This hotel is beautiful and clean! We only had one night there, but we would have liked longer. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a lovely rooftop terrace that we used in the evening. Our only hiccup was that we asked for a taxi at a certain time to go to the airport, but they arrived about 15 minutes late.

Este hotel es MUY bueno, nos encantaron las habitaciones, con mucha ventilacion y luz. La habitacion 403 tiene una vista privilegiada hacia la Iglesia de San Cristobal a traves de los tejados. Las camas con grandes y comodas. El personal es muy amable y responden rapidamente a lo que necesitamos. El desayuno (incluido) es muy variado y rico, ademas cuando sales de excursion antes de las 6:30am te preparan un desayuno para llevar. Tambien tienen te de coca, de muna y otros las 24 hs a disposicion. Los muebles y ropa de cama son de muy buena calidad. El ascensor (de vidrio) es hermoso. En este hotel puedes dejar tus maletas sin cargo antes o despues de la entrada, nosotros las dejamos dos noches que nos fuimos a Ollantaytambo y fue sin cargo. La ubicacion esta muy buena, enfrente del mercado de San Pedro y muy cerca de un supermercado y una farmacia, a 5 cuadras de la plaza central.

O hotel é bem localizado, bem próximo à estação de trem e ao mercado San Pedro. Fica a cerca de 5 minutos à pé da Plaza de Armas, ponto central turístico da cidade. Os quartos são silenciosos e confortáveis. A equipe do hotel é muito simpática e prestativa. O hotel fornece café e chá de coca 24 horas como cortesia, além de 2 garrafas de água no quarto no início da estadia. Os chuveiros têm água bem quente, e podemos temperar conforme a vontade. Há água quente na pia do banheiro também. O café da manhã é variado e muito gostoso. Caso tenhamos que sair antes do horario de início do desayuno, o hotel fornece lanche para a viagem. Guardaram nossas malas quando fomos a Machu Picchu. A cama e os travesseiros são muito bons também. A única coisa que me incomodou foram os pontos de tomada. No primeiro quarto nao havia tomada no banheiro e no segundo quarto a tomada ficava atrás da cama.

An excellent hotel located less than 10 minutes walk from plaza de Armas in a very lively area. Breakfast excellent plenty of fresh fruit, bread & eggs. Tea, coffee & water available 24x7. A localização é ótima. Porém, o quarto da minha amiga estava com lençóis sujos, pela manhã ao tomarmos banho a água quente parou de funcionar e meu esposo teve que tomar banho na água gelada e a temperatura na cidade estava 7 graus. Mas além disso, o pior de tudo, foi que na descrição do site dizia estacionamento gratuito e este foi o motivo por eu ter feito a reserva, pois viajamos de carro, porém, quando chegamos ao hotel nos foi cobrado 10 dólares pelo estacionamento, mesmo eu mostrando pelo celular a reserva que dizia gratuito.

Excellent value for the money. Excellent staff, good space for dining, lounge. Convenient location, safe. Had two different rooms. First a classic triple, spacious, big bathroom. But window to corridor above bed ?! made it hard to sleep, plus could hear anyone walking in corridor. Second was deluxe studio with nice jacuzzi. Much better for sleeping. Breakfast excellent due to fresh fruits. Guests apparently from a wide variety of countries, practical types. Were very happy staying there.

I thought the staff was great and the accommodations decent. But the noise in this hotel was a significant problem. People talking loudly throughout the night, dogs barking, and people banging on doors. Sadly we did not get a restful sleep the 3 nights we were there.

Stayed here twice - before and after our trip to Machu Picchu. Very convenient location - about a 15 min taxi ride from the airport and no need to climb any steps to get there (worth noting as we saw a lot of stays that required a bit of climbing!) Right across from Mercado San Pedro and Plaza de Armas is only a 10 min walk away. The staff were very kind, attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and had a good amount of space and storage, the beds were comfortable, and the water in the showers were nice and hot without any wait. The breakfast had plenty of options and varied each day. Coffee and tea (including coca tea) were available at all times, which was a nice touch.

Great location, friendly staff, but outdated rooms The location is excellent—close to everything, which made exploring super convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the rooms are quite outdated and there was no heating, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Basic essentials are provided, but I would recommend this hotel only for a short stay

I stayed for 4 nights, and tried to pay with my credit cards every single day and they never worked. Keep in mind they worked everywhere else in Peru, even the tiny store across the street. The staff never fixed the problem and asked me to take out USD from a bank in chunks, because there is a $140usd daily maximum. Plus the exchange rate is brutal at the atm, so I ended up paying about 15% more. The hotel didn’t seem to care at all. It became a very annoying, stressful thing during my stay. On top of that, I visited the hotels my friends were staying at in Cusco and they were much nicer for the same price. Definitely stay somewhere else :(

Very convenient location - about a 15 min taxi ride from the airport and no need to climb any steps to get there (worth noting as we saw a lot of stays that required a bit of climbing!) Right across from Mercado San Pedro and Plaza de Armas is only a 10 min walk away. The staff were very kind, attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and had a good amount of space and storage, the beds were comfortable, and the water in the showers were nice and hot without any wait. Kantu hotel is a really good choice. It is in a central location in Cusco and the staff are friendly and accommodating. We stayed either side of 2 treks and they stored our bags without question. If I visit Cusco again I would go there

O hotel é bem localizado, bem próximo à estação de trem e ao mercado San Pedro. Fica a cerca de 5 minutos à pé da Plaza de Armas, ponto central turístico da cidade. Os quartos são silenciosos e confortáveis. A equipe do hotel é muito simpática e prestativa. O hotel fornece café e chá de coca 24 horas como cortesia, além de 2 garrafas de água no quarto no início da estadia. Os chuveiros têm água bem quente, e podemos temperar conforme a vontade. Há água quente na pia do banheiro também. O café da manhã é variado e muito gostoso. Caso tenhamos que sair antes do horario de início do desayuno, o hotel fornece lanche para a viagem. Guardaram nossas malas quando fomos a Machu Picchu. A cama e os travesseiros são muito bons também. A única coisa que me incomodou foram os pontos de tomada. No primeiro quarto nao havia tomada no banheiro e no segundo quarto a tomada ficava atrás da cama.

El hotel se encuentra cerca de él área turística de Cuzco más sin embargo la zona en la que se encuentra esta muy descuidada y sucia. Aunque el servicio y limpieza en el hotel esta bien creo que pueden mejorar en la Infraestructura y decoración interna de las instalaciones,’invirtiendo algo de lo que ganan del turismo para hacer más placentera la estancia. El buffet del desayuno esta completo aunque recomendaría que lo cambiaran con los días. Por ello decidimos al regreso a Cuzco quedarnos en un hostal que superó mis expectativas.

Nos fue muy bien! El desayuno es excelente, Renzo nos atendió de maravilla, también algo muy positivo es que si sales algún tour muy temprano o en la madrugada, te hacen un snack cosa que nunca me había pasado en ningún hotel.

Café da manhã muito variado, com opcao de pães, ovos, muitas frutas, iogurtes, sucos, panquecas, pastelzinho. Amei! Funcionários muito simpáticos. Hotel bem localizado, perto do mercado San Pedro e da estação de trem, e a 5 minutos de caminhada da Plaza de Armas.

If they hand you a key to room 101, hand it back and find another hotel. This was our last hotel booking on our trip to Peru, and the most disappointing. We were exhausted from hiking the Inca Trail and just wanted to watch TV and go to sleep early. Our room was literally right across from the lobby, seating area with a TV blaring, and the elevator...and shared a wall with the kitchen/dining area. It was ridiculously loud!!! There were 2 windows in the room. One looked out into the lobby/elevator, the other had cardboard on it. We asked for a different room and they said they were booked, but would give us a complimentary bottle of wine. What, so we could drink until we passed out and couldn't hear the noise? The rules on the wall were odd also. You must sleep in between the sheets, not on top of them (so they don't have to wash the comforter I assume). We opted to call it a financial loss, hand them the room key, leave and pay for another hotel, which had a far superior atmosphere and cozy comfy room with a TV that didn't require a Google search to figure out. The atmosphere there was not fun at all unlike anywhere else we stayed on our trip. They had 2 bottles of water in the room for teeth brushing, drinking, etc....unlike everywhere else we stayed that had filtered water available. It just wasn't inviting or cozy....aside from the ridiculousness of the room.
