Overall: A 2 out of 5 "stars". It seems to be an ok budget focused hotel. During this weekend, it was a convenient location with availability at a decent price point (due to area events). The good: • Check in was pleasant - Terry was very helpful and nice. • Staff was very polite and helpful. • Short drive to plenty of quick good food. The not so good: • The general area felt sketchy at times. • Parking was not the best and side doors would not open with room keys (although I did notice they did for some other guests) so we had to walk around the entire building at night. • Mechanical type noises across the floor were more frequent and louder than normal. It may have just been the room we were assigned (i.e. our luck of the draw). • Breakfast was not what we hoped for. • Amenities (i.e. workout area, pool, outdoor seating, etc.) were either lacking or non-existent. In fairness - amenities are not why we choose this hotel.
