I hightly recommend you choose another place. This place is not well maintained. Rooms are dirty, I walked around dog food on the floor of my room for four days. Half of the outlets did not work. I had to move the microwave across the room to plug it in. Warm water at best, not hot. Parking lot is filthy, outside is not well maintained. Breakfast is coffee, waffle machine, and two kinds of cereal, no milk though. Coffee cup lids did not fit the cups. TV is blurry. Pool is covered, the pictures and the actual hotel and rooms are vastly different. Do not be decieved by the photos. If this is a 6.6 rating, the rating system is inaccurate. WiFi was good. Bathroom was clean. Air conditioner worked very well. Will never stay here or at another Super 8 again.

The workers at this hotel try hard. They are saddled with a property which has not been maintained. Wyndham should be sprucing up the Super8 properties they are now aligned with!! There is new carpet on the stairs leading up to the second floor but new carpet is desperately needed in the halls. The first room we were given could not be opened as the electronic lock would not disengage. The second room was extremely clean but worn. The window was open with a basketball size hole in the screen. The sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain. The smoke detector was hanging down as though someone had been interrupted in replacing the battery. The TV remote did not work. We slept fine with no noise since we were on the back side of the hotel. Air conditioning worked well. Bed was OK with decent pillows. There are nice pansies planted in a pot in the front and the lobby looks attractive. Wyndham give these people some support - they are doing their best!

The property was unsafe, dirty. The breakfast room was a lie. There was a pancake maker, cereal with old milk and some old packets of oatmeal. The cops were called into the hotel on Saturday night, because the drug addicts were running rampant. It was a very unpleasant and horrible experience.

My room was clean. I wish there was a kureg or coffee pot in the room. The carpet in the hallways and lobby need to be replaced. The lobby stunk like stale smoke. A little better breakfast wouldn’t hurt either.

3 police cars were just leaving as I went to check in. Two ladies were hurriedly leaving as walked into the lobby. I asked for a king and they gave us a full. Went for a refund.

Better than the last place we stayed still there are a few things that could be improved. The breakfast was eh. There should have been more and the juice machine was broken. Then they put us on 2nd floor with no elevator so we were having to lug our stuff up the steps. And the sink was clogged up. It wasnt the worst and at least didnt have bugs but it could have been better as well.

The key cards would not unlock the door, the phone would not work. The commode needed flushing and we called up to the front desk to ask them to plunge it and they told my husband to come and get the plunger. That wasn’t my husband’s problem. We wanted orange juice the first morning we were there and the manager told us the machine as out of order, but he would get it fixed that day. Next day still no orange juice. We have stayed here many times, but they had a different manager at the times and we never had any troubles. We won’t stay there again.

The comforter was filthy with cigarette burns, the curtains were filthy as well. There were dirty washcloths in the bathroom hanging on the shower pole. The window screen had a big hole and the window was broken which made it unsafe. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The furniture was broken, the entire room was disgusting and management was very rude and unprofessional. I also have pictures because I’m going further with this complaint.

Well, the room smelled the air conditioner was way too loud. I didn’t get any sleep and we needed the air conditioner and as soon as I went to the bathroom and turned down the light, the little cockroaches scurrying around. The ice was good and cold though.

Front Desk was very nice but the rooms were disgusting. The carpet was horrible. I had to have them come and change the sheets on the bed due to their being stains on the sheets. Pillow cases had stains on them. Towels were still dirty. Otherwise a decent stay. they serve breakfast, but all they had available was waffles, cereal, and oatmeal.

First room smelled horrible, but they did move us to another room. Bathroom was in disrepair: hair dryer plug completely smashed, but cord was wound up to hide this fact (until you need to use it). Veneer peeling off the side of sink. Toilet tank cover broken. Breakfast was ok, unless you want something other than carbs: no proteins and no fruit available.

The staff were wonderful, the room was clean, but we had to have the front desk call maintenance due to a drip from fan and to toilet wouldn’t fill to flush and a crack in the tub, didn’t feel comfortable using it for a shower. They were very prompt in addressing the issue. There was not much to choose from for breakfast, oatmeal, 2 different cereals and a waffle maker (malt waffle batter) no fruit, or anything that was healthy and tasty. The staff were wonderful, the room was clean, but we had to have the front desk call maintenance due to a drip from fan and to toilet wouldn’t fill to flush and a crack in the tub, didn’t feel comfortable using it for a shower. They were very prompt in addressing the issue. There was not much to choose from for breakfast, oatmeal, 2 different cereals and a waffle maker (malt waffle batter) no fruit, or anything that was healthy and tasty. Staff took 30 minutes to check me in. Kept asking same questions. Seemed very incompetent with how to use booking system. Gave me the wrong room number so keys didn't work and I had to go back to the front desk again for another ten minutes before they figured out they wrote the wrong room number on my key card.

The key cards would not unlock the door, the phone would not work. The commode needed flushing and we called up to the front desk to ask them to plunge it and they told my husband to come and get the plunger. That wasn’t my husband’s problem. We wanted orange juice the first morning we were there and the manager told us the machine as out of order, but he would get it fixed that day. Next day still no orange juice. We have stayed here many times, but they had a different manager at the times and we never had any troubles. We won’t stay there again.

Very disappointed with overall stay . Room (BOOKED A NON-SMOKING ROOM)smelled like cigarettes and my items/clothes smelled the same when I departed the next day . Amenities were lacking like the Free breakfast that served few items . The listing shown on your website does not accurately reveal the conditions that presently exist at this lodging establishment . I would not recommend this hotel to others and feel that I should be compensated for a bad experience at a Wyndham brand hotel.

The property was unsafe, dirty. The breakfast room was a lie. There was a pancake maker, cereal with old milk and some old packets of oatmeal. The cops were called into the hotel on Saturday night, because the drug addicts were running rampant. It was a very unpleasant and horrible experience.

First room smelled horrible, but they did move us to another room. Bathroom was in disrepair: hair dryer plug completely smashed, but cord was wound up to hide this fact (until you need to use it). Veneer peeling off the side of sink. Toilet tank cover broken. Breakfast was ok, unless you want something other than carbs: no proteins and no fruit available.

Better than the last place we stayed still there are a few things that could be improved. The breakfast was eh. There should have been more and the juice machine was broken. Then they put us on 2nd floor with no elevator so we were having to lug our stuff up the steps. And the sink was clogged up. It wasnt the worst and at least didnt have bugs but it could have been better as well.

Front Desk was very nice but the rooms were disgusting. The carpet was horrible. I had to have them come and change the sheets on the bed due to their being stains on the sheets. Pillow cases had stains on them. Towels were still dirty. Otherwise a decent stay. they serve breakfast, but all they had available was waffles, cereal, and oatmeal.

The check-in staff lady was helpful, pleasant, and friendly. The parking was convenient, well lit. Our room was dreadful. There was a horrible smell, so terribly bad that we had to open the window for ventilation. The smell was what seemed to be animal urine. We were hesitant to stay in the room, over night, but had no other choice as we were in town for ECU graduation. Due to arriving late on that Thursday night, and given our schedule, we did not immediately go to the room to put our belongings away. Otherwise, we would have requested another room or even requested the reservation fee to be reimbursed. We noticed at the corner of the room, at the end of the bed closest to the window was wet with potential urine or something that smelt awful. Upon check out, there was no greetings, which was acceptable, but no one asked how our stay was either. If we were asked how the stay was at that time, we would have been more than willing to share our experience and our discomfort.

AC was good. Room somewhat dirty. Would not walk on carpeting without shoes. No mini coffee pots in room as advertised. Breakfast had waffles, no lids for coffee cups. And the first time we've ever had to pay an additional $50 for holding the room. Terrible.
