This hotel was outstanding in every respect. It is beautifully appointed, both the public rooms and the private ones. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed or wanted. The restaurant's food was delicious, the waitstaff was efficient, helpful and courteous. The prices were surprisingly low considering the quality of both the food and the service. The only thing we regret is that we got there too late for tea.

Beautifully appointed hotel in keeping with the fine tradition of Southern hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was gracious, friendly and helpful. Our king room was spacious and inviting. Even the bathroom was sublime. The hotel bar was buzzing with good cheer on a Friday night. Our evening dinner and service at the on-site Green Valley Grill were excellent. Thanks goes to those who resurrected this newer O.Henry in the spirit and style of the original 1919 downtown landmark. Highly recommend.

It's our third time staying, & the staff remains exemplary. They are the standout and the reason that we will always stay at the o henry. It was wonderful seeing Sherone again. Hannah, Lakiya,& other front desk goddesses are delightful. The tea & jazz staff are fantastic. Kate & Courtney improved our mornings dramatically, & Ashleigh was lovely for our dinner. Tyler and the other porters are fantastic at their jobs, though it hurt my heart to see them dressed like it was 50 degrees out amidst the brutal heat & humidity. It would be lovely if they could lose the sweater vest and long sleeves and have more suitable summer attire. The only downside was I had to use my cell as a Hotspot to access wifi for my tablet, my dad's laptop, and our Amazon fire.
