. Hot Tub broken !!

Sad that your jacuzzi tub was not working. This shoul be noted on the property ID. For me that is a major deal.

Great place to stay. Just wished they would check for cars parked in the disabled parking spots with no plate or plaque. I needed a spot and someone was parked there without either.

Non-functioning hot tub, mattress due for replacement. Otherwise everything was as I expect at Marriott properties. Very clean!

Just passing through so it was a one night stop and we didn’t get there till late. Left early in the morning, but it was a lovely clean hotel.

DO NOT stay here. There was a rat in the room and dead cockroaches in the hallways. The staff seem to know about the issues and didn’t care. I have reach out to the manager and I haven’t been contacted back. STAY AWAY!!!

There was blood on the bathroom floor and the front desk staff very unfriendly. Would not recommend staying here.

Air conditioning did not work till 3am, ants all over the room and the couch

Huge spacious 2 queen bedroom with seperate livingroom/ kitchenette. A tv in both areas.

The first night was terrible because we were disturbed from the people in the room above us they were stomping and running around from 10pm until about 3:30am. We called the front desk several times to complain and they said they would contact them. Not sure if they actually called them or not because it didn’t make any difference. We didn’t get any sleep and were exhausted. I called the front desk before noon and advised them of the situation and asked if we can move to room on 3rd floor for second night. She agreed and moved us. I advised her upon check in I was advised the room above us was undergoing renovations so no one will be above us. She said she thought it was but it must have opened up. The second night stay was much better.

Really good experience, i booked for a week and ended up booking for 2 more weeks. Only downside is that hot tube is out of order for the month and wish the internet speed was faster, it was at 8mbps instead of the 25mbps advertised. Also said the suite comes with a 55 inch, it only has 2 42 inch tvs.

Breakfast included but wish it was served later than 9:30 on Sundays. LARGE room with sofa with pull out and two queen beds. Good sized bathroom as well. Would definitely recommend for family or friends travelling together.

the rooms were dark,kitchenette had a mini sink, mini microwave, but no silverware or plates.

Mattress was wear out to the point that mi and mi wife bump into each other all nite . Shower shampoo shelf fell off on my wife feet when she was taking a shower . Really poor maintenance

This hotel is close to a freeway exit but it is quiet. There are fast food choices within walking distance and other food choices and shopping nearby. Room is comfortable with a sitting area separate from the bedroom. Refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave are convenient with a desk handy to put everything on. 2 tvs too. Bathroom is roomy.

Unfortunately this Hesperia location was a huge disappointment. This location felt more like a cheap Marriott hotel rather than a Springhill. Green carpets, outdated bathroom, outdated living room area, 1 tv didn't work, the other TV's remote didn't have batteries, no divider between the room and living room. The icing on the cake for me was the loud and squeaky A.C. that didn't let me sleep all night. The woman that checked me in, although she was training, was extremely friendly and professional. I want to make sure it's clear that my issue is with the hotel itself and not the employees.

Beds were awesome and room was very big. Kids had fun.

Comfortable and spacious

The check in person when arrived was exceptional and gave us excellent service.

The staff racially profiled me. Kept looking at me like I didn’t belong there. Then SUSAN the manager walked up to me and said I look suspicious and asked my room and name. She didn’t walk up to anyone else and I felt targeted. I was humiliated, embarrassed, emotionally distressed as I was already there for a family funeral. Then the regional manager doesn’t even care he left a voicemail and fully discredited what happened to me. He took her side and basically said the same thing. That since I didn’t walk through the interior that it didn’t seem that I belonged there. This place is horrible, racist and corporate even didn’t do anything. I will be filing a racial discrimination suit.

My 1 year old daughter found a needle syringe shortly after checking in to our room. We brought it up to the attention of the staff who was unable to help us. We asked to speak with management and to this day still have not heard back from them. We will never come back to Best Western. A place that was meant for hospitality, but was far short of making me and my family feel safe. Do not bring your family here !!!!

When I arrived at the front desk for check in it took about 20 minutes for someone to come and assist

The room was clean, staff wonderful. I had left my phone charger and cord. I called the hotel and they said it was there. I am very grateful. Thank you again!

We will NEVER stay at Springhill/Best Western in Hesperia ever again... We checked into out hotel at 3pm per the stated check in time. We had to wait almost 45 mins because per Lupita and Alex. The hotel was in transition from one brand name to another. After another 30 mins we finally got our keys and got to our rooms. The rooms which were just mediocre, but clean. We had an event, so we left at around 4:30 to attend. We returned to our room at around 9:30-9:45. We attempted to go into our rooms ,but our kep cards were not active anymore. We contacted the front desk only to be told when we check in 5 hours before that our card was not authorized, even though payment was already being held through our credit card company. No contact was made prior to us returning to the hotel, even though all of our contact information was taken. The front desk staff of the night was very unprofessional and discourteous. Even woth proof of payment on our end they still made us wait almost 30 mins to unlock our rooms just so we could retrieve our belongs. The excuse was that they never got authorization from our credit card even though we had proof of the transaction on our end. We have used hotels.com for years and will continue to. However we have never bee treated with such a lack of respect nor care. We have never been locked out of room. I will definitely be filling a complaint on the cooperate level after this incident. And we will NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. I will never recommend.

Excellent staff service

The hotel was nice we only intend to stay one night but I liked it so much that when I woke up to get some coffee (430am) I booked another night. The clerk said she would check me out and recheck us back in I thought we were all good. I left the room to go get lunch and left my husband asleep in the room. He received a call from the front desk about 1230pm asking if we are staying over and he said why are you calling me. He said yes . She said well how am I supposed to know in a snooty tone. My husband went downstairs to try to talk to the manager about the snooty employee and they said there was no manager to speak with. The young lady then proceeded to call her manager on her cell phone and my husband spoke to him over her cell phone and he proceeded to tell my husband that are stay over request was no longer going to be honest despite the hotel charging my credit card $170 at 430 am. My family was kicked out due to their staffs communication errors about stay over guests. The staff definitely needs to be retrained on how to deal with stay overs and I hope the young lady with the snooty attitude towards guests that stay in their hotel is retrained on customer service. Now I have to wait to make sure my money is returned back to my card after my family was kicked out due to their untrained staff.

Clean, quick check in and check out. Room was a suite and reasonably priced. Didn't realize breakfast ended at 9am but they let me grab some food to take back to my room. Located just off the freeway. Also located by a Texas Roadhouse restaurant which has amazing people watching opportunities.

This was a very nice place. Clean, good staff, near shopping and resturants namely Texas Road House, Dennys and IHOP.. Also gas stations near by … next to Courtyard also

The staff was very friendly and they keep the hotel in very good conditions, the only reason why we are giving 4 stars is beca Of the breakfast was very poor. Only plain eggs and pork sausage and it was no hot water and the Apple juice and orange juice was water we let them know

The most comfortable hotel beds I ever slept on. Room was spacious and very clean. Very nice breakfast that included fresh cooked bacon and eggs, and a make your own waffle station, Also a gourmet coffee machine, and fresh yogurt with toppings, as well as other items. I would 100% stay here again. the staff is wonderful, professional and friendly.

The Hotel was clean, bed and room were comfortable. The pool was great, the location we very close to shopping and food spots. The biggest improvement is the breakfast. We got downstairs around 8am and the eggs and sausage were cold. The mini fridge was empty, the juice machine was broken and the only choice was apple juice, and bread area wasnt well stocked. There was like two bagles and a gluten free muffin. Holiday inn expresss has them beat in the breakfast department. They have always had hot food and its very well stocked. For the price of the nightly stay it was definitely a disappointment.

Excellent stay, clean, safe and close to a few dining areas. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast items and coffee were great. I would stay again when I am in the area.
