Old & needs updated. Pool was nasty & rightfully closed. It was like that 2 months ago when I stayed there. There is no excuse for its condition. Exterior had lots of litter that could be picked up.

This Hotel is undergoing a full renovation. The lobby and breakfast area are a mess. When walking in you are not sure if the hotel is open. It would have been nice if I would have been aware of this prior to reserving a room in this property.

Our room was fine, but the main floor and lobby was under construction, which I was not aware of when I booked the hotel. The breakfast was very limited and there were no amenities such as vending machines, business center, or places to relax in the lobby when waiting for people.

There was construction going on above our room… Went down and they did move us… The beds have no mattress pads on them. The mattresses were filthy with stains. The room smelt rancid, front desk people were polite. dogs barked for hours under us. We were in room 211.

There was a small roach in the bathroom. Our bathroom was not cleaned very well, hair on the floor. We asked the front desk to have someone clean our bathroom. We went out for several hours and still was not cleaned by the time we came back. We did ask again before we went out the next day and it was cleaned by the time we came back. Furniture was dusty, rooms dimly lit, breakfast was not that good. I like the area hotel is located, I felt safe. Free coffee all day, Plenty of shopping and restaurants and the bed was very comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel 5 times in the last year. It had been under construction each time and will not be completed anytime soon. We have looked the other way about the construction because previously the hotel WAS clean and kept. This stay was different, the first room had a terrible smell of cigarette and something worse so it prompted me to look more closely at the room. This is when I found a huge brown stain where someone had dedicated between the mattresses. We went to the desk, got a new room and it didn’t have poop in it but the recliner was broken, the bedding was dirty and the shower was in terrible shape. WE WONT BE BACK.

The front desk staff aren't friendly at all. It's like uh out have to say something first to them in order to get a word out of them. The bathroom had hair all over the floor. Which is totally disgusting. Makes me wonder about the rest of the room.

I’ve stayed here many times and have never had any issues. This time there were a couple of minor inconveniences. There were no bath towels in the bathroom, just 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels. I called to request towels as I was preparing to leave for a meeting. I waited 10-15 minutes and eventually showered using the 2 hand towels. The bath towels arrived after I had showered. The tv and the Dish channel guide were out of sync. For example, if Fox was selected as the channel on the guide, Discovery would come up as the channel. But I wasn’t there to watch tv. Other than that, I have always had a good stay and will return. Thanks, JP Waldron

The suite was clean and spacious. They have a coffee maker, fridge with freezer, and microwave. It's been recently renovated. Lighted mirror in the bathroom. Closet with hangers and two tvs. The drawbacks are that you can't log in to the apps and the Wi-Fi was not strong enough for my tablet to play my apps.

Our room was not ready at 5:30pm. We were able to switch rooms. Needed more staff to check in. Several people were waiting on the rooms to be ready, phones were ringing and well as guests asking questions. Definitely needed at least 2 people as the check in desk.

I recently spent three nights at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Greensboro, NC, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room with a non-functional air conditioning unit,during a time when outside temperatures were in the mid-90s. The room was uncomfortably warm and stuffy. When I approached the front desk to request a room change, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that they were already aware of issues with the A/C units in several rooms. I was told that maintenance typically resets the units, but no maintenance personnel ever followed up. I also inquired about the hotel’s cancellation policy but was told the general manager would need to address it,yet no one ever contacted me with a response. Later that evening, I asked for a fan to help cool the room. One of the front desk clerks suggested I take a fan from another area, as the one they were using kept them comfortable in the already air-conditioned lobby. The fan that was eventually provided made little difference, and the room remained warm and uncomfortable. It wasn’t until the morning of the third day,after I returned to the front desk,that I was finally given a new room with working air conditioning. Had I not followed up in person, I doubt any resolution would have been offered. Overall, I found the lack of communication and follow-through from the staff and management to be very disappointing. We arrived very late after a long day of driving, it was in the early hours of the morning and the desk clerk was unable to check us in. he called his manager and they weren't able to get us the room we had reserved. I was able to get a room reserved and checked in at a nearby competing hotel in a few minutes. Maybe La Quinta has nice linens or something -- I'll never know if they can't check us in.

This has nothing to do with the property. This has to do with the check-in and staff. We drove all night for an occasion that was suppose to happen at 3pm and that is check-in time . I explained to the receptionist our situation and asked if we could check in early both my husband, myself and our daughter and son-in-law. She told me that it would be $30.00 cash. My daughter refused to pay the amount, but my husband and I did. The receptionist called housekeeping and asked them to call when they have a room ready. I told her both my last name and my daughter's last name. After about 20 minutes, she called and said that my daughter's room was ready. I asked if she had to pay the $30 and she said "no". My son-in-law went and got the key to the room. Late that night, my son went to sign in and they told him that my daughter is in his room. Needless to say, that mix up almost caused a problem. It seems that my daughter was suppose to be in another room and the receptionist gave her my son's room. I'm very upset about this being charged cash and wouldn't give me a receipt, and everyone I spoke to, said if they were going to charge me, which I shouldn't have been, it should have been on a credit card. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone as I feel both myself and family were taken advantage of and caused a lot of upsetment.

It was convenient parking in the back because of where my room was, this was great to access my room. What I didnt like was there were men drinking beers and hanging out near that door area. It didnt feel safe .

The day they I decide to eat their breakfast they did not have plates. Thank goodness because the breakfast looked awful. Dry powdered eggs. Dry sausage.

I was very disappointed! The 1st day of a hot breakfast was missing the hot breakfast and no cream for the coffee! The 2nd day it was late, many guess’s left! The 3rd day the food was put out and then the employee left and again the food ran out. The house keepers, made the beds, clean towels, but didn’t replenish the soaps & shampoos. I reserved the room online and did not ask if I had discounts.when I got there I told them that I was in the military they told me I would get a discount but it was the same price I was quoted! I have stayed at many LaQuinta suites, and this one was very disappointing!

Debbie at the front desk was very nice during checkin and the next day while having breakfast she asked us how the concert which is why we was there. The breakfast had very slim selection and was cold. Definitely better then the last hotel in that area we stayed at. Would stay again if in the area and needed a room!

Problem with breakfast. Brought a group of 10 people down to eat breakfast. Hotel kept running out of food. We had to request staff several times to replenish breakfast items which they did but took some time.

The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. The kitchen staff, especially Mr Leon was so kind, helpful. The facility itself needed some work. The tub did not work and the room is so dark. We were placed in front of the pool, so we can’t open the blinds and the room lights are very dark. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. Lots of stores and restaurants close by

The room we stayed in was right by the road and we heard every horn, dog barking, siren. We never had body wash in the bathroom and the lighting was very poor. Breakfast was ok, same thing both days. We had to bring up the bed we asked for and ask for more towels. Not the worst place I've stayed, but not the best either.

Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that was already occupied by another guest's luggage. We were then given a second room, only to find people sleeping inside. One of the occupants became angry and threw items at us. I strongly urge management to require staff to physically check room occupancy before handing out keys.
