The hotel stay was PERFECT! Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean, and pool was fun! The drink tickets were a nice touch, even allowing kids to get a Shirley Temple :)

Our recent stay at the hotel was excellent. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The complimentary drinks in the evening were a great bonus. We especially enjoyed the bartender Al who was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good; it offered many options. The room was clean, very quiet and had lots of area. The only suggestion we would make - the hotel could add a few more lounge chairs and tables in the first-floor open space for guests to relax, read and enjoy a drink.

I arrived 1 hr after check-in and was told my room was dirty and they’d need to find me another, so I waited. Happy hour isn’t so happy when the drinks are sloppily made and with freshly coughed on hands. I had to switch out my straw, I really should have denied the drink. I’d also add that as he was pouring the liquor in the cup, it was splashing everywhere. They offer finger foods during happy hour and the trail mix was so so stale it was ridiculous. The freshly cut pineapple was not fresh at all. I ordered the catfish plate, the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and the wings with fries and tenders for my family. Only half of the food was consumed, and it was just luke warm at best. Cost me $78 and not worth a penny, very unhappy about this. The complimentary breakfast is horrible, it’s a shame that the selection is ok and the food is poorly made. I did not eat breakfast after trying it the first morning there. I was so floored by those potatoes, my goodness they looked so old and cold. Also, guest leave their trash and dirty plates outside the door, I noticed the next morning the dishes and trash are still outside the door, just sitting there throughout the night. The decor is outdated and the sleeper sofas need to be thrown away, the years of stains are visible and I wouldn’t dare sit on them. I picked this hotel based on the others I’ve seen and this is no way near the quality of the others. Very disappointed and disgusted. Lastly, the pool was not appealing

The hotel is very outdated and unkempt. I bought extra blankets to cover the sofa because it didn't feel clean to me. The mattress for the sofa bed had stains on it. I didn't rest well at all.
