The staff was very friendly and accomodating to all our needs and the room was comfortable and clean. One suggestion we can make is that we would have liked to have been informed ahead of time that the pool was closed for maintenance. Overall, it was a good experience.

The staff were awesome, and the rooms were nice. The biggest disappointment was that the pool was out of service (one of the main reason I picked that hotel). You really shouldn’t be allowed to advertise “pool” if it’s not going to be in working order! It’s also a very sketchy neighbourhood with a people roaming neighbouring parking lots late at night. We saw the police arrest one man who had been hiding in the bushes.

This hotel is nasty! The pool and gym are out of service. The room smelled like burnt food, there was nasty liquid on the bench when you walk in the room, the rust in the bathtub would run when the water hit it and the toilet handle was broken. I will never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone! The only positive was the man at the front desk was very nice!

For $82 / night (Thursday) and $184 / night (Friday and Saturday), this hotel was a real disappointment! I have stayed in quite a few Country Inn & Suites, and this one was FAR below the condition and comfort of their standards. The breakfast was just ok.. again not any where near those of my past stays. The doors in the room were beaten up and the paint was literally scraped off in many places (very uncharacteristic of other Country Inn & Sites). The Sheetrock in the lobby had been damaged and not repaired. Overall, our stay here was a subpar experience and I will not stay here again. One positive note.. The staff was very friendly.. although when there had been no maid service done after our first day, I was instructed by the front desk that “you have to request maid service and have it scheduled or they won’t provide this service”! What!! For close to $200 per night!!… ridiculous!!

The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is not pleasant at all, smells old, stains on carpet, rooms need updating (bathroom was nicer than room). Pool was closed which disappointed our softball group staying, but honestly I don’t think I would have wanted them swimming in it. I will say the breakfast area was clean thankfully but limited options. I was tempted to find another place to stay as soon as we started walking to our room.

The room had furniture that was dirty, burns on the nightstands, desk, etc. Shower stall handle was broken. Breakfast was basically non-existent. We will not return, very disappointing. Bed was hard but appeared to be the only clean furniture item in the room.

I like that the property was near the venue i was visiting and also there was a strip of restaurants and shops. When we got out to check in. The outside was very un kept. A beer can was in the bushes and a dirty pamper thrown in parking lot. Which looked as it had been there for awhile.

Horrific! Pool looked like a swamp, hotel smelled like both human and animal urine, carpets filthy, toilet was plugged. I felt very unsafe at this place and would never stay again.

Our visit started off rough, with a room that had a horribly loud AC unit. The staff was friendly and found us a new room. The rooms were clean, and the staff friendly. The TV's were small with limited sports programming.

It is a nice hotel. Quiet and convenient to I-77. It does need a bit of updating. The staff is excellent! Staff member Khdija is very friendly and has a great personality.

Thanks Country Inn and Suites. Our stay was definitely pleasant and enjoyable. Rooms were cleaned and staff pleasant. We understand the continental breakfast due to the current conditions. We wish there was fruit available but again, we certainly understand. Thanks again, and we will stay again in the future.

Thanks Country Inn and Suites. Our stay was definitely pleasant and enjoyable. Rooms were cleaned and staff pleasant. We understand the continental breakfast due to the current conditions. We wish there was fruit available but again, we certainly understand. Thanks again, and we will stay again in the future.

The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is not pleasant at all, smells old, stains on carpet, rooms need updating (bathroom was nicer than room). Pool was closed which disappointed our softball group staying, but honestly I don’t think I would have wanted them swimming in it. I will say the breakfast area was clean thankfully but limited options. I was tempted to find another place to stay as soon as we started walking to our room.

Our visit started off rough, with a room that had a horribly loud AC unit. The staff was friendly and found us a new room. The rooms were clean, and the staff friendly. The TV's were small with limited sports programming.

We were in town for the discgolf championship and just needed a place to sleep and wash. That was provided. There is also plenty of food immediately around. The property itself on the outside is a little dirty. But, most wouldnt notice this.

The staff were awesome, and the rooms were nice. The biggest disappointment was that the pool was out of service (one of the main reason I picked that hotel). You really shouldn’t be allowed to advertise “pool” if it’s not going to be in working order! It’s also a very sketchy neighbourhood with a people roaming neighbouring parking lots late at night. We saw the police arrest one man who had been hiding in the bushes.

I like that the property was near the venue i was visiting and also there was a strip of restaurants and shops. When we got out to check in. The outside was very un kept. A beer can was in the bushes and a dirty pamper thrown in parking lot. Which looked as it had been there for awhile.

It is a nice hotel. Quiet and convenient to I-77. It does need a bit of updating. The staff is excellent! Staff member Khdija is very friendly and has a great personality.

The room had furniture that was dirty, burns on the nightstands, desk, etc. Shower stall handle was broken. Breakfast was basically non-existent. We will not return, very disappointing. Bed was hard but appeared to be the only clean furniture item in the room.

For $82 / night (Thursday) and $184 / night (Friday and Saturday), this hotel was a real disappointment! I have stayed in quite a few Country Inn & Suites, and this one was FAR below the condition and comfort of their standards. The breakfast was just ok.. again not any where near those of my past stays. The doors in the room were beaten up and the paint was literally scraped off in many places (very uncharacteristic of other Country Inn & Sites). The Sheetrock in the lobby had been damaged and not repaired. Overall, our stay here was a subpar experience and I will not stay here again. One positive note.. The staff was very friendly.. although when there had been no maid service done after our first day, I was instructed by the front desk that “you have to request maid service and have it scheduled or they won’t provide this service”! What!! For close to $200 per night!!… ridiculous!!

The staff was very friendly and accomodating to all our needs and the room was comfortable and clean. One suggestion we can make is that we would have liked to have been informed ahead of time that the pool was closed for maintenance. Overall, it was a good experience.
