The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was outstanding. They were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was also a comfort to know that security patrolled the parking lot throughout the night.

The floors were very dirty in both rooms. As soon as my kids showered their feet were black again from the dirty floors. The beds were very hard. The whole place just smelled like cigarettes even though we have non smoking rooms. The laundry and the pool worked well. Everything in the room was not great

This place is not clean. The outside is filthy with garbage and dog poo. The room was full of hair from past guests and the floors were so gross, I never took my shoes off. Very shady people staying there and the place smelled like weed and smoke.

So we got the extra large suite…the size of 2 rooms. Awesome, right?? Actually wrong. Aside from the size being incredible for our family, it was absolutely disgusting. Stuff on the walls and outdated dirty doors etc was the start but oh my god the floors… have you people ever heard of a mop?!?! It was so sixty and gross that after waking barefoot and in socks for just 5 minutes my emails and I had black feet. It kicked up dirty dust anytime we waked. It was at that moment I felt like every surface I touched was gross and I no longer felt this hotel was a good choice. No more motel 6s for me!

The main thing that bothered me was they put me in a room next to the exit and people would be slamming the door all night. Could have been a self closing door to make it quieter. Other wise a really nice.

We had a non smoking room but the entire room smelled like cigarettes. The sheets must be washed with the smoking rooms sheets as they were pretty heavily covered in the smell. The air conditioning made a really loud scrapping noise all night. The beds are hard, the pillows were thin and small.the door to our room had to be forced open and did not close on its own. We only stayed the one night and it was inexpensive but I would likely not return. Employees were all very friendly .

I got one of the suites this time. It came with an apartment size fridge, microwave and counter. It was a bit nicer than the other rooms, and cost a mere $1 more at the time i booked. The ladies and gentleman at the front desk werr wonderful as usual. I always feel welcome by them. Will definitely be staying here again.

this place was horrible. the workers are never at the front desk to help. they they are very unfriendly and unaccommodating. wouldn't let me use the luggage cart to take down all my belongings so I was 2 minutes past checkout time and they charged me my deposit fee.

My stay at this motel was very unpleasant. The building reeked of marijuana, and the supervisor displayed clear prejudice and unprofessional behavior. There was a misunderstanding with my reservation, and instead of calmly resolving it, she made false assumptions about me and my ability to pay. When I politely asked for her name and business card to document the issue, she became combative and accused me of having an attitude toward her, which was untrue. I remained respectful and only wanted clarification. Despite the tension, she eventually allowed me to gather my belongings, and another staff member kindly helped me down. The entire experience left me feeling disrespected and discriminated against. No guest—especially one with a child—should be treated this way.

When I arrived it was almost the man Luis at the counter said room was not ready then I had to put a deposit of $50. He said it should be refunded in 7 days if it wasn’t for me to call because the might have to manually enter my card information. This makes no sense I will never stay here again

There is now a deposit fee the sign said $150 the staff member said $50 I had no idea and only had my virtual card they don’t have tap and pay and my room was non refundable long story Short he waived the fee . I alerted the staff that the website did not have any deposit info I read their policy . Idk

WOW!!! This "motel" should be called a Hotel 6! Easily the nicest motel I've ever stayed. The staff was friendly... that's ALL staff, from front desk to housekeeping and maintenance. There are restaurants and stores easily within walking/wheelchair distance. This motel is very clean and welcoming, not just the room, but the entire property. This was my first time needing a wheelchair accessible room, and the ease of which I could move was refreshing. A+++ rating from this happy camper🙃

Property had trash and dog poop all over. Ice machine broken. Room key didn’t work every night. I spent 4 nights there and had to get a key update every night. Police there on 3 separate occasions. Sketchy persons hanging out in parking lots.

Room was very clean and simple for what we needed for just an overnight stay. We didn't need much, it was a plus that the room had a microwave and fridge. We definitely used the fridge to keep our snacks cold for the next day. Didn't use the microwave but it was a plus to have just in case. Loved that there was easy access to shopping literally across the street. Would stay again

Tv very small. Room very noisy. Bathroom door doesn't close properly. Key didn't work 4 times had to have staff fix it each time. No breakfast served. People in parking area begging for money and/or cigarettes. If you smoke marijuana this is the place to be as the entire property reeks of it. Would not recommend this place if you are traveling with small children.

We had 2 rooms one was neat and tidy.The other one smelled of cat urine!I have allergies, so I woke up with itchy watery eyes and had to to spend money on drops.Also the heater rattled every time it came on,so I was up and down all night. It totally ruined my day, mainly cause I had a long drive. ahead of me. Another thing,there wasn't a blow dryer or a coffee maker and no litatutature about the coffee bar in the room,which we did find when were checking out. And there wasn't any shampoo or conditioner. We will be returning to the area later in the year,but we will not be staying there.I have stayed in motel 6 for years from one end of the country to the other and this was my worst experience. The worst part was the smell of cat urine.

The room surprised us it was 2 rooms with beds and tv other room with sofa dining table and tv. Sink microwave fridge and coffee maker. We really enjoyed our stay. Many local restaurants too

I look forward to coming here. Staff is always asking if I need anything else. Area around here has been adding more stuff. This is a perfect place to just unwind or go to the many shops around the area.

Furnishings were minimal and basic. Mattress was a bit firm and low to the ground. Our window faced right into the window of another room. No basic toiletries in the room. Front desk staff was very friendly. Excellent parking for our truck pulling a Uhaul. Close (walking distance) to some shops and restaurants. Got a prank knock on the door at 10:30pm.

WOW!!! This "motel" should be called a Hotel 6! Easily the nicest motel I've ever stayed. The staff was friendly... that's ALL staff, from front desk to housekeeping and maintenance. There are restaurants and stores easily within walking/wheelchair distance. This motel is very clean and welcoming, not just the room, but the entire property. This was my first time needing a wheelchair accessible room, and the ease of which I could move was refreshing. A+++ rating from this happy camper🙃

The staff disappeared for what seems like forever while the lobby is full of people wanting to check in and/or out or get any kind of assistance. They are definitely short staffed. I wouldn't recommend staying here again.

I have stayed at every motel in the high desert and nothing compares to the motel 6 by the 15fwy.Absolutely the best staff and maids.They are all so friendly and very accommodating.The manager lady is super nice and helpful.Maintenance workers are quick to help out with luggage very impressive. Great shopping area across the street and a wonderful authentic Mexican restaurant next door.

Dirty room, sticky floors, constant noise upstairs and staff did nothing after complaining 3x, some things seemed broken in the room. Key to room didnt work most of the time. No sofa in room only bed to sit. At check in, staff said room wasn't ready and made me wait for a long time, I checked in at 4pm and hotel's check in time policy is 3pm. Very dissatisfied with this stay.
